1. Ability to upload input spreadsheets to define source and target locations for Shuttle migrations

   In the admin console version of Shuttle, it can take up to 10 minutes to load accounts and folders that the migration job is planning to migrate into. This can lead to significant time to create a job and is quite manual.
   In the standalone version of Box Shuttle, you could upload a spreadsheet that includes the source location and where it would be migrated into Box. This bypassed the selection of users and folders that can take a long time for our largest customers.

2. Edit files shared on Microsoft Teams chats without having to preview them first

   Currently, when a file is shared on a Microsoft Teams chat, there is a sharing card with two buttons: Preview and Edit.
   When the recipient of the shared link clicks on Edit first, an error is shown saying "Office Online failed to load", which apparently is caused by the lack of edit permissions to the file. In other words, clicking the Edit button doesn't add the necessary permissions.
   On the other hand, clicking on the Preview button works fine and file is displayed as expected. After previewing, clicking on Edit also works because apparently the recipient of the shared link is added as a collaborator when previewing the file.
   Currently there's no indication that users should click on the Preview button first or add the recipients as collaborators directly on Box, so it's confusing for users.
   Ideally, the Edit button would also add the necessary permissions before opening the Edit screen.

4. Box Shuttle should allow Box as one of the source systems to migrate from

   Currently, Box Shuttle standard tooling only supports migrations from OneDrive for Business, Dropbox for Business, and Google Drive as a part of Google Workspace. Box Shuttle should support Box as one of the source systems, so that Shuttle can be utilized for Box to Box migrations.

   For example, consider this use case: a researcher is leaving institution A, and their research lives in institution A's Box instance. Their new institution, institution B, uses Box, and they need to get 10 years worth of research data from institution A to institution B's box instance, without having to download and reupload, or using a third party for privacy reasons.

7. Folder and file reports are output in a tree format, making it easier to understand the folder hierarchy.

   The new platform version of the Folders and Files report is sorted by creation date by default.
   This does not fulfill the role of a folder tree report.
   If folders are not specified, sorting by all folder/file IDs, etc. into a tree format is impractical and affects business operations

8. Ability to configure date format in the email notifications

   Email notification date – The request is for the date format of this to be set by Admins for an ‘Organisation’ . The current email default is using dd/mm/yyyy which does not help North American users. To get a more universal date it would be helpful to for admins to be able to set another format like dd/mmm/yyyy

10. Hide "editable" so it's not accidentally selected

    A feature that allows editing from a shared link has been released.
    At the time of release, the settings are released as "View and Download and Editable" according to the Box Note settings.
    After the release, the setting was changed to "View and Download Available" in the tenant settings.
    Editable" is now displayed when attempting to configure shared links in a tenant environment after settings have been made.

    We would like it to take over the settings when they are not editable and hide the "editable" setting so that it is not accidentally selected.

11. Customize Banner notifications in Box web UI

    All our users (not just Admin accounts) have been getting more banner notifications regarding new features being rolled out and/or Box events that will be occurring.

    We'd like to have the capability to control and suppress banner notifications on the Box web UI.

    Features announcements and/or Box events being broadcasted via these banners are not applicable to our users as how they are communicated. It is setting incorrect expectations and miscommunicating what features and functionality we are supporting as an enterprise within Box.

12. Add More Granular Control Over Group Management for Co-Admins

    I have a use case where I have my Marketing Manager setup as a Co-Admin with permissions to edit metadata templates. We'd now like her to also be able to manage the groups that controls access to marketing's folders. The problem is, because she's a co-admin Box won't allow us to assign her as a group admin. The only way we can allow her to admin the groups is to also give her Manage Groups access as part of her co-admin role. The issue with that is it would give her the ability to manage all groups, which we do not want.

    It would be great if the co-admin functionality would allow us to select a list of groups that the co-admin can manage OR make it so that co-admins that don't have permissions to manage groups could also be assigned the Group Admin role.

13. Consistent TimeZone Reporting

    Good morning,
    I think it is important that all the reporting is consistent in the way it is generated. Right now there are three linked reports that are treated differently and make more difficult to compare them. Though the underlying purpose is different, it is clear that they are related and it would help a lot that they use the same exact time zone.

    These reports are:
    - Platform Activity. Generated by using PST time zone.
    - User Activity. Generated by using the report requester time zone.
    - App Diagnostics. It allows to specify the time but it is based on UTC time zone.

    This inconsistency makes difficult to correlate the data.

15. Create automated Relay against multiple folders

    Many times, there is a single automated workflow, e.g. from a file action or folder event, that actually applies across different folders in the structure.

    Today, we can only select one folder for the workflow and therefore have to duplicate the workflow multiple times if we want it to work in different places. Then, if the workflows needs updating, then it has to be done in multiple places, which isn't the best place use of time.

    It would be great if, in the workflow builder, if you can select more than folder for where the workflow should listen for the event, meaning you can easily scale out the workflow to different folders.

    Many times, there is a single automated workflow, e.g. from a file action or folder event, that actually applies across different folders in the structure.
