   Please make it so that a notification appears when loading text larger than 2MB in Box AI.
   When the text is over 2MB, the necessary information may not be fully read, resulting in incomplete responses and potentially acquiring incorrect information.

2. Change the warning message when external users change their password.

   The new feature "Enable detection of confirmed leaked passwords" has been applied.

   If an invited external user does not meet the password criteria, they will be required to change their password.

   When entering a new password, if the password does not meet the requirements, a message will appear stating "Password was exposed in a data breach"

   This message is confusing as it misleadingly suggests that a data breach has occurred on the tenant's side.

   Therefore, please change it to something appropriate, such as "The password you entered is weak, please make it more complex."

3. How to Prevent Content with Classification Labels from Being Published on Hubs

   We want to set up a system so that if a user tries to publish a folder or file with a specific classification label to Hubs, a warning message will appear or an alert will be sent to administrators.
   Within our company, we assign classification labels to content that is kept private except for specific users, and we are also careful when granting access permissions. However, if such content is published on Hubs, any user who can view the Hub will be able to access the content, which defeats the purpose. We want to be able to strictly manage the access permissions of content published on Hubs.

4. SFTP authentication method using a key pair.

   Please allow Box to use a key pair as an SFTP authentication method as an alternative to a username and password. Not all systems allow files to be sent via SFTP using a username/password. Thanks.

   Include all the metadata key/value pairs in the webhook payload when METADATA_INSTANCE.CREATED event is triggered so clients don't have send an additional GET request to fetch the metadata values.

6. Box Shield label error notification

   When there is an error to labelling Box Shield label there is no way for the user to know where there was an error or not unless looking at each content one by one.

   Hi Could you consider displaying a pop-up message when users try to move a lot of contents to a trash?

   Currently, a pop up message appears when large folders are moved to oher folders. But no message appears when a user tries to move contents to a trash.

8. Python in Excel while stored on Box

   I would like to be able to use Microsoft Excel's new implementation of Python.

   I have been told that Python in Excel can only be used on content stored in "secure container[s] on the Microsoft Cloud", such as OneDrive, Azure, Sharepoint, and other Microsoft proprietary resources.

   Can Box work with Microsoft to support this feature?

9. access Deny Authority

   The permissions of the parent folder are inherited by the subordinate folder, but I want to be able to add a setting to deny access only to specific users or groups in the subordinate folder. 10. Allow Folder Insights Reporting to download into a co-owned destination folder

    Currently you can only successfully download content/folder insight reporting into a destination folder that you yourself own. I would like to change this so that users can also be a co-owner on the folder to download insight reporting to.

    When viewing the list of collaborators for a folder, it is not possible to return to the folder screen.

13. Importing data using Box Shuttle via an SFTP share link

    We are provided access to data stored in external customers archives via FTP/SFTP credentials which we need to migrate into Box.

    It would be great to be able to migrate this data directly into box using Box Shuttle.

    Would it be possible to add SFTP as one of the pick options on the source system screen in Shuttle when creating a new Job where we could add in URL, Username, Password, Port, etc?

    One enhancement requested by a customer is within the Box AI query window. The documents from which information is pulled be linked within the response alongside the relevant text and at the end of the response (image 1), rather than be listed only at the end of the response (image 2).

16. Copilot support in Office Online/Office desktop applications for files on Box

    Currently, Copilot (Copilot in Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is not supported for Office files in Box.

    The following must be supported for files in Box

    (1) Copilot in Office Online

    (2) Copilot in Office desktop applications (with or without co-authoring)

17. Add description field to defaul group view

    I would like an more user friendly way to determine the identity of a synced group from Entra. I am wary of renaming them, as my guess is they are being matched with the Entra directory using the value in name field. I have no easy way of choosing a group to work on without opening them from the top until I see the added info in the description column. It would be nice to see that on the default list view.

18. Box Sign change Current Date timezone to PT upon conversion vs. UTC timezone for signatures

    Hi,
    we use macro fields (current date) in some of our word files.
    If we want to have this signed, it can happen that the date in the document changes under box sign. The reason is that the conversion of the file happens on servers that use PT as a time zone (we have MEZ) .
    The signatures themselves receive UTC as the time zone.
    Can this be standardized and perhaps ideally adapted to the transmitter's box zone?

    1.its asking to reload the user manually(Why user need to reload manually?)

    2.after reloading finding that file is very difficult
    such as searching again in the search box(headache)

    why cant creation of new file will give a new tab for file

    I work at Box's help desk. Since most users aren't fully proficient with Box, hiding files/folders　causes confusion.
