when uploading photos in the Box app, they are in wrong orientation
Since last update, when uploading pictures from the app, if the photo was taken in Landscape mode, it shows as vertical once uploaded. PLEASE take it back to like it was where no matter what orientation we took a picture, it would show up correctly in the files.

Link Box sign requests
The ability to link several Sign Requests as one. When scanning a form a user needs to authenticate that the scan is a true copy and there is no errors. if there is an error e.g. page ten was crumpled and not readable then it has to be rescanned. FDA demand all sign requests are kept. even ones that failed. today there is not way to link different sign requests

Users to oversee the File request used Folders
We would like to have users to be able to see which folders they have enabled file request as an list.
The image is to have a "File Request" tab in the Box menu on the left side.
Once you click that tab, it will show all the folders that the users have enabled file request so they can disable unnecessary link.3 votes -

Check the number of API calls from the developer console of the user who executed the App
Platform report could be used to confirm API calls. But it requires authorities to export.
Display the number of API calls in use for each app in the developer console to check if the number of API calls exceeds the limit.

Annoying you have to go into content manager to delete content. Should be able to delete the root level folder as an admin on the All Files Page.

Customizable "Thanks for signing!" Box Sign email
I really need to be able to contact a signer immediately after signing, even if it's after hours or on the weekends. Adding a space on signing templates for a custom message would be HUGELY helpful and solve a huge problem.

Check if a shared link exists in BoxDrive
On BoxDrive, it is not possible to tell in which folder the shared link has been issued.

Granular Security Controls on the Box API
We wish to implement fine-grained security controls on the API which is integrating with our SSPM – at the moment the permissions are Manage and for integration to our SaaS Security Posture Management service we just require Read.

We would like to be able to configure IP address restriction setting in admin console.
It cannot be set up IP address restriction without a service request to product support.

Allow Co-Amins viewer access to claimed domains
Allow Co-Admins the ability to at the very least have viewer access in Enterprise Settings to see the claimed domains on their account. Currently our company has hundreds of domains, and having to ask the Admin to verify which domains have been claimed in our account is very frustrating and time consuming.

Prompt to Setup Biometrics when a Passcode is Set
When a passcode is set, Box Mobile should automatically ask the user if they want to use biometrics to unlock Box. Most applications already do this and most users will never go into settings and enable biometrics because they don't realize that is an option.

Merging the Content of two Folders with the same name and the same files gives the option of overwriting the destination or not. This will be very useful if you have duplicate content and want to save time and storage.

Removing co-owners from view of external clients
Removing co-owners from view of external clients. Currently all owners & cowners will show under collaborators in BOX folders - meaning external clients can see all who is listed and will email all individuals, including executives. There is a feature to hide this from anyone who is not an owner, but that would mean that managed users/internal staff would also not see these.

I want that when a folder is created in Box, the tag 'X' is automatically applied.
