The ability to control deletion and restoration from the Recycle Bin.
I would like to see the ability to control the deletion and restoration of items from the Recycle Bin by user/group in the Enterprise Settings for Content and Sharing.
Currently, when a free user is added to a tenant, the user added can delete and restore items that they own.
If this feature is added, we would be able to control the deletion and restoration of items by the user in question on a per-user basis.Enterprise設定のコンテンツと共有に、ユーザー/グループ指定でごみ箱からの削除、復元が制御できる機能を追加してほしいです。
現在、フリーユーザーをテナントに追加した時に該当ユーザーは自身が所有しているアイテムを削除、復元できてしまいます。

Add specific users as approvers
To be able to manage Box Signs created within a tenant, I want to ensure that a specific user is always added as an approver to the Signs created by users in the target group.
For example, in the Enterprise settings, if you specify a specific user for each group, when a user in the group creates a BoxSign, I would like to have the specified user automatically added to the approver field.in Japanese

Add Bulk Files to a Hub
Currently, adding files to a Hub requires each file to be selected individually. Being able to drag a group of files from Box Drive would be really helpful, or some sort of a "Select All" button so that all files within a Box folder could be selected simultaneously.

Candidate destinations are not displayed when inviting files to collaborate(Box for iOS)
Box for iPhone/iPad and Box for EMM don't offer suggested recipients when you invite collaborators to a file.
When inviting a collaboration to a folder, a list of possible recipients is displayed. Please do the same in the mentioned app.

Enable Admins to Recover Deleted Users Without Submitting Support Tickets
Occasionally, Admins can delete a user (or large group of users) for one reason or another (license re-allocation, deleting users based off of perceived inactivity, etc.). Sometimes these users need to be recovered quickly to give users access to their Box account once again if this was done by mistake. Full path to the file in notification e-mails
I'd like to ask for adding full path to the file (especialy first level) in notification e-mails to use Outlook rules. Starting this year everybody is a member of many BOX groups - less or more important. It would be very usefull to split the notifications into folders.

Ability to review all external users permission levels
We would like the ability to review all external users permission levels. I was thinking of an interactive way to filter and search. For example: On the Users and Groups section open the list of External Users. It would be nice to see their assigned permissions here. Then be able to filter to show those who have editor rights, or search those who have email domain = sample.com. Then you could interactively edit.

Sidebar Display
Everytime I open a link or new instance of Box, the side bar automatically opens up. It takes room on the screen and the information isn't useful at all (I don't need to be constantly aware of who the members of the group are). Please make this list show up elsewhere when it's necessary to view who users are.

Disable the collaboration expiration date set for an external user when the external user is changed to a managed user.
External users who have been collaborated with an expiration date often become managed users.
Currently, we need to re-collaborate or add them to a group, so we would like to see the expiration date changed so that the expiration date is invalidated when the user is changed to a managed user.2 votes -
No 'Resume Signing' option for ready-sign link initiator, only access code
Streamline the flow for email verification when using Ready Sign Links:
Customer wants all RSL to use email verification whereby the end user must enter the code, and NOT be able to use the 'Resume Signing' option that's included in the verificaiton code email.Having both options in this process is confusing to end users. Also the two options are not documented on support.box.com - only option documented is where the end user is expected to add the verification code -- no mention of bypassing that / removing that step when choosing to resume signing via the email.

Users want to customize their "home" Box page to limit # of folders in view
Users would ideally like to be able to create folders within their own home screen to sort & categorize folders they've been granted access to.
These folders would be for personal organizational purposes, but would not actually impact the folder structure overall. This group felt that the Favorites feature was not sufficient on its own.

Records Retention Functionality
This is a very old idea that should available for Box users. Dealing with real records retention not retention policies as currently used in Box. Records/Document retention deals with the management of information thru its lifecycle - Records/documents are created, used, store, archived, kept permanently (for administrative, legal, fiscal, and historical reasons) or destroyed. Currently, there is no way to apply records retention rules or schedules to Box, which means that we are only dumping content instead of managing the content based on its value - based on a company's records retention schedules. "Recents" feature - Feedback
There is a box notification above "Updates" page that states the following:
"Box has decided to end of life (EOL) the Updates feature on August 31, 2022. Upload policies catching too many false positives
137 files flagged so far today for Social Security Violation. Here is the warning information: File attached.
I am getting so many false positives that I would need a team to look at every single file that gets flagged. The scanning engine is terrible. Please escalate to your internal dev group so it can get fixed.

Need to be able to circle options
We have many documents that require a selection to be made, rating service, etc. the text field, check box and radio options are not the best solution for our needs. I chatted with Emma at BOX support and she mentioned adding it here. Is there a way that we can have an additional feature added where, if someone was going to rate on a scale of 0-5, they could circle the option w/o having to download and manually act on the request?

Changed conditions for sending invitation deadline notification emails for external users
Currently, invitation deadline notification emails are sent to external users under the following conditions
- co-owner of the folder
- the user has been personally invited to the folder
- direct collaborators of the folder.
Please change the specification so that notification emails can be received even if the user is invited as a group rather than as an individual under condition 2.
