Customize notifications (frequency and timing) for tasks on Relay workflows
A key piece of any ECM system is being able to control when and how often a user is notified about a task based on the severity of the workflow. If an approval is required for a mission critical business process that is time sensitive then the creators of the workflow need to be able to create urgency with the notifications in Relay. If this workflow is low priority and they don't want to "cry wolf" then they should be able to customize that it is low priority and maybe on need to be notified once a week etc.

When an external user is invited to a folder, you want to execute a workflow that specifies an external user.Currently, the notification action allows you to create a workflow that specifies an external user.
Since it is not possible to create a workflow that specifies an external user in the "folder action" > "Add collaborator" etc., I would like to see the function improved so that external users can be specified in "Add Collaborator" and other actions.フォルダに外部ユーザが招待されている状況で、外部ユーザを指定したワークフローを実行したい

Notify Box app users to refresh for latest updates on Content Preview and Content Explorer UI elements
Currently, when Box app users access files through the Content Explorer and the Content Preview UI elements, there is no visible indication that one or more files have been updated simultaneously by managed users.
As a result, users may not be aware of the latest changes or modifications made to the files.To ensure that app users benefit from new updates, I kindly request the implementation of a notification message within the Content Preview and Comtent Explorer elements. Box Relay Task Approval Options
For the action Assign a Task - Approval Task, there's a section that asks "What happens when this outcome is completed?" If the task is approved, there's no option to select, it's just hard coded in to go to the next outcome. If the task is rejected, you can select options. I would like to be able to select options if the task is approved as well.
My use case:

Additional control over Account Lockout
When a user exceeds the failed login amount threshold, it would be very helpful for there to be an account lockout triggered along with the notification email that would not require an admin to manually set the account to inactive.

Email notifications
It appears that as an Admin, I am unable to set up email notifications for my outside users. I was able to set up email notifications for outside users when we used Sharefile. My outside users expect me to set up these email notifications. It would be nice if Box had the same feature. Thanks!

Reduce number of clicks to create Shared Link
Regarding the new simplified sharing experience: The drop down to get a link to share has disappeared and now, anytime I want to get a link to share that will work for anyone with the link I have click four times 1) CLICK: Share This Folder, 2) Click to get access to link options, 3) Click to select must useful link type, and 4) click to copy the link.

[Fix] Poor support for moving drive and recognizing existing content
I had to disconnect a drive and Box sync broke and has been a massive pain to get working again. When the drive was reconnected, Box couldn't reuse the old folder, and once it started a new folder, I didn't appear to have the option to change it.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Box sync so I could point it at the original directory it used with all the files still in place. It did not recognize any of the files. Instead, it renamed all the folders, downloaded duplicates of everything, and then ran out of space on my cloud storage…

URL to open folder or file by full English path name.
Box allows me to create named folders and files. Box SHOULD allow me to use a URL to get there? The File ID is visually useless. Box should store the English name as an alias to the ID -- and allow this feature. I am astonished this wasn't a base product feature. I'm also astonished you haven't added it as it's clear in the feedback from others it's WANTED. Shame on Box for not providing this feature.
In the meantime, I'll be forced to find another cloud-based file storage solution.

Show the whole email address and file path in the notification email when a file is downloaded/accessed
In current email notifications, we cannot (a) tell which organizations are accessing which files, (b) which projects they are accessing.

I would like an option to increase the 5GB individual file size limit on non-business accounts.

I run a small media production business (of one), and rely on box for sharing video files with clients. I do my best to keep files under the 5GB limit, but occasionally, I need to share longer/larger files. I've asked the sales team about a tiered plan under the personal account options that would allow for an increase on the limit, but at the moment, that option only exists for business and enterprise accounts. Relay to outside email
I am attempting to create a workflow based on the uploading of documentation into a specific folder that will trigger a notification to our client to retrieve this documentation. However, it will not allow me to add this person although they are currently a contributor to the parent folder.

Merging Content of two Folders with Same Name and Same files
Merging the Content of two Folders with the same name and the same files gives the option of overwriting the destination or not. This will be very useful if you have duplicate content and want to save time and storage.

Turn off Collaborator email notifications on Version updates
Many of our collaborators have complained that they don't need to receive the numerous email updates every time minor document versions/revisions occur. Administrators and Owners of a Folder should be able to turn User Alerts both On and Off, when they want to alert recipients that an item's revisions are significant. It is unrealistic and impractical to tell our Executives that they personally have to drill down in their settings and turn off email notifications as an end user on their own device - that should be an Admin Console function.

Ability to send Shield alerts to a Pager Duty email address for email integration.
It looks like I'm only able to notify users who are Shield co-admins whenever an alert is created. I would like to send alerts to a Pager Duty email address for email integration.
I would like to avoid creating a separate user for the purposes forwarding emails to pager duty. I would also like to avoid creating a forwarding rule on my own inbox.
Is it possible to send Shield alert notifications directly to non-user email addresses? If not, is this something the Box team is working on or can consider implementing?

Flexible Billing Practices for Government Contracts
I would like to provide feedback regarding your current payment policies. The Maryland Department of Health and other government entities operate under very strict procurement regulations. The current inability to provide alternative payment methods or pre-generated invoices for these types of accounts creates significant administrative challenges. I recommend that Box consider revising these policies for government contracts to ensure continued business and alignment with public sector procurement practices.

Select user group on BOX Rleay's workflow
When creating a workflow using BOX Relay, groups cannot be set as recipients in the notification options. When notifying a large number of people, it is time-consuming to enter the address for each person, so it would be nice to be able to set groups.

Additional Relay Approval options beyond Go to Outcome 1 and End the flow
When using an approval task and sending a notification you are given two options, End the flow and Go to outcome 1. I'd like to be able to advise it to go to Outcome 2 or Outcome 3 of the workflow so things are more flexible in more complex workflows.
