Notification(s) for Box Notes
In the "Inbox" of Box Notes, any Note that gets updated by someone is conveniently displayed at the top. While this feature is helpful, it can also be bothersome because Notes that I no longer need to see keep appearing at the top of my screen every time someone opens them. Additionally, I’d like to be able to turn off unread notifications for Notes that aren’t relevant to me.
It would be helpful to have a setting that allows users to turn update/unread notifications ON or OFF for each Note individually.
Box Notesの「Inbox」で表示されるBox Notesは、誰かに更新されるたびに分かりやすく一番上に更新されたNoteが表示されます。この機能は便利ですが、もう見る必要がないNoteも誰かが開くたび、自分の画面のトップに表示され続けるため煩わしいです。また、未読通知も自分にとって必要ないものはOFFにしたいです。
ユーザー自身でNoteごとに更新通知/未読通知をON/OFFできる設定があると便利です。

We would like to have a clear indication of whether a file request link has been issued for a folder.
Currently, it's not immediately clear whether a folder has a file request issued.
We would like to have an icon display, similar to a shared link icon, so that it is visually clear when viewing the folder that a file request link has been issued.

Restricted export of content insight reports by non-administrative users.
There is a function to export Content Insights access statistics, but if you restrict content creation and prohibit the creation of first-level folders, you will not be able to export it.

In order to support a variety of compliant content management use cases, GxP validation, and fulfill various audit requirements, Box should provide business-centric proof that a record (one to many files with versioned metadata) has been properly disposed according to a retention schedule. Business leaders engaged in a GxP audit need more visibility into records beyond what is available in technical solutions like the Event Stream API and / or Box admin-level reporting.

The option to invite users as Editor when Box for Teams creates a Chat Folder
Box for Teams currently invites users as co-owner in Chat folder which is too strong permission. Admin don't allow end-users to have any inviting permission in any other folders but it creates a backdoor when Box for Teams is enabled

Box Hubs - Ability to Share Hub with All Managed Users
We have a number of Hubs that are geared towards providing information to all employees. As such, it would be great to be able to share a Hub with all managed users. In addition, it would be helpful to have the ability to share any file or folder with all managed users without having to create and manage and all users group or adding multiple groups to a file/folder to accomplish this.

Reflect the content requested by Box AI in the details column of the user activity report
When using Box AI multiple times at the same time, the current report does not allow us to check the details of which request was made in the log.

Display deleted user name instead of Prior Collaborator name on the Activity Details
Display the name of a previous commenter, approver or collaborator, even if the user has left the organisation. At the moment it just says 'a prior collaborator' and this is not helpful when retrospectively tracking why key business decisions were made.

zip file decompression function
Zip files cannot currently be unzipped in Box.
We would like to add additional functionality because it would reduce the risk of virus infection and improve user convenience by allowing users to unzip Zip files in Box without downloading them.

Allow End Users to run a Collaborations Report for Content they Own
As organizations scale, IT Admins may want to enable end users to manage their own content and who has access to this content. Users being able to run a collaborations report and/or a folder and files report on content that they own is important for enabling users to manage their own content collabs so that these responsibilities can be distributed, and don't necessarily fall solely on the admin and security teams who manage Box to audit content and associated collaborations. Storage and processing to be brought in region, specifically for the Australian region. This is a regulatory requirement for certain Government and Financial Services institutions.

Ability to see the output period of the report expanded.
We are aware that the report can currently output information for up to the past 7 years.
More data will remain over the next 7 years, and we know that we will have no choice but to extract the necessary reports each time.
However, it would be very time-consuming as it is, and further expansion of the report output period would improve convenience, so we would very much like to see this addressed.現在、最大で過去7年分の情報をレポートで出力できることは認識してます。

Increase iWork integration 1GB limit
The limitation of the iWork integration supporting files up to 1 GB in size is a blocker for customers working on larger files. Increasing this limit would be very helpful to keep collaboration in Box.

Cancel Download(s)
It's absolutely insane that you cannot cancel file downloads from within the interface. I just started to download a folder locally (make available offline or Download Now option) and realized I didn't need the folder. I cannot cancel it. I have to wait till it finishes to remove it.
