Upload DICOM images via File request
I was wondering if it would be possible to send someone a file request link and have them upload with the Ambra DICOM image tool directly instead of having them first upload the files then having to convert them manually after.

Users should be able to set up 2FA on their phones
We invite external users who only have phones. However, we are set up for 2FA. That means these users need to find a computer to login via the webapp to set up 2FA before we can begin collaborating. This is an issue. The mobile interface should allow 2FA to be set up.

Box for Office plug-in (Recent Files or Folders)
Please increase the number of Recent Files / Folders permitted (currently fixed at 3).
Personally I can be editing many spreadsheets in a single day, and so this quickly becomes almost useless.
Ideally allow me to configure this with the optimum number, but just fixing at 10 or 20 would help enormously1 vote -
Allow reporting for workflow activity from a specified date rather then having to run the report on every single document

Apply relay folder event to folders sub-folders
Relay ability to apply all the settings applied to the main folder and push down to all the sub folders.

Add "ent" to the URL of the shared link
Please add "ent" to the URL of the shared link.
Currently, "ent" is not appended to the URLs of shared links issued by tenants who have enabled the Box Verified Enterprise feature.
In certain countries and regions, access to "box.com" may not be possible.
One effective way to get around this is to access Box from a URL with "ent.box.com".When a shared link is issued by a BVE tenant, if the URL has "ent" attached to it, there will be fewer actions by the customer beyond that point, making the interaction smoother.

Available get to 'My Collections' other than favorites via API
In 3rd-party app, My Collection is a very good idea as a way to provide quick access to users.
But, it can only take favorites.

Improve/Remove alert while editing files through Office Online
As you know, following message comes when I edit file by Office Online.

Verify account existence before triggering password reset email
When I tried to log in and couldn't, I requested to reset my password and received the following message:
We've sent you an email to reset your password
You will receive an email from us in the next few minutes. Click on the link in the email to change your password.After not receiving an email, I tried registering for a new account. It turns out I apparently never had an account.
Before telling users that you are sending a password reset email, maybe CHECK to see if they actually have an account so you can provide useful information?

Ability to retain BoxDrive logs after logout/login.
I'd like BoxDrive logs to be retained after logout/login.
I would like to be able to get the log before I log out even if I have logged out of BoxDrive.
If you want to investigate the logs due to unexpected movement or problems, it will be difficult to investigate afterwards if you log out of the BoxDrive once for data safety and other reasons.
We want to prevent this from preventing us from identifying the cause of the problem.BoxDriveのログをログアウト/ログイン後も保持されるようにして欲しい

Easier way to create a bookmark in Box from shared link generation
Bookmark takes too many steps even when saving a Box's shared link. It should be easier to create a bookmark of a shared Link from adoption perspective.
As-Is: 1. Generate a shared link 2. Copy the link 3. Move to folder where I want to save a bookmark 4. Create Bookmark and paste&name the link

Ability to approve comments in PDF view
We work in a newsmagazine. Our PDF articles are commented before being published. Individual comments must be processed individually (sometimes a lot per article). Our revisors would like to be able to mark comments as done.

Ability to select color of comment on document preview
It'd be very useful to have the ability to select the color of a comment on a preview of a document. We have people leaving comments on certain areas of documents and having different colors would allow us to have an overview of comments per user (as we can't filter comments)

Assign tasks through email address or user name
Recommend reaching parody with the block that you put names into for a task assignment and the block you put names into for folder shares. Right now, for folder shares you can put a list of email addresses and it processes them to the appropriate people. For tasks, you need to enter each person by their username one by one.

Require security step before granting ability to remove 2FA option
May have discovered a glaring security vulnerability. You should add an additional security step before allowing for removal of 2FA security verification on an account.

Password Setting for Shared Links
When setting a password for a shared link, if unsupported characters (symbols " >" / "<" and spaces) are entered, an error will be displayed and the password will not be set.

Being able to search through files by the date the file was created (in the metadata)
A feature I've wanted many times now, and would love to see implemented, is to be able to search through my files with the filter of Date Created (regarding the creation date of the file in its metadata), not just the date of when I uploaded the file.

Search folder or keyword with deep link
Currently deep links have 3 syntax's: boxapp://sharedlink?url=[sharedlink] and boxapp://file?id=[fileid] and boxapp://folder?id=[folderid]. A search one would allow the mobile user to search off their keywords and not have to know the ID.

Disable 2FA on Business edition
There are the case administrator want to disable user's 2FA.
- Own mobile devise with 2FA integrated is lost
- User removes TOTP app on own mobile device with 2FA integrated
However, admin cannot disable the user's 2FA on Business edition because instant logins cannot be available.
Please improve to add the feature admin is able to disable managed user's 2FA with Business edition.
