Allow groups to change classification levels
We would like to see the option of a Box group to be able to change the classifications, along with the options we already have available.
This would allow us to create a group(s) that align with our written policies.

Feature request to be able to set the "Integration Restrictions" setting in Enterprise settings
I'd like to see the "Integration Download Limit" from the Enterprise Settings enforced tenant-wide. And I want it to apply to all content.
We would like to request the ability to set the "Integration Restrictions" setting from the Enterprise settings to the entire tenant.
Currently, in order to specify "Content download restriction on integrations", it must be applied every time a folder is created in the first level, and only restrictable content is applied.
I'd like to see the "Integration Restrictions" setting from Enterprise Settings enforced tenant-wide. And I want it to apply to all content.【In Japanese】

I would like to be able to customzie the content preview window side bar
Once Box AI is enabled it takes the top spot as the default sidebar view in the content preview window. Some of my users would like the Activity Tab to load first, as they depend on seeing comments. Being able to customize the sidebar icons would be great

Date and time functions will not work correctly in shared Excel file
When an external collaborator opens a shared link of an Excel file (with 'People with the link' option selected) without logging into box, date and time functions will not work correctly.
This should be fixed, as it would easily bring about confusion.1 vote -
We want a notification function for end users on the Box home screen
When rolling out new features or raising awareness, it's useful to be able to prominently notify end users on Box.

when uploading photos in the Box app, they are in wrong orientation
Since last update, when uploading pictures from the app, if the photo was taken in Landscape mode, it shows as vertical once uploaded. PLEASE take it back to like it was where no matter what orientation we took a picture, it would show up correctly in the files.

Display sidebar icons anywhere/サイドバーアイコンを任意の場所に表示
We want to move the icon in the sidebar that appears when previewing a Box file freely and fix it where I want it.
When BoxAI is activated, the BoxAI icon appears at the top of the sidebar.
However, since the BoxAI icon is displayed at the top of the sidebar and comments (tasks) are not displayed immediately below it, they are overlooked.
Therefore, it is a hassle to switch to the Activity column that appears below BoxAI.(日本語訳)

We want to use "YYYY MM DD" format for Box Relay date variables
When entering dates as variables in Box Relay, it is inconvenient that the only formats available are "MM YYYY" or "MM DD YYYY".

Placing the file on BOX folder.
Currently, if anyone wants to upload a file from his local drive he can hold and drag the file to BOX folder in BOX UI.
In addition to above, user should have feature of copying by Ctrl + Copy & then pasting that file by Ctrl + P in BOX UI as we normally have in other apps e.g. Microsoft Outlook.

HTML files should also be supported by Box AI
Currently, HTML files are not supported by Box AI.
As we move forward with the use of Box AI, we have a department that frequently uses HTML files, and that department requested that we use Box AI to obtain information from HTML files.

Box Drive: Safe Column Width Fixation
The default column width is too narrow when viewing in Box Drive, and it is not possible to apply column width locking. I would like to request an improvement to this feature.

Admins to delete root level folders in the UI on All Files page
Annoying you have to go into content manager to delete content. Should be able to delete the root level folder as an admin on the All Files Page.

Customizable "Thanks for signing!" Box Sign email
I really need to be able to contact a signer immediately after signing, even if it's after hours or on the weekends. Adding a space on signing templates for a custom message would be HUGELY helpful and solve a huge problem.

Check if a shared link exists in BoxDrive
On BoxDrive, it is not possible to tell in which folder the shared link has been issued.

Extend 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance to Box Sign APIs to enable Part 11 Box Sign requests via Box Drive
As of Box Drive v2.43, Box Drive now integrates with Box Sign. However, this integration does not support Part 11 compliant signatures. Since Part 11 compliance is enabled and enforced for all users in our organization, this presents a risk, as users could inadvertently bypass this requirement when using the integrated Box Sign feature via Box Drive.

Granular Security Controls on the Box API
We wish to implement fine-grained security controls on the API which is integrating with our SSPM – at the moment the permissions are Manage and for integration to our SaaS Security Posture Management service we just require Read.
