Ability to make Excel scripts available in "Box for Microsoft Office coauthoring"
Currently, due to OneDrive for Business requirements, scripts are not available when coauthoring is enabled in Box.

Function to erase gridlines in Excel files when using BoxSign

Ability to select users outside the tenant in the user filter of the user activity report.
Currently, when retrieving activities of non-tenant users, it is necessary to output all without filtering and then select the target data in Grep.

Box Mobile - need to "Add Comment" to a photo at time of capture
Need ability to apply a comment or description to a photo when it is taken if "Review photo after capture" setting is on. This was part of Box Capture functionality. With Box Mobile, currently have to take the photo and then navigate to Capture History, then locate photo, open it, select comment, and begin typing - that's a lot of taps :)
Quick access to the File Information - Description would be preferred over Comments because you are able to hover over the "i" tool tip and read whatever text was entered against the image file without having to preview…

Enable 2FA renewal requirement options for external collaborators
Background:
2FA for external collaborators does not require a re-2FA. The only way an external person will have to re-2FA is if they switch browsers or clear cache/history. I have an external user that set up 2FA in November of 2021 that hasn’t had to re-2FA to our box environment since. It has been so long that she didn’t even remember setting it up (it is Aug ’22 now). The current box 2FA implementation effectively moves the security away from box and on to the end user’s device / environment. Being external partners, we have no insight into how secure…22 votes -

Currently we can use owner filtering when searching for content in the Trash.

The menu display of "Other Options" is cut off.

Retain annotations in subsequent version(s) of a document
We use annotations when a group of us is proofing and suggesting edits to a document. When we're finished, when the designer makes our edits to the document, and then uploads a new version. Unfortunately, once the new version is uploaded, unlike general comments, the annotations are gone so we can't check in our changes. It would be great if you could make it possible to view annotations from the previous version of a document. There should be an option to launch a workflow process when a retention policy expires. This would allow for use cases such as moving the file to an archive, destruction approval, etc.

Bulk Shared Link Generation
A user level ability to generate shared links in bulk in Box webapp. A little background, we are supplying images of our product to major dept stores (think Macy's, Dillards, Nordstrom, Kohl's, etc). These are the images they used to post our product on their web sites. We essentially have to fill out their forms with our product attributes with links to the image. We create 1000's of products annually, this my need to have a listing of all the links.

Password Expiration Notice "Prior to" the Date
We would like to see the message like: "Your password will be expired in 7 days". Currently, BOX asks us to reset our password on the day of expiration. This can be a problem especially when we are at airport and try to see box.
At the Admin console, we would like to see "0 day" or "7 days" as options.

Disable background sync of Box Drive (for throttled or metered connections)

This feature would allow background syncing to be turned off for Box Drive. Because MFO and caching are stored in a "container" that is only available while Box Drive is running - there is no way to access MFO files while connected to a bandwidth limited internet connection. You either are forced to background sync or not have access to your MFO files.

Bulk Edit - Add 'Status' column to Bulk Edit spreadsheet
There is no way in the Admin Console to update 'status' (active, inactive, etc.) for 2 or more users at once (aka in bulk).
