Offline signing
The ability to setup a sign document workflow for offline signing (when you do not have network access). This could be app based for signing on a mobile device, document is surface via a box drive (available offline) functionality; once reconnected to the network the documents are synced to box and stored as expected.

Adobe sign integration for Box relays
You can create relays that are triggered by Box sign events, which is helpful, however, in my organization not every person has Box. This has made the integration of adobe to Box so fantastic as we can send documents via Adobe sign in Box, Box tracks them and then adds the fully executed document to the folder the event was initiated.
What I'm a little disappointed by is that an Adobe sign event cannot be included in a Box relay. Usually we have a flow where a document, once signed, is moved by a Box relay into a final destination…

Clear Tag field so it doesn't auto-populate.
When I got to tag something Reviewed it auto fills all the previous tags that say Reviewed 2023 or reviewed SB and it's making it difficult for me to just write Reviewed. I'd like to clear the previous Tags so I don't have an issue. Thank you!

I would like to extract a report to see what kind of tags are attached to each item.

Additional levels of Admin Console permissions based on functional role
Additional levels of permissions based on your functional role:
Currently Co-Admin's default permissions grants them access to Content Manager, Platform and Classification while in most cases this is NOT required and already way too high. Permissions need to be more granular configured for each role's requirement.

Allow Shield Location Rule Restriction By Folder
Currently Shield's Location Restriction rule is applied to the entire EID by user/groups. It would be helpful to be able to set this up by specific folder(s) or folder structure.
Ex. Team A is not allowed to view specific content while in Location X, however Team B is able to. Currently the restriction would be set on the EID level and both teams would be under this restriction.
We could exclude group B or other groups from the rule however Group A would still be restricted from accessing other content within the EID.

Block uploads to Sharepoint and OneDrive from Teams iOS and Android
Despite being set as a Box only environment in Teams, users who upload files to Teams in iOS and Android are still uploaded to Sharepoint and/or One Drive by default

View total Folder size in web app without requiring an Admin run a report.
Users and Content managers require the ability to see the size of a folder they have access permissions to without having to reach out to an admin and run a report.
We are aware of the admins being able to run reports, as well as users being able to see the individual file sizes, but when multiple files need to be downloaded or handled via folder box user needs to contact us on the admin side to do any cursory decision making or review hundred and sometimes thousands of files individually just to simply get a total file size of…

Vision Pro
Boxer posting on behalf of a customer:
Box for Apple Vision Pro is not using the same API as the iPad app and doesn't show up in the 'Files' browser.
Because of this oversight none of the Apple apps can use files in the box browser the way they do on iPadOS. No collaboration or work on files in box is possible.
Not sure why you would bother making a Vision Pro app, is it only to view files?

Box Drive Apple Finder notification and not just small amber sign for sync failure.
Users are regularly experiencing issues with multiple file not syncing (incorrect naming or spaces etc) but the only notification to them is a small amber sign on the files syncing which they miss. Please can we have a larger warning in Apples notifications or Finder window similar to a local server error?

Password reset is so laborioius
You need to vastly improve the password reset experience. It takes me several minutes to set up a new password and I have to do this on multiple computers. For one thing, DON'T expire passwords. It doesn't improve security at all. Second, if you have to expire them, send me a warning a few days ahead of time. Don't just shut down my Box drive app. Third, I should be able to log in with my old PW and just reset there, maybe with a 2nd factor authentication, like a text message. Finally, the PW rules are too narrow. If…

User Interface Experience in Reporting.
- When generating a report through Admin Console, you have to manually search for the folder list and often get too many queries and takes too long. It would be a better experience to be prompted with the root directory that you can just drill down to which folder you want to report on in addition to the search functionality.

Relay Manual Start Trigger in Embed Widget
You can not run a relay Manual Start triggered workflow from the embed widget. Since this widget is also used by Salesforce Managed Package integration, this affects that. Crowdstrike has a pretty simple workflow that they want to do from within the embed client using the manual start trigger, but can't because it's not exposed there. They can start it directly in Box, but that's not desirable as it takes them out of the context of Salesforce.
