Restrict users to only use Sign templates i.e. not be able to send ad-hoc requests
In banking we want to prevent any user error and they should only send requests through officially created templates

Doc visibility - Select which recipients receive which documents
When sending a Box Sign request that includes more than one document there should be an option to decide which recipients can see / receive each document. So for example you could send two documents in the same request where there are signatories who have to sign both docs, but also those who would only sign one and therefore only see or receive the one they need to sign.

Box Sign: Update request status to failed if the request email bounces back
It would be helpful if when a sign request is sent to an invalid email address that Box monitors for bounce backs from that email and updates the request appropriately. At the moment it just stays stuck in Pending which isn't ideal and doesnt give you much information.

Filter by email address that's not unmanaged user email.
We cannnot filter activity log by email address of unmanaged user.

bulk filename change
Add a “bulk change” features, such as:
For all files edited after 1/1/2011 in "Customers" folder,
if the filename begins with “11.” “12.” “22.” “23.” etc.,

Make an option to turn off the warning "Confirm Removal From This Mac"
I drag-and-drop files onto Box all day long, and every file I move I get the warning "Confirm Removal From This Mac". It would be nice to have the option to turn this warning off.

As an admin, I should be able to designate a folders zone (not restricted by the user).
In a closed environment where you have a single user designated as the owner, you are currently unable to utilize multiline tenancy. In an instance where UK HR Files need to have a zone of UK and US HR Files need to be in the US zone, I would need to create a separate service account to own each set of files.
Ideally you would be able to designate anything containing PII/PIA/IP to a root folder with a designated zone based on data storage compliance. Allowing multiple users to access without worrying about the need for unnecessary service accounts which…

Provide more options for the date format in BoxSign
I would like to be able to edit the date format in BoxSign. Currently, it is abbreviated and for legal documents, I would like it to be more formal so that the complete month is written out.

Group permission and deleting data
We would like the ability to modify the Editor group so it cannot delete data, or another role added that can support this. We need a group that can edit/rename files, but not delete.

Allow more than 10 redirect URIs in app configuration
Our app sits on top of regionally distributed infrastructure, supporting multi-tenancy, and we need to be able to configure more than the maximum of 10 redirect URIs that is currently allowed. It would be nice if we could configure as many as needed.

Ability to save Sort preference
Hello! I'd like to be able to save a sort preference for all my folders for the team. So if I number the folders they always appear in name, ascending order. Instead each time you enter a folder you have to sort it.

Add a seach box to the file lookup when attached files to Asana via the Box connector.
Asana file uploads from Box.
When uploading a file to Asana from Box via the Asana/Box integration, there is no search box. This requires the user to navigate to the file location.
It would save users so much time if there was a search box.

Encrypted downloads of files flagged as malicious so analysts can safely move files to a sandbox for further analysis.

Lack of clear notification of whether BoxDrive is syncing or not
There should be a clear icon in the Finder AND in the BoxDrive top menu icon clearly showing whether syncing is on or off. Support told em the only way to know if files are correctly syncing is to look at the files in the Finder and if there are NO ICONS then it's working. The lack of something is not a reasonable way to identify is something is working correctly. PLEASE add a symbol that shows the synching status that is easy to confirm!!

Ability to customize the subject line of emails sent automatically by Box Relay
We can customize the message that appears in the body of the email when we create an approval task in Box Relay.
However, for security reasons, we instruct our employees to delete emails they don't remember without opening them, so the current email subject line that is automatically sent by Box Relay is likely to be deleted.
We would like to have the ability to customize the subject line as well as the message, so that recipients can grasp the content at a glance.（日本語）

Name in the notification email of Box Relay should be the initiator of a workflow rather than workflow owner/creator.
Currently the name displyaed in the notification email of Box Relay is the name who owned/created the workflow.
It's idal to be displayed Name of initiator of a workflow in the notification email especially in caseunspecified majority of people might launch the workflow by manual.

Make future Terms of Service updates accessible to non-visual users/available on a.box
We have blind and low vision members of our Box team. They typically use a.box to conduct business with us. These team members lost access to files with the recent Terms of Service update (March 2023) and I'm told by those users that a.box did not offer any explanation, and the Terms of Service acceptance form was not available to them on the platform. They had to log in to the main Box.com platform to find that form, and it was not accessible for non-visual users there.
