Add ability to get a user's collaborations via API
Since there is a function to get a list of invitations to the group, I want to provide the same to the users.

In the interim, you can identify all of a user’s collaborations by requesting items in the user’s root folder (id = 0) and filtering out those where the owned_by user is the current user. This would require an additional API call for each item to get the collaboration id, but if you are only interested in knowing which items re collaborated versus owned by the user, it may be sufficient for your purposes.

Request for Long-Term-Support (LTS) release for Box Drive
we request for Long-Term-Support (LTS) release for Box Drive.
Currently, box drive is updated too much frequently, therefore it is very impossible for us to upgrade Box drive to latest version in a adequate timing (when we upgrade box drive, it takes long time to validate and install box drive every time).We would like to use box drive as long as possible in the same version: Long-Term-Support (LTS)(We do hope that support term should be at least longer than 6 months) .4 votes -

Time to complete task including / excluding weekends
A customer I am working with would like to add the flexibility to include or exclude weekends when adding a time to complete tasks. This would make more business sense to end users to not include weekends when assigning a time to complete, and would make for a more standard business process. It would make it easier when creating relay workflows to assign a task that needs to be completed in two business days rather than just two days. Automatic retry on files with upload errors
Currently if there is an issue with a file upload (the one I'm currently running into is the "File may be locked or in use" error) Box Sync requires a manual step where you click the Retry button in the Box Sync tray icon context menu.
This is problematic for me because I'm trying to full automate our build pipeline. In my scenario we generate a nightly build, zip it up and copy it to the Box Sync folder. The problem for me has been that it appears that Box Sync is a bit too hasty and attempts to upload…

Decrease upload file size limit
Hello, due to regulatory requirements conformity, we would like to lower the minimum file size limit (currently 5gb in Enterprise mode).
It would be great to be able to do it in xxx MB instead of GB
With a minimum of 100mb per se.Also, giving administrators the ability to manage this size would be helpful (currently box support has to do this).
While the user experience would suffer, it would simplify overhead and administration in terms of regulatory reporting, downstream applications, and system control.

Simplify Box Experience Per Design
Currently, my firm has Box Drive integrated to our Salesforce CRM. What would help simplify and in the end optimize our experience by minimizing errors is to be allowed the option to remove the top search bar banner and the documents file path from the Salesforce instance. Limiting the access to other files from one contact to another can also help prevent accidental file modifications. Hope this can be of benefit to other Box users!

Notification "new version" upload
Notify the folder group when a new version is uploaded.
Currently only when the first version is uploaded, a notification is sent. If version 2 is uploaded, the folder group does not get a notification.30 votesNot planned for current year.

Dashboard for end users
Create an end-user accessible dashboard where users can see the status of their content and shared links. For example, they can see a running list of their shared links and be able to un-share these links via the dashboard; see a running list of externally shared content with external collaborators to see if they still need to be shared externally. Request to suppress collaborator invitation emails.
When needing to invite a single user into multiple files and subfolders within a given folder, but not into all files in that specific folder, we'd like to see a way to suppress the email notifications that are automatically sent to that user each time the collaborator invitation is sent.
Currently there is no way to choose to not have the email notifications go out and then it inundates the user's inbox.

Create a hyperlink to a point within the same note
Box Notes are wonderful, but after a certain length, they can become unwieldy to navigate. Other services, including Dropbox, offer the ability to hyperlink to a headlines section (text marked as H1, H2) to create a functional contents segment.
Please could we have the ability to hyperlink within documents, at leas to text tagged as a header

Add support to get Security logs event using Box Eventlog API
Currently Eventlog API doesn't logs event related to enterprise setting changes by admins. These logs are available using Security report (https://app.box.com/master/reports/security) but are not available through API.

Failed login email alerts
It'd be great if the "failed to log in 5 times” email alerts included the time, IP address, location, and what part of Box the user was trying to log in to (e.g. web app, desktop app, FTP, API, etc.) for each of the failed attempts. That’d make it a lot easier to track down any issues on our side, or determine whether there was an internal security issue to investigate. If it could also include similar details about the last couple of successful attempts, that’d also be helpful, just to see if there’s a deviation from a pattern

Kami Extension Integration
We are using Kami extension to edit PDF files on Chromebook so perhaps BOX IT team can consider to add Kami or something similar in the future. Would like to be able to open and integrate with an application/extension that would allow her to use Google Chromebooks and be able to open/edit PDF files via Box Edit.
