1. I want to change the display position of the BoxAI button on the preview screen.

4. Mouse Drag + Option to copy/duplicate an element.

   Most tools like Powerpoint, Google Slides, Figma, FigJam, Miro , etc. support holding a key and drag an element to create a copy. This the fastest way to copy elements around the page such as to create copies of post-its, squares, etc. In Box canvas, I can pick an item, copy and paste and then I have to select the copied item and move it to where I want. Drag copying does all that in one motion.

5. Get a bold view about comments number on a document

   Today when you put a comment on a document you can see how many comments are put on the document. What will be great, is to get this number in bold until all comments have been read by the user. This may help as an example when you comeback from leaves, and get many comments on different documents, you won't get any chance to know if you checked all, except to go on each documents and check them one by one. It's boring and makes the user to waste time. Thank you to consider this request.

   Deep scans frequently alert with an "unknown" malware family and a description of "This file has characteristics that are similar to previously identified malicious content." This is not enough information to identify a potential threat within otherwise legitimate looking documents.

   The detections details should identify what triggered the detection. Was it a macro, the phrasing of the content, an embedded link, etc.? If it was a link, what link(s) is suspicious.

12. Please reflect "Notify affected users" setting change on the security logs report

    Currently, "Notify affected users: x days before expiration" setting change does not get reflected on the security logs report.

    <Repro steps:>

    1. Go to Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > [Content & Sharing] tab.
    2. Make sure "Automatically remove invited collaborators" is ON.
    3. Turn on or off "Notify affected users: x days before expiration" checkbox and save the setting, with "Automatically remove invited collaborators" kept ON.
    4. Run the security logs report.

    Currently the change does not get logged on the security logs report.
    Please reflect this "Notify affected users" setting change on the security logs report.

15. Increase the deletion limit on the suppression list, which is currently capped at 10 email addresses per day

    Currently, the maximum number of email addresses allowed on deleting the suppression list is limited to 10 per day. 17. Allow further restrictions on who can view/submit a Box Form

    Right now Box Form submissions allow all (anonymous) or any logged in Box user to view/submit them. It would be useful to be able to further restrict these form links in manners similar to shared links. There are many times that a workflow driven by a form would be internal to a specific company and hence options like only users of xyz enterprise would be nice to minimize the risk of any data being shared externally from form questions and/or outside entities entering data into the form.

    When sharing a link, if a user has Box installed, it prompts them to sign in or sign up; they do not get an option to simply open the link. This is unfriendly! Let's make Box less nerdy and more sensitive to the user experience.
