1. Ability to tag groups

   I want a function like Teams' "tag".
   Currently, only individuals can mention comments in the data saved in the box,
   I would like to be able to mention in groups.
   Can't you make better use of groups in your management console?
   One of the features of box is that multiple people can edit the same data at the same time, and there are also convenient functions such as comment fields and mention functions.
   Please consider further improving usability.

   Ability to control access to each apps based on groups and users.

   Requesting in addition to below pulse, as Admin Console currently only allows enterprise wide setting for each app access control.

   This feature is currently available for the Box internal apps. 

   The plan for 3rd party is on the roadamap.

3. The ability to resize or delete the astronomical images on the Relay notifications.

   In its current state, the astronomical image is so large that it is difficult to see the text underneath.
   Since there is no need to display images, we are requesting the implementation of this function.

   現在の状態では天体画像が大きいことで下にある本文の確認がしづらいです。

4. Box Drive app more easily accessible

   It would be convenient to have an install Box link located in the Help menu or my Account icon similar to Dropbox. Even still, when I navigate to the Box App Center I have to go to Box Drive, scroll down to the respective OS and install. It sounds tedious but I needed to install Box and Dropbox on a bunch of computers and was reminded how the Box user experience still doesn't hold up to Dropbox. Neither is perfect and both have great features but I always feel like Box makes me take steps I don't need or doesn't understand the customer workflow. More QA and everyday user testing please.

5. Ability to Name Scheduled Reports

   Add the ability to name the scheduled report. Currently the report is delivered as a csv file with the generic name of the report being run ie: "User Activity" and a date/time stamp. It would be very helpful to have the ability to type the name of the report so when it is delivered to me or my team the name is meaningful, and we readily know the content of the report. For example, if we have multiple reports scheduled, but they all arrive with the name "User Activity" we must open each one to determine what the content is based on the filters selected. We would rather be able to name the report so it arrives as "Admin Dept User Activity [user name]" and the date/time stamp.

6. Ability to set "Updated" as default in search results

   Search results can be sorted by "relevance" or "Updated".
   However, the default is "Relevance".
   Since "Updated" is used more frequently than "Relevance", please implement the ability to specify the default on the user side or in the tenant settings.

7. Add keyword conditions to search filter.

   Currently, possible to search by combining Boolean operators and keywords, it is a hurdle for users to use without knowledge.
   It would be easier to search if the search filter had a narrowing criterion such as "includes ~" or " not include ~".

8. Sort metadata templates / メタデータテンプレートの並び替え

   Metadata templates are arranged in ascending order based on "the template key".
   "The template key" often do not match with custom templates written in Japanese, so this specification is inconvenient for users looking for these.

   We would like the administrator to be able to freely change the display order in the Admin Console.

9. I would like you to implement a function that allows you to obtain information from login information when using "Box Relay".

   Currently, you can use metadata when renaming files using Box Relay.
   Similarly, I would like to be able to use the signed-in user's My Profile information as the value of "Available Variables".
   (email address, name, company name, etc.)
   Being able to use the information of the signed-in user allows you to obtain reliable information, which I think will improve convenience in various ways.

10. Support for total_count (Box Metadata Query API)

    For the Box search API, return of queried total_count results is documented and supported.

    Confirmed total_count is currently not a feature of Box Metadata Query API and anticipating for inclusion of this feature.

    I would like to be able to use the annotation and comment addition functions even in previews of Office products (Excel, Word, etc.).

13. Selecting files on the Box UI

    I recently noticed a change in Box in the while you can select files. Before, you can click on a filename or multiple filenames and it would just be a selection. Now it seems to launch the file. If you want to select the file you have to click on the ballot box to the it’s right now. Our team much prefers the previous way before it was closer to how a desktop UI behaves.

14. Folder tree order up side down when move/copy

    In folder view on Web Application, upper folder tree view is shown when working with deep folders.(left corner)
    The display order of this tree view and the tree view displayed when you "move/copy" a file are up side down.
    (where[...]mouse hober over)
    (Folder hierarchy ascending/descending order)
    So, when moving files, there is a possibility of causing a mistake in the destination.

    Normal folder view: 1st>2nd>3rd>4th>5th

    View on Move/Copy: 5th>4th>3rd>2nd>1st

    It's happy to be if it is a same display order.

    Most of users remain on Box Drive/explorer, for a transformation, we would like to recommend Box web application for users.
    But those difference of gimmick of the order will sometimes make confuse a user.
    If this will be fixed, a user easier to recommend Web Application
    （and can graduate Box Drive.)

15. Upload size maximum of Mobile

    When uploading files from the mobile app, the maximum upload limit is 15 GB, regardless of the plan.
    We would like this limit to be the same as the upload limit of the plan we have purchased.

    Ability to click a link that opens the current web box folder on the local Box Drive. This would allow for quick local file editing when you navigated to the folder via web Box.

17. Disable new drag and drop clouds security feature

    The new drag and drop cloud game to view a file is horrible. The reason we went with BOX was to present our materials professionally with a visually attractive preview. We can't send files with a drag and drop security game to our clients. Please provide an option to disable that.

18. Remaining files that are no longer needed when using templates

    When creating a signature request from "Use Template", a file with a () at the end of the file name is created, and furthermore, when using the "Replace" function, the file remains in the folder.

    The remaining files should be deleted when no longer needed.

    「テンプレートを使用」から署名リクエストを作成する際に、ファイル名の後端に()のついたファイルができ、さらに「置き換え」機能を使うとそのファイルがフォルダに残ってしまう。

    不要となった残ファイルは削除されることが望ましい。

19. Set the number of invitation reminder emails to be sent.

    When a managed user invites an external user, I would like a feature that allows them to set the number of reminder emails to be sent, such as once a day, once every three days, once a week, etc.
    This prevents random and careless reminder emails from being sent repeatedly to users of other companies.

20. Option to overwrite metadata values when moving file

    We would like the option for a metadata attribute to be overwritten automatically when moved to a folder with cascading metadata enabled for the same metadata template.

    Here's our use case:
    Some of our organization content currently sits in user folders. People accessing that content have no way of knowing where it sits, and therefore can't take action to move it to the desired location. Applying a metadata template indicating if content sits within a user or an organizational folder would be a great way to make this visible to users. With the current behavior, we can't do that, as the metadata value would not be modified when the content gets moved (unless we take the one-time action to overwrite, which is not practical in our case)
