Back Button When Viewing Collaborators
Usually when you go "in" or "down" a level by opening a folder or a file within that folder, there is some sort of "go back" feature in Box itself like a file path where you can click back out to the parent folder or an X to close a document. But when you click on the icon to show you who the collaborators on a document are, it seems the only way back is to use the browser's back arrow.

Include the "Export" button for Access Stats
I was directed here by Box Support after they weren't able to provide a solution for the fact that the "Export" button for Access Stats is missing for some Box users. This is not a request for functionality; this is a must to fix. The Export option does exist for some clients and it no longer exists for others. This is a valuable part of the audit trail provided by Access Stats and not be able to export it is a limitation. Again, this works for some Box clients and not others.

UI enhancements for easy viewing of pdf files on iPhone & iPod
When displaying pdf files using the Box App on iPhone & iPod, after scrolling to view the top of the file, the app seems to take control over the display and auto-scrolls the file upward causing the top of the file to be outside of the screen. Is there any way to correct this? Thank you! 8-)

Show path of synced files with errors
Box currently only shows the folder and file name of an element that had an error with syncing but no path. If you have a lot of files and folders it's impossible to find these elements and fix the sync error, especially if a file has a repeatedly used or undescriptive name.
It doesn't work to search the box folder on Mac and I can't search files that haven't been synced yet in the web interface, so at least the pathname should be displayed, so I can find the affected file locally.3 votes -

Box Sign - Enable option to create folders for Box Sign templates for better organization.
E.g. a Finance folder, HR folder, Marketing folder, Legal folder, Sales folder.

Enforce Box Drive naming limitations in WebApp
It would be great to be able to enforce Box Drive file naming conventions in the webapp. This would prevent users from naming files with unsupported characters or . at the end of the file name. This would limit the number of Box Drive errors.

Enhance Box for Gmail attachments, to show recent files.
When attaching a file I just worked on, I often need to click through five or more pages of alpha-sorted folders to find the file I want. Recents don't always populate as I would expect. Could we have a toggle for the folder view to sort by Recents OR Alphabetical, especially in Favorites? Or make the default sort by most recent first for all views?

Preview support for .MXF files
MXF is an industry-standard file format for video and audio. MXF files contain information about the media inside (metadata). This file type is commonly used by marketing teams for video content. Requesting previewing support on Box Web App for .MXF files to allow easy external collaboration on this content.

Send verification email to user, on the primary email alias update on admin console
Changing primary email login on admin console for users does NOT send email with verification link to these users. I've had to troubleshoot this for every user I've attempted to make this change on. Please fix.

Big Sur - File copy
Since updating to Big Sur when I drag a file from BOX drive to my desktop it MOVES the file, deleting it from BOX. In prior OS the file would be copied to my desktop, leaving the file on BOX as well. Please revert back to the previous behavior where dragging a file to the desktop makes a copy.
Also, I no longer have a BOX folder on my desktop. I found this helpful as well.

Allow Box Relay functionality when access policies are applied in Box shield
There is an issue where Box Relay functionality is restricted when applying access policies in Box shield.
This is not the behavior that Box users expect and is very inconvenient, so please improve it.[Cases in which restrictions occur]

Add iOS Shortcuts integration
Simply add iOS shortcuts integration like your competitor. Save to box, append to file in box function ecc would be a great feature. The only reason that I’m not using your great service is the missing of this integration.

Improve breadcrumbs/file paths
Improve breadcrumb usability. As of now, only 1-3 file paths show before opening a folder. You have to click the btn-content button to view previous folders and/or navigate back to all files.
Decreasing the size of the text (or maybe only showing 10-12 characters) would help with this.

Ability to start a workflow from the "New +" section
My customer would like to trigger a workflow that copies a folder (and subfolders) IN the folder where it is created.
Customer use case:
A financial services company needs to create a deal folder within the company folder a fund team is working from. Instead of going to the deal folder template to copy it into the specific company folder, they would like to trigger the workflow to copy the deal folder template to the company specific folder with one click and from the company folder.
This would be similar to using a manual trigger but having a dynamic variable…
