Prompt to Setup Biometrics when a Passcode is Set
When a passcode is set, Box Mobile should automatically ask the user if they want to use biometrics to unlock Box. Most applications already do this and most users will never go into settings and enable biometrics because they don't realize that is an option.

Merging Content of two Folders with Same Name and Same files
Merging the Content of two Folders with the same name and the same files gives the option of overwriting the destination or not. This will be very useful if you have duplicate content and want to save time and storage.

Removing co-owners from view of external clients
Removing co-owners from view of external clients. Currently all owners & cowners will show under collaborators in BOX folders - meaning external clients can see all who is listed and will email all individuals, including executives. There is a feature to hide this from anyone who is not an owner, but that would mean that managed users/internal staff would also not see these.

I want that when a folder is created in Box, the tag 'X' is automatically applied.

We want the Box administrator to be able to confirm when an IP address is blocked from communicating.
Box has a function to increase security by restricting the IP addresses accessing the system. When using this function, it is necessary to register the addresses to be used in the permission list when there is a system that wants to cooperate with Box.
However, there are cases where it is not possible to confirm the IP addresses used with each system vendor.
Therefore, currently, we block communication once and ask Box to confirm the information by contacting the company.
This operation requires support from Box and is inconvenient for us because it takes time to add the IP address…

Ability to create custom re-usable fields
I want to create custom versions of standard fields and save them for reuse on future documents that I send.
Custom fields help speed up the document preparation by allowing me to reuse previously created fields customized for my needs.Custom fields work like any other standard field. I can just place it on my document, and it retains all of the field properties I defined previously, such as font styles, validation, title, options for radiobuttons/dropdowns and others.

We would like to actively monitor the status of Box Shield and the Shield settings applied to our enterprise and environments.
We would like to actively monitor the status of Box Shield and the Shield settings applied to our enterprise and environments.
Doing so will provide the assurance needed that Box Shield is protecting us from threats, and mean we do not need to layer on our own file scanning as a backup.

Removing "Required" setting from File Request
I’d like to remove the “required” setting from File Requests.
For example, suppose a File Request has two upload links, A and B.
Documents need to be uploaded to A and B at different times.
However, the current setup requires at least one upload link to be mandatory, which prevents uploading to A and B at separate times.
While creating separate File Requests for A and B would solve this issue, if the number of documents increases (e.g., A, B, C, D, E...), it could confuse the uploader. That’s why I’d prefer to consolidate everything into a single File Request.

Additional formatting options in Box Notes
Allow for toggle lists that reduce visual clutter within a Note. Add additional formatting for callouts, section dividers to organize content. Create quick links between notes.

Feature Request – Enable "Favorites" Feature on Box Drive
The 'Favorites' feature in Box allows users to quickly access frequently used files and folders by marking them as favorites. However, adding folders to 'Favorites' is only available through the Box web app and is not supported on Box Drive, the desktop application.

Ability to add a parameter to control the visibility of the zoom button when creating expiring embed links
Most of the time, when viewing on mobile, it appears that the zoom button doesn't do much when pressed. Only when zoomed out does it seem to fit the document to the screen. Raymond James would like the ability to disable this when creating expiring embed links.

Hi there! I'm trying to make the power of Box AI accessible to my users. Right now the best thing would be to give them a chatbot to read HR documents, on our Intranet in Sharepoint.
I would love to be able to embed ONLY the Agent into Sharepoint, but so far we can only embed the Box Hub. Therefore if my user wants to ask about their HR benifits, my user has to:
1. Go to the HR Sharepoint Site (where they normally find info on employee benefits, etc.)

Inline comments as Trigger in BOX relay workflow
Currently there is no BOX Relay template to start the workflow with Inline comments as File event. It would be great if there is a template for it or if there is an Inline comment option as File Event in BOX Relay workflow.

View Folder structure
Currently, BOX admins can view the Folder structure in user's account with new Content manager. It will be better if End user can also see their Folder structure in BOX Webapp.

Inline comments in Excel
There is Inline comment option available for Microsoft Word in BOX Web. We can select a particular text and comment on it, which will be available in Activity also. But there is no option to select a Text in Excel and add an Inline comment on it. This feature is available only in Microsoft Excel online, but those comments are not reflected in Activity. It would be better if there is an Inline comment option available for Excel also.

Pop-up feature to prevent conflicts when editing files
When multiple people modify a file using BoxEdit, conflicts can create multiple files with the same content, each with a file name like (1), making it difficult to determine which file contains the correct and latest information.
We understand that using the lock function can prevent this, but many users have difficulty using the lock function.
I would like a pop-up that says “Someone is editing the file, would you like to edit it? If you continue to edit the file, it may cause inconsistencies in the file” pop-up, and I would like to be able to edit the file…1 vote -
Multi-tenant support for Box Graph Connector
It is a very common configuration to have a single Microsoft 365 tenant and a multi-tenant Box, but the Box Graph Connector is only available for one Box tenant.
Box Graph Connector should be supported even if Microsoft 365 is single-tenant and Box is multi-tenant.8 votes -
