Ability to specify who will be notified when a password is changed.
As part of security operational reviews, administrators may occasionally check whether passwords have been changed multiple times within the same day, when necessary.
Currently, I believe password change notifications are sent to users with administrative privileges, including group administrators.
For operational reasons, we would like group administrators not to receive these notifications, so we would like to be able to optionally configure the recipients of password change notifications.セキュリティ面の運用見直しの一環で、管理者で同日内に何度もパスワード変更していないか等を必要な時にチェック行うことがあります。

Notification to BOX Folder Co-Owner(s) when Owner has been removed/deleted
The current behavior in BOX when a Folder owner is removed / deleted from the system is the Folder is no longer available.
The process, in my experience, to recover the folder is not obvious, quick nor easy.
I propose the BOX system notify all Folder Co-owners of a pending Folder removal / deletion and allow 2 weeks for the co-owner(s) to determine whether the Folder should be removed from BOX and if the decision is to keep the Folder active to determine the new Owner as well.1 vote -
ChatGPT connector
Current customer using the ChatGPT plug in with Box and need to prevent the ChatGPT API from triggering a piece of content download notification to the owner of the file or folder. Would there be a way to get the text rep without it being treated as a download, or a way to exclude certain actions from the notification stream?

The logo displayed in the shared link preview may violates customer's brand guidelines.
The company logo displayed in the upper left corner of the shared link preview page is incorrectly cropped and filled in.
Many use cases of the shared link should adhere to each company's brand guidelines.
Example:
-Provide a company-wide notification on a shared link of "Users in the company"
-Publish introductory material about the company's products on a shared link of "everyone with the link"The current unauthorized editing of the logo is undesirable and should be improved as soon as possible.

Enhanced data loss prevention for MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mobile apps that integrate with Box.
Currently, users who connected their corporate Box account to a MS Office mobile app, can duplicate files to another storage location. It would be ideal if Admins had the ability to prevent users from duplicating a file originally stored on Box, and preventing them from using the Duplicate feature to copy the file to another storage location like Dropbox/OneDrive.

Slack notifications for tasks
We cannot be getting task notifications on Slack Channel. Comment notifications to the Slack Channel have become very convenient, but if task notifications are also given, seamless communication will be possible and more convenient.

Remove 100 "to_user_ids" limit of WebhookV1.
With webhook V1, we have the upper bound of 100 users in "touserids" field for each notification, so when a webhook has too many recipients (that is, more than 100 users are to be set in "touserids" field), we send multiple webhook notification for a single event so "touserids" is kept within 100 users for each notification.
For e.g. if an upload event was to trigger notification to 1000 recipients, we send 10 webhook notifications to the notification url with 100 users embedded in "touserids" field of each notification…

Allow co-owners (not just owners) to extend auto-expiration date for external collaborators.
The primary reason why we have not enabled the auto-expiration for Collaborators is because only folder Owners will receive notifications of expiring collaborators and links, and only Owners will have the ability to extend the expiration date. In our instance, the Primary BoxAdmin account owns all content (and users are not allowed to create root-level folders, they're only co-owners).
If this ability were extended to Co-Owners, then this enterprise setting would be feasible for us. It has to be up to the co-owners to receive the notifications and determine whether or not to extend the sharing (since they…

Sync my desktop files on a Mac to Box
Feature suggestion: if there's any way for us to sync my desktop files on a Mac to Box - that would be HUGE for our end users. Similar to how Macs work today where content on desktop is saved to iCloud - work with Apple so that Box can be used as the content storage area of choice instead.

Version history control per file basis
We would like for Owners and Co-owners of a file to have control over limiting the number of versions that can be created on an individual file. Currently, this is an enterprise wide setting and users do not have the option to override the number of versions. Users are requesting this control because the versions count against their individual storage quota.

Getting Notifications that Don't apply to non-admins
When I logged into Box this morning, I saw the following note in the lower right-hand corner of my home screen.
Your Box account has been growing!
A growing number of users at your company have signed up for Box accounts – exceeding the number seats included in your plan by {{MLDATAOVERAGE_SEATS}}. To adjust this license overage, add seats to your plan using the link below.- We do have seats available
- I am not an admin so this shouldn't be a notification I should receive.

Everytime I tried to look for site of supporting box website, I can see only blank page or error message said unable connected on web page. I would like to know other conditions of prices and how to upgrade this box cloud storage. I logged in box cloud on chrome . Explore and safari is also not worked properly. plz, let me know

Additional versioning features
Additional features regarding the version history:
- The ability to manually update the version number of a document on initial upload. This would allow existing version numbers to match version numbers tracked in Box.
- The ability to add the version number tracked in Box to the file name when downloading documents. This would eliminate the need to manually update the version number in file names, which could be prone to error.

From an end user perspective; it would be nice to have this as an option to select while sending a collaboration invite. Collaboration owner will be given an option to select an “email template” a default template or a customized template. User will have an option to create and store few templates under his/her account profile which will be visible when they click on the “select a notification email template”.

Folder-level "custom terms of service"
Is it possible to only setup "Custom Terms of service" on specific sub-folders for external collaborators? Or is this setting only account-wide??
Use case:
We have a dataroom set up, and some external collaborators have problems accessing the "login custom terms of service" NDA and logging into Box. The notification emails from the system are often sent to their spam folder.
We can send an NDA via the "e-sign" feature, but don't want our external collaborators to then have to accept it a 2nd time when they come to a (separate, for NDA e-signers) dataroom folders.
