Change Sender name to "Box" or "Box Updates" instead of the user's name
Collaboration Invite notification emails currently pull the inviting user’s Display Name from the Sender line and putting it in the From line. This means that while the email is coming from noreply@box.com, it still has the user’s name like the email has come from them directly.
This can cause conflicts with mail servers that flag emails based on Display Name and email origin. It would be preferable to simple have all notification emails from Box leave Box or Box Updates in the Display Name field, rather than spoofing the acting user’s name.

Ability to have users enter their name and email address when downloading from a shared link without being logged in.
In the case of a public shared link, there is no way to verify the user who manipulated the file if it was manipulated while the user was not logged in.
However, we would like to verify by whom the shared file was downloaded.
Since the file sharing partners are unspecified, we would like to share files via a shared link rather than through collaboration.
Request the ability to track the operating user by having them enter their name and email address when downloading from a shared link in an un-logged-in state.(日本語)

Stop or modify instant suspension of new user email addresses on account setup, or give admins access to your blocklist
When a new user account is set up, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the login address for the account. Currently, if this message is bounced, the user's email address is immediately placed on your block list.
So - I create a new staff email account in 365, then use that email address to set up a Box account. Box immediately sends a confirmation email message - but 365 is having a slow day and the gateway hasn't yet caught up with accepting messages for that address. Shared Links Report
It would be nice to have options rather than just export as is. Similar to User Activity, the ability to at a minimum choose a start and end date would be extremely helpful. Currently, our report is not working. Having worked with Box support, they believe it is due to the size of the export. If this is the case, being able to limit the report timeframe, will help with the size. Thank you.

Metadata table(row: files, column: metadata keys)
We are looking for a table type of view of files(row) and metadata keys(column), that allows us to be able to configure their own views of data in Box.
It allows us to...
- configure the view with applying metadata templates(can select the keys to show)
- filter and sort the view
- update metadata directly from this view
- export the view of data to a csv fileThis sort of solution helps users to reduce the time spent for searching the content and updating the metadata values(and it would be competitive with SharePoint library view).

No "print" option like in Box Notes
There's no way to export or print the Canvas. This ability exists in Miro, so if Canvas were to offer this, we could likely cut out our Miro licenses. This ability exists today in Box Notes, so it would make sense for it to be available in Canvas as well.

Make login screen text easier to edit
In the admin console, there's a "Login Page" section, where it's possible to set a message that appears for all users on the Box login page. Currently, editing/formatting that message requires both access to the admin console, a knowledge of HTML, and an understanding of which HTML tags are and are not valid in that message.
As the information posted as a part of that message is often something that comes from communications staff, not technical staff, those barriers to editing it are significant. It would be nice if there was both a way to delegate the editing of…

Ability to create folders on the fly when moving/copying content
Users would like to be able to create a folder when moving/copying content, as opposed to only being able to move/copy content to pre-existing folders. It would save time and energy to be able to do that on the fly as opposed to creating the folder ahead of time.

Ability to run relay workflows as a group
Relay workflows and approval tasks are started and sent as the user that created the relay. Ideally you want to get the box approval task that is sent to the users to approve to look like it is coming from the team that is requesting the approval.
Example: Invoice approval

Request for resolving the problem of retrieving group memberships
I wish the following problem will be fixed :
We are able to see the issue when retrieving group membership datas if the group have multiple users having the same name and get membership with multiple offset.
For example, there are two users having the same name and both of users is a member of the group. PDF & PNG Export for Canvas
When finalizing a session using visual collaboration, it's often required to export the end product to be able to share with non-Box users, and possibly to upload as attachment to other applications. A PDF (possibly PNG) export feature would be great additions.

Store all generated Box Reports into a Single Shared Folder for the Enterprise
Need a common folder in the enterprise to store reports generated by box by admins and various co-admins. Admins would like to create custom in-app messaging banners to display to their users when they are logged into Box.

No Logs for prevent Managed User username change
The new feature allowing administrators to Prevent managed users from altering their Profile Name information does not generate any log entries when it is activated. Additionally, changes to this setting are not recorded, like when someone deactivates it.
Please request that any modifications made through the Admin Console be included in the security logs. This must be forgotten in the development plan.1 vote -
