Just wondering you may develop 'My Collections' function on Box Drive.

Unable to sync automatically
Cannot log in with my current Box account, and my MacBook does not sync automatically with my iPhone, I think Dropbox is better than you.

Allow multiple System Email Signatures
Use case of legal requirements/terms for sharing different types of data externally to be able to use multiple System Email Signatures. example: Assign a SES to a 'Footage' root folder where security footage is shared from versus a SES for 'Plans' which have much different requirements to accept.

Specific Text Box Area for Notifications
Problem: Whenever a notification popup shows up (file is done uploading, file has moved, etc) it blocks access to a lot of functionality in the upper part of the screen - even something that is to the left or right of the notification but is not covered up.
Rather than having a popup notification to tell you that an event has finished (such as a file or folder being moved), instead create a static notification area to report to.

Additional suggestions for creating reports by specifying keys when creating Box reports
I want to accurately manage the content owned by the tenant's managed users. Currently, I am creating a report of "folders and files" of Box to retrieve data, and the output report is divided into 1 million object units. (My tenant is currently making about 70.).
Since these reports are not sorted and the contents owned by each user are output to a file separately, they cannot be used even if they can be output at the same time. Our company automates report merging and folder sorting, which can take several hours.

Ability to retrieve the number of files for each folder through API
The Box API allows users to get a list of the files contained in a folder, but it does not provide a direct way to get the number of files per folder, so we would like to provide a way to get the number of files.

Make Workflows Shareable Among Users (Box Relay and Box Relay Lite)
In Box Relay, we can check the progress of workflows in the [Tracking] function.
Currently, only the owner of the workflow, and Admins who are granted to access to workflows can see this [Tracking].However, the progress of workflows within the enterprise should be visible to other users as well.
(e.g. Users who have tasks assigned in the workflow, or Co-Owners of the folder where the workflow is triggered.)It would be useful if the owners could share their workflows to other users.

Share link disclosure range for images and file previews inserted in Boxnotes
It is possible to insert images and share links in Boxnotes and set up file previews, but there are users who can access Boxnotes but cannot see the images or previews because they do not have access to them.
However, users who insert links or images often don't realize that they are restricted because they can see the images or previews.When inserting images or previews into Boxnotes, I would like to see a warning that says "Other users may not be able to see this."

Collaboration Allowlist - Ability to Download and Sort
On Admin Console enterprise settings > collaboration allowlist the domains are not in order and there’s no good way to search it. When you have more than 20 domains it becomes unusable for anything but adding. Need ability to sort/filter as well as export allowlist details.

Allow Box Sign widget on web page
Allow a Box Sign form based on a template to be posted on a web page via a widget where it can be signed by anyone that can access the web page and/or downloaded to be signed off-line and returned using a manual separate process.
For example, I may have a generic form that can be completed by anyone interested in requesting a service or receiving information but the form requires a name and signature acknowledging terms and conditions before the request will be put into queue to be processed.

The synch for Excel does not seem to work very consistently or effectively. Simple edits on a table caused the file to split into 4 separate versions.

Email notifications based on saved search
Provide the ability for a user to save an arbitrary search query (including the use of Metadata templates if applicable) and be notified of new content that arrives in a Box folder when it matches that saved search.
This would immensely help our Box users be notified in real-time as we upload content that they are interested in. Otherwise, they have to periodically search the entire folder at some period of the day to find this new content of interest. Add the optional message text on Shared Link Email to the event in the API
When a user clicks the email button the Share Link screen they have the ability to enter an optional message to the person they are sending the link too. This optional message is not captured anywhere in the Box system or event stream. The only way to capture a record of this optional message is with the Compliance Email Archive. Customer would like for this optional message be captured in the event stream so 3rd party compliance software can capture that information. Box Sign - Ability to send templates from All Files
The "Sign - Templates" section in Box used to send templates has a lack of folders and filtering which leads to no ability for us to organize or filter our templates. However the "All Files - (Saved templates folder)" already has the ability to create folders, organize templates and see templates (the blue icon). We would love to be able to send templates with the fields in the document (like in the sign - templates section) from the "All files" folder.

Update File Request Date range
File Request Date selector should show a wider range of years when selecting from the dropdown.
Currently it shows from 10 years in the past to 10 years in the future. This makes entering date of birth very difficult.

Ability to view the appropriate number of files on the Mobile app
I use Box to deliver Photo Proofs to clients. It is crazy that there hasn't been a proper update would allow me to see their 'favorites'. Instead I have to rely on "Comments", which for clients on the go and using the Mobile App, is usually a hasel. I'm also trying to figure out why the script for correcting the Usage Space has not been rolled out across the board. I'm still waiting for the script to run on my account, because I'm definitely not using 40 gigs of my 50 gigs right now.
