Adding AI activities to the User Activity Report
Box AI reporting is currently only available to tenants on the Enterprise Plus plan.
Box AI is now available to tenants with the business plan or above, but since operation logs cannot be confirmed from reports, auditing is not possible, making it unusable for businesses and posing a fatal security flaw.
In order to use and utilize Box AI, please make sure that AI activities are output regardless of your plan.(日本語訳)

Inheritance of permission settings
When a file/folder is “moved” instead of “copied”, the collaborator's privileges are inherited as they were before the move. We would like to see the system modified so that after the move, the privileges are changed to those set in the higher-level folder at the destination, as per the waterfall system.

Behavior of BoxAI Regarding Documents with Watermarks
When a user without editing permissions previews a document that has a watermark applied, they cannot copy the text from the document. However, it seems that by using BoxAI, they can extract sentences from it. This behavior appears to ignore the restrictions of the watermark, so please make corrections.

Ability to save audio recorded from "Capture Media" to device
Currently, videos and photos taken with the mobile app's "Capture Media" can also be saved to the device.
However, there is no function to save the recorded audio on the device.IIf you record important data that cannot be retrieved for business purposes and the upload fails, there is no way to salvage the data.

Custom suggested questions assigned to a Box AI agent
Need ability to craft our own custom suggested questions (i.e. quick select user prompts) at time of creating a custom agents in the AI Studio. How to Replace SharePoint with Hubs
🙏 Please help us deprecate Microsoft SharePoint by providing the following five features in Hubs:
- Pages within a Hub, preferably navigable in a horizontal structure at the top of the Hub (I believe this is already in the works - yay!)
- A no-code way to access/interact with a Viva Engage community that we have built to facilitate company-wide communication around many specific topics.

We would like the number of contents per hub to be displayed in the Box Hubs management function
When using Box AI for Hubs, the current limit for the number of pieces of content that can be placed in one Hub is 10,000.

We would like the ability to hide the “Download Report” button in Folder Insights.
Folder Insight reports can be output by specifying a folder of which you are the owner.
If you are using a closed folder tenant, the owners of managed folders are only users with administrator privileges, and end users do not own folders, so even co-owners cannot output folder insight reports.
If you actually specify a folder with permissions below that of the co-owner and output it, you will get an “Insufficient permissions to create report folder” error.

Addition of Content Inventory Function
The current Box service does not have a content inventory function.
It is very inconvenient to manually organize content every time it increases.

Classify multiple Box Shield alerts at the same time
We recently had a user upload a lot of content to their Box account in one go during a migration from local file storage to cloud storage. There was a lot of really old data that Box detected as being malicious (over 700 files). Based on spot checks throughout the data, we've determined that the data is not actually malicious and is a false positive. I want to be able to change access permissions when inviting someone to a Box folder via Teams
As per the current Box specifications, when you invite someone to a Box folder via Teams, they will be granted editor permissions and cannot be changed in advance.
After inviting via Teams, it is possible to change the access permissions on the Box side, but it is very inconvenient to have to change the access permissions every time.
By making it possible to set access permissions in advance, unnecessary permissions will not be granted, reducing the risk of incidents occurring.(日本語)

Colored Tags or Even Metadata and Visible Outside File
Can we suggest colored tags (or even metadata) functionality so we can track documents easier?
We have several versions of a part drawing and we wanted to track better visually when it comes to latest documents.
If also possible, can it be seen outside the file in one row with the file name or folder and can be colored?
