Bulk Edit - Add 'Status' column to Bulk Edit spreadsheet
There is no way in the Admin Console to update 'status' (active, inactive, etc.) for 2 or more users at once (aka in bulk).

Microsoft API’s dont allow co-authoring and MSFT doesn’t plan to support it for Box. Please provide feedback to MSFT reps to enable co-authoring for partners such as Box

IP Address Restriction for Webapp and SELECTED API calls
We want to enable IP address restrictions only for the web app and selected applications.
Possible methods include submitting a list of client IDs exempt from restrictions during application, or providing a UI to specify an app list excluded from IP address restrictions.Currently, only the following two options are available.

New shortcuts to AI in Box Notes
A new shortcut for Box AI for Box Notes has been released to display the AI prompt field when you enter a space at the beginning of a line in Box Notes.

Request for a function that can determine whether an email address is registered in the Suppression List
If a welcome message is sent before the mailbox creation is complete, it will be added to the Suppression List as an invalid email address.

View suppression list
I should be able to view emails on my suppression list. I appreciate the ability to remove addresses from it myself, but not being able to see which email addresses you are blocking creates situations wherein I do not know someone isn't getting mail until after they have missed at least one message.

IP address restriction setting in admin console
We would like to be able to configure IP address restriction setting in admin console.
It cannot be set up IP address restriction without a service request to product support.

Ability to make Excel scripts available in "Box for Microsoft Office coauthoring"
Currently, due to OneDrive for Business requirements, scripts are not available when coauthoring is enabled in Box.

block an upload by external user using Box Drive with smart access
The current Shield feature only controls downloading, cannot blocks uploading/syncing and is not ransom-proof. The biggest problem is that when external users use BoxDrive and BoxSync, ransomware-infected files are uploaded/synchronized on Box.

No "print" option like in Box Notes
There's no way to export or print the Canvas. This ability exists in Miro, so if Canvas were to offer this, we could likely cut out our Miro licenses. This ability exists today in Box Notes, so it would make sense for it to be available in Canvas as well.

Ability to customize Box Shield Malware scan messages
Ability to customize the email alerts that are sent for Box Shield Malware scan when detected. Would like the ability to customize the email alerts that are sent to end users when malware is detected on content uploaded.
Use Case: Customized messaging allows the customer to provide instructions or further details on what users need to do next when they receive the alert. Customer wants to notify end users on the internal process to ensure that the proper steps are taken.
