I would like to be able to rename or delete collections in the mobile app.

Set the number of invitation reminder emails to be sent.
When a managed user invites an external user, I would like a feature that allows them to set the number of reminder emails to be sent, such as once a day, once every three days, once a week, etc.
This prevents random and careless reminder emails from being sent repeatedly to users of other companies.(日本語)

Option to overwrite metadata values when moving file
We would like the option for a metadata attribute to be overwritten automatically when moved to a folder with cascading metadata enabled for the same metadata template.
Here's our use case:
Some of our organization content currently sits in user folders. People accessing that content have no way of knowing where it sits, and therefore can't take action to move it to the desired location. Applying a metadata template indicating if content sits within a user or an organizational folder would be a great way to make this visible to users. I would like shortcut files created on Box Drive to be reflected on Box Web as well.
I am aware that shortcut files (.lnk) created in Box Drive (on Explorer) are ignored as a file type and cannot be synchronized.
However, in my work, I use Box Drive a lot and sometimes create shortcuts, but I can't share them because they are not synced, and they are deleted when I log out of the system.
I feel this kind of specification is very inconvenient.

Box Drive(エクスプローラー上)で作成したショートカットファイル(.lnk)は、
無視されるファイルの種類として対象となっており同期が出来ないことは認識してます。
しかしながら業務上、Box Driveの利用が多くショートカットの作成することがありますが、
同期されないことで共有もできず、またログアウトしたことで削除されてしまう。
このような仕様だと大変不便に感じてます。

Automatic validation of Box Folder and File access
At IBM we have various tools that have automated validations, where people who have access to the tool are notified to ensure that they have a continued business need to access the tool. At times the manager is also copied on the email.
I would like to see Box for IBM implement something for us to manage Box Folders and Files which people have access to IBM Confidential Information be more protected on a regular basis.

It would be nice to limit the characters allowed in a text field (either via the markup page or through a parameter in the template tags) (e.g. '[[t|1|m:1|limit:300]]). This way users can't type in an essay, typing OVER existing text already in the PDF

Classification Stats as a Chart or Card on the Insights Page

Make all files available off line by settings or one click
I want to right click the parent folder in box and have make available off line.
It is ridiculous one has to click on every folder to download it.

I often send a personalized message to the people who need to sign the document and I have one message for the internal person and one for the external person. Box Sign only allows you to create one email message that goes to all signers but I have a need for different messages that go to different signers.

Until Windows 10, when you right-clicked on a content in BoxDrive, the BoxDrive menu was displayed immediately.
In Windows 11, the menu does not appear immediately, and the menu finally appears after pressing "right click > check other options".
We are aware that the menu will appear as before just by right-clicking when it is compatible with Windows 11 native apps, so please take action.
OneDrive and Notepad++ already support native apps, so only BoxDrive is not as convenient as it should be.

Auto-Save All Zoom Recordings to Box
We need a setting at the account level that allows us to enable all recordings to automatically be saved to Box (regardless of which type of Zoom plan we have). Being required to manually toggle on the save function during each individual meeting leaves too much room for error (so easy to forget - especially because the toggle isn't on the main zoom screen). Enhance error messages when storage exceeded to identify which account is over storage
When a user uploads an item to a folder that would exceed the quota, it says "Account storage limit reached." This is misleading if the folder is owned by another user. Users ask for more quota, but it's a different account that has the problem. Please identify the folder owner of the folder that's over quota in the error message.
This applies both to Web UI and Box Drive error messages.

Outlook attach from box sort preference
When using the 'Attach from Box ' feature in Outlook. I always want to see most recent items because it makes it easy to attach a link for a file that I have just worked on. I have to change how files are sorted every time to Name to Date: Newest to Oldest.

Notify users before account becomes inactive.
System should have the feature to set the days before notification goes out to users that are approaching the threshold of inactivity (user not accessing Box).

Support same user account (E-Mail) across multiple sandboxes
We use multiple sandboxes for testing varying functionality across business units and this requires a new "functional" mail account to be setup for each (which is a time consuming process). We need to be able to use the same e-mail (user account) across all of our sandboxes.
