Default Expiration setting for File request link via admin console
I would like to be able to set the default expiration date as an administrator.

Bulk Shared Link Generation
A user level ability to generate shared links in bulk in Box webapp. A little background, we are supplying images of our product to major dept stores (think Macy's, Dillards, Nordstrom, Kohl's, etc). These are the images they used to post our product on their web sites. We essentially have to fill out their forms with our product attributes with links to the image. We create 1000's of products annually, this my need to have a listing of all the links.

Password Expiration Notice "Prior to" the Date
We would like to see the message like: "Your password will be expired in 7 days". Currently, BOX asks us to reset our password on the day of expiration. This can be a problem especially when we are at airport and try to see box.
At the Admin console, we would like to see "0 day" or "7 days" as options.

Disable background sync of Box Drive (for throttled or metered connections)

This feature would allow background syncing to be turned off for Box Drive. Because MFO and caching are stored in a "container" that is only available while Box Drive is running - there is no way to access MFO files while connected to a bandwidth limited internet connection. You either are forced to background sync or not have access to your MFO files.

Bulk Edit - Add 'Status' column to Bulk Edit spreadsheet
There is no way in the Admin Console to update 'status' (active, inactive, etc.) for 2 or more users at once (aka in bulk).

Microsoft API’s dont allow co-authoring and MSFT doesn’t plan to support it for Box. Please provide feedback to MSFT reps to enable co-authoring for partners such as Box

Include annotations when downloading a file
Currently, if there are annotations on a file, these are not downloaded when the file is downloaded from Box.

Ability to create Box reports by API
To import snapshot data (folders and files, collaborations etc.) to SIEM like Splunk, it's convenient that Box reports data can be created by API.

Admin-controlled AI model governance
Public sector and other regulated customers need stronger admin governance over Box AI model behavior. While admins can select a primary AI model today, they cannot control what happens if that model becomes unavailable. For FedRAMP, CJIS, and procurement-constrained environments, automatic failover to an unspecified model introduces compliance and risk concerns. Box should allow admins to select a primary (default) AI model, restrict usage to an approved model list, and explicitly define fallback behavior if the primary model goes down: either fail over to an admin-approved backup model or automatically disable Box AI. Please add a feature that allows users to duplicate an existing Box Form, including all fields, structure, metadata mappings, and settings. Users should be able to clone a form, rename it, and make edits without rebuilding from scratch.

I want to save Copilot for Microsoft 365-generated content directly to Box
Currently, when I use Copilot’s generative AI features, the only default save destination is OneDrive—Box isn’t even an option. For those of us who live and breathe Box it would be fantastic if we could save Copilot-generated content directly to Box and keep everything in one place.
Right now, every time Copilot asks, “Save to OneDrive?” I feel like saying, “Nice try, Copilot, but my heart belongs to Box!” Please help us Box fans avoid this daily heartbreak and make Box a first-class citizen for Copilot saves. Thank you!

New shortcuts to AI in Box Notes
A new shortcut for Box AI for Box Notes has been released to display the AI prompt field when you enter a space at the beginning of a line in Box Notes.

I often type a space at the beginning of a line to lower a paragraph, and I had to clear the AI prompt field each time.
It is a small thing, but it is troublesome, so I would like you to change the specification.
