Forensic watermarketing
Teams with highly sensitive embargoed (pre-release) assets really needs this in order to track exactly who leaked sensitive data without the leaker knowing they're being tracked (e.g. the blue is a slightly different blue for everyone who downloads, or the text is a slightly different gray for everyone who downloads).

Ability to upvote or interact with content in Box with Emojis, similar to what you can do in Slack
This is especially important if you want to have a large vote on content in Box (e.g. Box Hackathon) without massively blasting everybody with notifications.

Render InDesign files previews with high quality
When Box creates a preview of Indesign .indd files, placed images are shown in low quality only. This prevents to run correction and approval processes with customers as some image formats aren't rendered at all (white images area), especially images with transparencies and vector images like .ai, .eps, but also .psd.
We are an ad agency and we depend on properly rendered previews.
Is there a way to render the previews in correct quality and resolution without beeing forced to create a PDF instead for approval?i can see two options:
1) create the preview with InDesign server. In this case the renderer would need to run in the logged in user context in order to access the linked images in the Box file system
2) provide an add-in for Indesign which automatically creates a preview on the client computer during the file save process which would be used as a Box preview. Please make it possible to send invitations to inactive users.
Administrator fails when inviting inactive users.
Please make it possible to send invitations to inactive users.
After sending the invitation, the administrator activates the target user as required.

I would like to restrict certain people/groups from accessing version history.
I would like the ability to limit who can access version history. When interacting with external collaborators, it would be nice to limit them from seeing version history, and only allow them to see the most recent version.

Improving metadata input experience from file request links
The operability of the metadata amount and date input fields should be improved.
Currently, after entering a numeric value, the input value changes unless the user selects a blank space on the screen or moves to the next item, which does not seem to be a common operability.
For example, entering 1000 in the metadata amount field from the request link and then entering the next item without selecting a blank space on the screen or moving to the next item will cause the amount value to change to 999.4 votes -
Continuous Capture with Box for EMM
Please improve Capture Mode of EMM.
Comparing Capture Mode of Box for EMM with Capture for EMM,
the probability the photo data becomes holding status is seriously high.
When it happens, saving data is so tough that the users have to avoid continuous shooting.

Some organizations wish to have the ability to prevent any account from being created with an email address belonging to an email domain that is not listed in the Verified Domains list in the Box Admin Console. There should be a setting either in Security or Custom Setup that can be enabled so that all admins are unable to add these types of users. In large organizations that leverage automations and integrations via SSO and security groups to push users to Box, there should be a way to have more granular control on the users that are provisioned access based on their email domain

Need the ability to upload an image as a background. This will help with any use case for ideation sessions or anywhere you want co-workers to move things around on a map, grid, four-box etc.

Ability to use HTML tags in the email signature field of the system.
Please make HTML tags available in [Management Console > Enterprise Settings > System Email Signatures].
The use of bold text and colors will make it easier to understand the contents of the "System Email Signature".(Japanese)

When importing documents they should keep the date of the document, NOT the date they were uploaded.
When all my documents and files were imported into Box back in the beginning, they all got the same date. That has been horrible to work with. Many documents have similar names but I could always look at the date and know that the more recent one was probably the one I was looking for. But now, I have to look through each document to see if it is the one I want.
Of course, once I have worked on it, it now has today's date and I can tell my newer documents. But now, even after being on Box for 4-5 years I am constantly frustrated by not know the real date of a document created prior to that.
And, today, I uploaded a new file with a mixture of new and old documents, but now they all have the same date and it is torture to try and figure out which is the most recent.
You really need to show the DOCUMENT DATE, not the UPLOAD DATE.

Classification labels are also applied to partial matches for words set in "Custom Term"

Classification labels are assigned only when an exact match is registered in the file for the file condition "custom term" in the Management Console > Classification > Classification Policy.
If you want to assign a classification label to a partially matched term, you need to register all the terms in the "custom term".
To save time and effort in registering, please improve the system so that classification labels are assigned even when partially matching words are found in the file.＜Japanese＞

Report status window shows columns in fixed column width which makes data unreadible
Current view of reports status shows 5 columns in fixed width which makes for instance the date and time stamp unreadable. It would be really helpful if you could adjust the column width like in Microsoft Excel to make the data readable, there's a lot of unused white space at the right side that could be better utilized.

Ability to configure date format in the email notifications
Email notification date – The request is for the date format of this to be set by Admins for an ‘Organisation’ . The current email default is using dd/mm/yyyy which does not help North American users. To get a more universal date it would be helpful to for admins to be able to set another format like dd/mmm/yyyy

Option for only owners and co-owners to permanently delete content from trash
This would include an option in the Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing tab to allow only owners and co-owners to permanently delete content.

Function to check recipent later
Share > Shared Link - Send Shared Link "ON" > Messages (optional)
When we click the "Share" icon and add or send an email address from "Send a shared link (email icon)", the history will not remain in the sent folder of the mailer (outlook) we are using.

I want to output all collaborated listings including subfolders.
In the Collaboration Report, please add collaboration information that includes subfolders of the folder to which the user is invited.
The existing feature only allows information on folders to which users are invited.Once this functionality is implemented, the administrator will be able to see all folders to which the user is collaborating, and will be able to create management reports seamlessly.
