Backup Box Notes
I would like to have the ability to create a backup of my Box Notes or at least label version history (e.g. add a "v1.2" tag at a certain point in history).
I have tried using the Copy feature to copy the Box Note, but the copy does not retain the comments, annotations, or history.
I have tried copying the content into Word to no avail.
And there is no download button for Box Notes.7 votes -
"Request for Bookmark File Creation Feature in Box, Similar to Windows Shortcuts"
Ability to create a Bookmark file within Box.
We'd like to get a feature like creating a shortcut on Windows,
- There is an option to create a bookmark on each file
- People can select folder where created bookmark file is located into

Add Box Hubs to mobile app
Can Box Hubs be added to the mobile app, or is that in the roadmap already?

Allow Box Drive to be hidden if the computer is being accessed by someone who is not the user (remote login)
Currently, when an IT admin remotely logs into a user's computer, they can access Box Drive (and therefore all of Box) regardless of permissions, and can even download content to their own desktop. This presents a security risk for companies who allow their IT admins to access users' desktops.

Install Box Sync on PC using existing Box Sync folder
You have a published workaround here:
This only describes how to download the Box Sync data all over again. I do not have high-speed internet, so this would take weeks to do.
All I did was change out my storage drive. All of the Box Sync data was copied exactly, so all 50GB of data is still there. I just need to have it see that the files in the current folder are the same (you can use the filename, location, and file size). Syncing the file's timestamp with my PC would be a…

Box Shield MIP Integration with GCC High
For customers with GCC High environments (Microsoft), Purview is not currently able to be integrated using the Box Shield integration (as it can be with the commercial version of Purview) to map the MIP Sensitivity labels with Box Shield's classification labels. We would like to see Box Shield to be able to integrate with Purview when it lives in Microsoft's non-commercial environments, including GCC High and DOD.

Allow custom logo in Box notifications
If we upload our logo in our custom branding (enterprise settings > custom set up) it will not show in email notifications sent from Box. Instead, it will show the standard Box logo and colors. White labelling notifications is important to mimic our portal and avoids unnecessary Platform development.

Add Linux installer packages for Box CLI
Testing out the Box CLI and request official Linux support for Ubuntu or RHEL. Would like an easy install via apt-get or Yum.

Sync Mac finder tags between users
Box Sync doesn't sync Mac Finder tags. Box Drive doesn't support Mac Finder tag at all. Could be worth to better expose Box tagging into Box Drive

Save preview of PDF-files in my box drive.
Why doesn't preview of PDF-files work for pdf-files saved in my box.com, when friends, that has got the share-link from me, tries to open the pdf-file ???
My idéa is "Make it work" !!! It isn't rocket science !

Change Box Pulse's name to Feed Box
Change Box Pulse's name to Feed Box so people can send their feedback to FeedBox. this will feed Box new feedback that will improve and enhance user's experience from their feedbox. LOL

Box Sign - Checkbox review NOT required to complete Box Sign request.
Box Sign - Checkbox not required.
Today, I have some documents with 40+ checkboxes where in theory none of them have to be checked in order to sign the document. Today, even if I mark the checkbox as "not required," I still have to manually review every single checkbox or else the Box Sign user interface will not let me complete the Box Sign request.
There should be three options:
(1) Checkbox required to complete Box Sign request.
(2) Checkbox review required to complete Box Sign request.
(3) Checkbox review NOT required…6 votesReviewing optional checkboxes is NOT required to complete a Sign request now.
We will continue exploring and improving checkboxes behavior in the future, for example: saving the checkbox size when preparing a document for senders AND additional setting to require reviewing of optional checkboxes.

Box Status site improvement
Adding status of each region on Box Status site(https://status.box.com/) , because currently an outage impacting only users in a specific zone/region doesn’t appear on the status site. (e.g. customers who are in Asia region are unable to download/upload/preview.)
Clarifying the definition of impact. "Incident Response and Communications" article (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697394-Our-Approach-to-Incident-Response-and-Communications) has the guideline of customer impact. However, definitions and examples of each category are not clear enough.

Box Sign requests default "my requests" folder
Box Sign requests default to save into a "my requests" folder for all users. We don't always need the sign request saved into our regular Box folder structure and having a separate place for each user to send their requests to would be more beneficial.

Update Notification in Box Hubs
We currently have a limitation with Box Hubs, where there is no feature to notify users about updates to content placed within each Hub. Presently, we rely on traditional portal sites such as SharePoint to accomplish this task.
To address this, it would be highly beneficial if the personnel responsible for uploading documents to each Hub could also post updates on a dedicated "Announcements Page." This page would be configured by administrators but managed by the respective Hub content owners, enabling employees to view the latest updates at the start of their workday. Do not allow users to complete a system logout or shutdown until all items are uploaded to Box.
We trying to leverage Box Drive to replace home drives for students. They are using Box Drive in their computer labs, but have recently reported that Box Drive will allow a user to log out (or shut down their computer) before all content has been uploaded to Box. I know we have a dialogue box associated with "in progress uploads" when logging out of the Box Drive application specifically. We are requesting an expansion of that logic to prevent users from completing a system logout or shutdown before Drive has a chance to sync all their files.

@'ing box groups in comments
Is there a way to @mention a box user group in the comments section? We have executive team groups of 4-7 people that need tagged in the comments for notifications to approve and discussed projects, but when you are @'ing all 7 it looks a little messy as well as remembering all of those users. Since the email addresses are linked in the box group, would it be possible to @mention that unique group name in the comment and get the same result as @'ing a single user name?

Box Relay Processing Delay
Our client experienced significant delay in Box Relay Processing.
This Relay assigns task to user after previous task was completed, but it took about 3 hous to do that after previous task was completed.
Although Box Relay is not always processed in real time accourding to the article※1 below, 3 hours delay affects their work efficiency.
We hope Box Relay be fixed and this problem will be improved.Thanks.
