    I would like an additional (apart from grey, blue and yellow) color (red?) for folders that are shared with external people.

    An external indicator exists today as part of the External Access Indicators release via the details sidebar of a folder.

    Files in a folder (or globally) would be purged after a certain period of time, but if a user wants to remove the content before that time, they would be able to do so.

    The current classification label assignment is checked against the events for the files in the Box.

    When there are multiple files that need to be moved/copied, it is time-consuming to specify each file individually, and the folders to move/copy to become cumbersome.
    Therefore, we would like to apply the current behavior to folders as well.

  8. Worflow Starter should be the assigner of tasks instead of the creator/owner of Relay Workflow.

    A relay workflow is created by one owner but used by several people. Since all the tasks are assigned by the workflow owner rather than the workflow starter, its confusing for assignees. E-mail and task notifications should show the workflow starter's name instead of the owner of workflow.

  9. Disable new drag and drop clouds security feature

    The new drag and drop cloud game to view a file is horrible. The reason we went with BOX was to present our materials professionally with a visually attractive preview. We can't send files with a drag and drop security game to our clients. Please provide an option to disable that.

  10. Change the file lock icon back to red

    After the Shield File and Folder Badges update, the file lock icon changed from red to grey.

    It is harder to see now so it would be great if you can change it back to red.

  11. Export Control (ITAR/EAR) support by Box Shield (Increase the maximum number of Shield Classifications & Applying a classification label to

    In the case of having global offices/teams, contents related to Export control are dispersed globally. However, the contents need to be in compliance for Export control.
    The following two enhancements work well for supporting ITAR/EAR with dispersed contents in one Box entity:
    1. Increase the maximum number of Shield Classifications - There is a limitation Classification (it's 25) now. To create combination label via country-base for ITAR/EAR, it requires a larger number of classifications.
    2. Applying a classification label to a specific group - this ability is required to support large number of Classification (above enhancement).

  12. Date and Time of uploading file on BOX

    Hi! I was faced with the problem of file date uploading on display on BOX.

    I know that usually, BOX shows "Today" or "Yesterday" if the file was uploaded to BOX today or yesterday. It's clear, but, I need to see the exact date displayed with numbers. For example, I want to see that the file was uploaded to BOX "18 of May, 2022" instead of "Today".

    Moreover, I even can't see the time when the file was uploaded to BOX. I work with the client in different time zones (the difference is 10 hrs) and sometimes it is really…

  13. The ability to configure a form to collect metadata in Box Sign (similar to File Request)

    We would like to have a form to populate metadata values by Box Sign natively similar to File Request. This is for one of requirements for "searching contents" defined in the Japanese version of ISO 15489 record management.

  15. Relay：Users who have already been invited in a group will not be invited with "Invite assignees as Viewers/Editors"

    A new feature has been added to Relay called "Invite assignees as Virwers/Editors".
    "Invite assignees as Virwers/Editors" are sent to users who have already been invited in the group.
    This is confusing because additional invitations are carried out to users who have already been invited.
    Furthermore, operationally, this requires the collaboration to be removed from the relevant file each time.
    *As a company rule, we are not allowed to collaborate with individuals individually, except in groups to which they have been previously invited by Admin.

  16. Be able to specify a document or a shared link in “Send Notification” outcome

    It would be convenient if the “Send Notification” outcome had an option to specify a document or a shared link in the notification body.

    Right now it is only possible to input plain text.

  17. Generate Shared Links as a Relay Outcome

    Would like the ability to automate generating shared links on files within Box Relay as an outcome. One use case for this would be to create a process for generating external shared links. Many security-conscience customers don't want everyone to have the ability to shared content externally without some sort of approval or oversight. If we added generating and sharing shared links as an outcome in Relay we could build approval flows that would allow users to get approval to share a file externally even if they don't have the access do so.

  18. Export menu of the Access Statistics for non-administrators

    I would like you to make the access statistics export menu available to non-administrative users.
    I think this can be achieved by allowing the user to select the destination folder after clicking the export menu.

    【Current status and issues】
    Currently, only co-administrators or administrators who have the authority to output reports can export access statistics.
    General users other than administrators can check the access statistics, but cannot export them to a file.

    The PR department has voiced the desire to export access statistics to a file.

    In NetSuite, current default folder structure does not allow segregation of subsidiary files which can be a financial and privacy controls issue.

  20. List View of Marked For Offline Files

    It is imperative that we have a view of which folders we have Make Available Offline. We can't hunt and peck through hundreds of folders with a Green Checkmark on it to Make Available Online Only when we're finished with a big "sync". This is already a hoop we're jumping through because we can't "sync" to an external drive so we have to manually manage internal Hard Drive space. A user should be able to see what they have marked for offline at a glance so they can easily reverse the storage affect on local hard drives.
