Folder access expiration date for internal and external users access to folders
Add a feature to allow user's access to folders to expire on a pre-set date that can be determined at the time you are adding them as a collaborator. We have various students and interns floating through our department that only need temporary access to certain folders and its become incredibly challenging to go back and remove access on a rolling basis.

Ability to receive CC before the signature request is complete
Ability to CC someone on a signature request and have them receive their copy before completion of the request.
Box sign only allows the CC to receive the document after the request has been complete.

Create an API endpoint to "Forget App" and "Forget All" Apps
From within the WebApp a user can go to their Account Settings --> Security tab and require re-authentication for an application by clicking "Forget App" for a specific app login or "Forget All". We believe there is value it making this available via the API so that this could be triggered by an Enterprise Application. This comes up most frequently around compromised accounts but would also be valuable when a device with the Box Desktop apps installed goes out for repair.

Search Engine should run on the displayed dates rather than the API dates
Box's search queries do not go off of the same date displayed to end users in the WebApp. The Modified Date seen in the WebApp is different than the API field “modified_at” that the search tool goes off of. From a user’s viewpoint, the date is the date, so using two separate date fields for the same product is confusing to end users. This is a request to ensure both of these fields align.

Review Custom Terms of Service after accepting them
As a user that was invited to a folder but had to agree to a Custom Terms of Service before being allowed in, I would like to be able to access those Custom Terms of Service for reference after accepting them.
I know there's an option to download them at the time of accepting, but if I lose that copy...

improve box drive file listing when navigating to a new folder
Currently as you navigate Box Drive and hit a new folder there can be a noticeable delay before the content listing of the folder is displayed and for that time (can be several seconds or more) the impression is left that the directory is empty. The user is left trying to determine if they need to wait or if there are actually no files or folders within the folder.
An improvement would to either maintain a local cache of the folder/file hierarchy and then download the actual file when it's selected for open. Or a predictive recursive tree query when…

Moving from Box Drive now deletes instead of copies
When moving a file from Box Drive to another volume like your computer, it now removes the file from BOX altogether. Prior to the latest update to the platform, it used to make a copy by default.
We use BOX as a file server and this opens up the potential for accidental deletion. Making the source folders read-only doesn't work either because we have to be able to edit contents on BOX.
Can you provide the option in a setting or elsewhere to turn on forced copy by default when dragging files from BOX to another Volume?

Dragging files or folders out of BOX makes a copy
With the recent update to BOX Drive, when you move something from BOX to your computer it removes it from BOX. It used to make a copy by default. We use BOX as a shared file server and this change allows for accidental deletion.
Can you please add the ability to make this copy rather than move the file, only when moving out of BOX onto the computer or an outside volume?

Box Shield Add-on for Splunk compatibllity with jquery 3.5
Will the 'Box Shield Add-on for Splunk' be updated to be compatible with jquery 3.5? Currently Splunk is running upgrade guidance that all apps should be and this seems to be an outlier. This is for version 1.1.1

Upload In The Order We Added Them + Reorder
I don't understand why Box Drive decided to upload files in a completely random. Say that I add a number of files, then later add another bulk of files, it will start uploading them or a whole random different selection. Why doesn't it upload them in the order I added them (first come, first serve).
A bonus would be to reorder your uploads, so if some become more of a priority.

Select multiple properties in files, and create interface like Spotify / Apple Music
Hi Box support and community,
France suggested I suggest here for the following ideas.Is there a way to make a selection of MP3 files all the same properties, ie. all end the same date, etc. ?
Also, After making MP3 files, Can Box make a layout of music files like Spotify or Apple music ? I am working on placing my music on a WordPress site and want it to look similar and nice looking, since I already have those two services on the same webpage. (I hope so).

Select Upload Limit, Pause Uploads
Hello, I have multiple ideas for this relatively limited featured app:
We should be able to select how many items we wish to upload at a time, instead of this default 10 or so at a time. If I've got a busy schedule, I sometimes want to achieve a few uploads at time and then pause (next point).
We should definitely be able to Pause Uploads, Dropbox has it, OneDrive has it, why not Box. For my work, I need my bandwidth quite often, so currently the only way of "pausing" is closing the app completely, and not knowing whether…

Have Google Docs/Sheets/Slides be a choice for new content instead of MS Docs/Excel/PPT
When you're in the folder view, at the top of the screen, Box presents the ability to click in to create a new Word Document or Excel Spreadsheet. We use G-Suite and it would be great to have Google's documents listed here.

I would like to be able to output the print log from the report as well.
The operation log on the box can be output from the basic report, but I think the log when printed cannot be output from any report.

Add a search bar to Groups menu when creating new user
When creating a new user in the Admin Console, it is possible to search for specific folders to add this user to as a collaborator. Unfortunately, there is not a search function for adding users to groups from this New User page, and when these group names are rather long and the full name of the group is not able to be seen in the menu, and when an organization has a large number of groups, it can be difficult to determine which group to add the user to.
Can there be a search bar added for the Groups menu…
