When a link is shared to the user, the ability to favorite or add it to collections in order to find it easily

・Display up to the file or folder ID
・ Display ID and shared linkIf the shared link is also displayed, the collaborator will not be able to access the shared link when the shared link expires. If the display is up to the ID, the collaborator will have permanent access.

map synced folders
There is a need to map all current synced folders of all users in my organization. There is no way to gether this information at the moment. Please develop a report that will be able to list all synced folders per user.

Support for shared links in MCP
Add a shared link resolution tool to the Box MCP server that accepts a Box shared link URL and returns the corresponding file or folder ID and metadata. Shared links are the primary way our users share content in Box, and without this capability, an agent cannot act on a shared link that a user provides directly. Users share links with colleagues as a natural part of their workflow; they should be able to share them with an AI agent the same way.

Please make shared links searchable to allow for quicker file access.
I am a photographer/image manager for an e-commerce company and many of our manufacturers provide their digital assets through shared Box links. However, there are thousands of images and folders to manually comb through to find the correct images for products.
Most manufacturers include part numbers product names in their image titles, so simply introducing a search feature in shared links would save hours of time finding the correct images!

Lock Sorting Settings of Files & Folders independently
We would like to be able to lock the sorting settings of files in folders? If we sort the folders based on A-Z the files inside the folders swap to Z-A. We would want them to be fully independent from each other.

Link shared link expiration date to time zone other than PDT
In Japan, shared link is disabled the day before the set date because reference time is linked to PDT.

Create shared link to a nested page in a Box Hub
Our Box Hubs audience consists of mostly external partners, so we design our Box folder structure and Box Hubs with a novice user in mind. For a critical marketing campaign, I have created a nested page in our main partner shared Hub, but I don't have the ability to create a shared link for just that page that I can post in a call out on our separate partner-specific "sub Hubs." My callout includes instructions to look for the page on the left nav, but it would be nice to be able to link directly to the nested page.

Freedom to move folders
Content sprawl is our #1 challenge. Please let us organize our folders. We don't want to interfere with the permissions, but I want to have an "Active Projects" folder and a "Project Archive" folder where I can drag and drop those relevant folders in.

Add Share overview
Currently our end user do not know what they have shared. It would be great everyone has a tab showing them which folders and files they have shared and how it was shared. (incl expiration). That will give them an overview they can go through to see if folders are still require to be shared.

Shared Link Dashboard
Customers want to have the ability for a user to see and manage a dashboard of all the shared links they own. Admins should be able to get a global view within the tenant. The dashboard should show if a link is public or has an expiration date and allow the user to modify it as such.

Ability to sort folders that appear in the "Select folders this user can access" view
The current view includes both parent and sub-folders. We would like a method for choosing Favorites or such that allows control of that window's view.
As we have a large number of folders, the current view is unmanageable and searching is cumbersome.

Improve event information on shared link changes
When running Reports > Usage Logs > select all for "File Sharing" in the Admin Console, you currently only see that a user modified a Shared Link access level. This new feature would allow admins to see what access level the Shared Link was prior to and after the change.
This is important if an admin wants to know how accessible the content was when the Shared Link was initially created and shared.

Auto-syncing folders to desktop
If a folder is shared with a person within an organization, there should be a feature that automatically syncs that folder to your desktop. Every quarter, my company creates a new folder for that quarters materials. And every quarter, we have to log into the browser and sync that new folder to our desktop. Its a simple task, but I spend a significant amount of time walking our employees through how to do it, and explaining why they cant see our new materials when they become available. It also doesn't help that the browser view presents differently in different browsers.…

Usage Logs - Better Reporting when Shared Link Permissions are Changed
Right now you can see WHEN a user changed the value of a shared link (closed to open for example) but not to what, so if a link was changed, we have to guess as to what level of access. This seems like a gap security wise and may lead to us shutting down shared links.

It would be ideal if you could remove a large batch of collaborators from a shared folder en mass instead of one at a time.
