Ability to specify items that have been moved to the recycle bin when outputting the user activity report.
It seems that the specification is also intended to check the movement of items before and after they are moved to the recycle bin, but I would like you to be able to specify the items that have been moved to the recycle bin when outputting the report.
Currently, it is a specification that can not be searched if it is moved to the trash box when the item name is surely grasped.
Items cannot be specified in the target folder and file items. If it can be specified at the time of reporting even if it has been moved to the recycle bin, it will be an effective clue when conducting a survey.

It seems that the specification is also intended to check the movement of items before and after they are moved to the recycle bin, but I would like you to be able to specify the items that have been moved to the recycle bin when outputting the report.

The version log on the right should make document type immediately evident
When version history is displayed on the right, no indication of version type (docx or pdf) is given, other than the file size, from which an inference might be made. I told my co-workers I'm a "version nazi"--that is, I'm against starting a new Box document when we've finalized a Word document as a PDF. I want them to stack the PDF version(s) right on the old versions so that ALL versions of a specific document--whether docx or pdf--are in the same Box document. But to make this more palatable, it would help if a user could readily see file types for each version. A screen shot would help, but I can't see a way to add one.

share link permission to group
It would be great if we can add a four option as a share link permission to "Group Only" so I can share it to the users who belong to my group.

Allow chain marks on shared links to be hidden
We would like to be able to hide the Create Shared Link button on the chainmark so that users do not accidentally create a shared link.
ユーザーが誤って共有リンクを作成しないように、チェーンマークの共有リンク作成ボタンを非表示にできるようにしてほしい。2 votes -
Reporting on use of metadata
Add the possibility to report on the use of metadata: the current report indicates if metadata has been modified or added, but not the name of the concerned metadata. So for the moment we don't know if a metadata is used or not (and if not used, we could delete it).

Display actual user name instead of "Previous Collaborators"
About the owner and last updater of files and folders on BOX. If you delete the owner's account, the owner will be displayed as "Previous Collaborators", but I would like you to leave the owner name without changing to this display. It is necessary to comply with the Japanese local electronic bookkeeping law. Please consider.

Home & End Keyboard Button Support
Hello,
The home & end buttons in box notes move the view to the beginning/end of the document, where the expectation precedent that other text editors have set is that the cursor moves to the beginning and end of the line.
If this is possible, it would be an amazing feature so that I can interoperate between my usual text editors (VS Code, IntelliJ, etc) and box notes without having to readjust my keyboarding habits.

Canvas integration into Zoom
Once canvas is available, there should be an integration into zoom so people can use Box Native canvases in Zoom, and the result should save automatically into Box.

Default Black ink for E-signatures in Box Sign – as required by The Crown
It is imperative for Police Services throughout the UK to use Black ink ONLY when signing signatures for lawful documentation. I understand that there may be a need for other businesses to use purple/blue/red ink, however, within the Police and throughout the judicial process, any other colour than black ink will be rejected, which will lead to increase time an Officer or Investigators spend on obtaining signatures and investigating crime. Therefore, we require black ink, at the very least to be the default colour for signees.

troublesome 'Saved' and 'What's New' button placement in Notes window
The 'Saved' and 'What's New' buttons in the bottom right corner of the Notes window are frustrating in their placement. As I write in Notes, these two buttons constantly obscure my text so that I need to stop typing and hit return several times to 'raise' my text in the Notes document away from those buttons . . . only to (several lines later) find myself in the same situation: the text I'm typing is hidden by the 'Saved' and 'What's New' buttons. Surely there's a better way to display these buttons without obscuring where we type. Thank you.

Ability to easily update metadata template
I have created and used a metadata template to comply with Japan's Electronic Bookkeeping Law, but it is complicated to input the metadata.
We would like you to improve the functionality to make it easier to input the data.8 votes -
Mark file as safe across entire enterprise
We have a file stored in multiple (hundreds of) locations across our Box enterprise and it regularly gets falsely flagged as malicious. We mark it as safe each time, for each location. It would be nice if there was a way to mark the file as safe for ALL locations in our Box enterprise at once. The file is identical name, size, and hash in each location so marking it as safe once instead of hundreds of times would be very much appreciated.

I am trying to see if I can lock down folders to prevent people from accidental moving or deletion.
In Box Drive (File Explorer), sometimes our users accidentally move folders into other folders, not realizing what they did. Then people cannot find what they are looking for. Is there a way we can prevent this? Or is there a way we can prevent this for higher-level folders? Or is there a way a user can receive a prompt along the lines of "Are you sure you wish to move this folder?"

Suggestions from our IT Director:
Ideally we license Box Shield and it could easily be a policy based on metadata or tagging for certain folders.
This would probably make the most sense.
Any folder tagged with #nomove just couldn’t be moved unless it was first untagged on the web interface by an owner, editor or admin.
It seems customers have been clamoring for this feature for years. It would bring tremendous value to your service.

Allow signers to propose changes to a document before signing
As a signer, if I don't fully agree to the content of a document, I would like to propose changes to it before I sign. If the sender then accepts my change requests, the altered document would then already be signed by me.

Ability to save entered text as an image.
Fix the bug of saving entered text as an image.
Based from our Webapp specialist, Box Sign documents are always saved as PDF. The text content can be copied, but not the fields that are filled out since those are images, not text.

Real time progress of a file upload via box upload api
When a direct box upload api is invoked, there is no way to know the real time progress of upload. It would be good to get real time progress from box to notify users about the same on our UI.
