Revert to former UX for selecting files/folders (no more check boxes)
In order to select multiple files or folders in the Box Web App you now have to use the checkboxes which are only visible when you hover over the file/folder all the way to the right.
Previously, you could select multiple files and folders by clicking on the file or folder icon on the far left, and didn’t have to bother with checkboxes. The suggestion is to revert to the former UX for selecting files/folders

Ability to specify BoxNote headings by URL
In the case of shared links, "#p=number of pages" can be added to the end of the URL to move to the specified page.
If BoxNote can also specify a heading in the URL so that the user can move directly to the desired location (heading), it will reduce the time and effort required by the recipient when the URL is shared (time and effort required to move to the corresponding heading).

Collaboration Report - Add Last Accessed Column
Box Admin frequently runs reports on all external collaborators who they work with and wants to remove external collaborators from files that they haven't accessed in awhile. Wants to be able to run a report that filters to all external collaborators and allows you to see the files that they are collaborated on AND the last date that they accessed those files. This will help the admin determine if an external collaborator can be removed from a file. The collaborator report allows you to do most of this. Fix Version History for Co-Authored Files
Now that co-authoring is available on Office files (which is a great feature!) version history is paying the price. On files that are edited often, the version history is growing out of control which leads to two primary issues:
1 - Since only the last 100 versions of a file are available, the significant increase in versions caused by co-authoring means you may only have a few days worth of version history instead of months or years of history. Add a shared calendar feature within the platform.
My team has been using box for years. It is fantastic except for the lack of a shared calendar feature. It's very hard to understand why this hasn't been added yet. Users have been asking for it for YEARS, and it can't be much more complex than a box note.
We despise Google and are not all on Outlook, and I know our team is not alone in this. All we want is a simple shared calendar within the platform.

Box Shield Dashboard "Next" and "Back" button in Alert ID page
When looking at the specific Alert ID page, I would like to have a "Next" and "Back" page so that I can go to the next Alert ID page. This is because when I get the alert ID result through the filtering and I go back to the Shield Dashboard, the filtering is reset so I need to set the filtering again to see the other Alert ID I wanted to see.

We would like to be able to register a group in the BoxSign configuration even if the group's permission setting is not "Administrators only
Currently, when we try to register a group in the Sign configuration, we can register the group if the group's permission setting is "Administrators only", but not if the group's permission setting is "Company" or "Group Members".
Registration location [Enterprise Settings > BoxSign > Edit Configuration > Sign Configuration].
We are using "Company" and "Group Member" as the permission setting for groups to be able to respond to group invitations, etc. outside of the management console, so we would like these permission settings to be able to be registered in the Sign configuration.<グループの権限設定が「管理者のみ」以外の場合もBoxSignの構成でグループを登録できるようにしてほしい>

Request early resolution of notification issues
From a file stored in Box, commenting with @mention does not send a notification email to the mentee, or the email is delayed.
According to the following article, the notification service is being updated, and we would appreciate an immediate remedy.

box sync ignore files
Are you kindly considering adding a feature to skip / ignore certain paths (directories, files) stored on local machine from syncing? Some examples of situations where inability to exclude files from backup causes undesired issues: 1) There are programs which store temporary files among synced folders. These temporary files frequently change and are deleted on program exit, which results into frequent unnecessary synchronization and deletion of files in cloud, therefore waste of computing resources and bandwidth. 2) Specific program creates empty file "running" to indicate it's in running state. Comments should copy over when files are copied from one folder to another
Not sure why this has changed, however, when copying files from one folder to another (inside a parent folder) it would be great if the comments would also copy over. They used to, up until mid-2021. For example, I have files I share for approval in a working project, that I copy into an ASSETS folder after approval

Ability to lock file to prevent other users from editing a file
Lock and Unlock feature: The lock feature should be set so that when the Person A locks a file so that they can work on the file, it should prevent the others listed on the Share from being able to Unlock the file. It defeats the purpose of locking the file if someone else can just unlock it while Person A is still in the midst of editing a file. The only person outside of Person A who should have the option is the Owner and Co-owner of the Box folder. All others like Editor, Viewer etc, should NOT be…

File Explorer Search Capabilities on Box Drive
Box Sync allowed for File Explorer searching. Box Drive does not.

File Request+Metadata issue : Unexpected changing number via mouse operation
When requesting a number field of metadata with a file request link, the number may changes unintentionally due to the user's scrolling the mouse.

Auto lock/unlock for read-only file.
Currently, BoxDrive works with AutoLockUnlock=1 as below.
- When we open a read-only settings(Windows OS file property), it is locked automatically.
- And then, when we close the file, the read-only setting is gone.
Please improve as below.
- When we open a read-only settings(Windows OS file property), it is not locked automatically.
- And then, when we close the file, the read-only setting keeps.

Scheduled relay task
Add a Time field with time zone to send a notification in Box Relay. Currently scheduled events can only be set at the date level.
