    The API requests per user is 1000 per minute.
    In this regard, I would like to see API calls excluded for products such as Netskope, which have a clear linkage source and are likely to have a large number of API requests.

  3. Alert notifications for large data set downloads and possibility of stopping large data sets being downloaded automatically.

    Looking for better controls around alerts and protecting our data from potential bad internal actors. Ideally, controls around large data sets being downloaded locally to a machine. Can there be triggered alerts that will send an email about such a case or tools that will stop a user from downloading data sets larger than a specific threshold?

  4. Receive Box browser notifications while using Skype

    We would like Box to send Browser notifications in Skype whenever there is a comment directed to you (Facebook does it through Chrome).

    We want to be able to keep a conversation in Box (which is possible now with comments) AND easily notify the participants that are not in Box or have not checked email, but may be in Skype.

  5. Feeds and tasks in the carousel.

    I want to see feeds, tasks and notifications in the carousel instead of opening feeds, not pop-ups or email notifications.
    By doing so, the user can notice it quickly.
    However, the current carousel has few display items in the first place.

  6. Extend Box Notifications and Tasks to systems of engagement

    Provide a framework that enables Box partners to extend Box notifications and tasks to their systems of engagement. For example, when content in Box is shared with a Space in Webex, users should be altered via Webex of any updates, changes, comments (including annotations), tasks applied to the respective shared content.

  7. Bring back the comments icon

    I get so many notifications it's hard to manage notifications. Can you bring back the comment icon on a file that someone has added their notes to? Unless I click on the file to open it up, I can't tell someone has left a comment or change. Thanks!

  8. Request for improvement of behavior when a workflow creator designates (suggests) an external user as the person to be notified or in charge

    Currently, the following conditions must be met in order for the workflow creator to designate (suggest) external users as the recipients of workflow notifications or task assignments.
    1.External user account already exists
    2.Automatic acceptance of external user invitations enabled
    3.Workflow creator invites external users while 1 and 2 are satisfied

  10. Ability to upvote or interact with content in Box with Emojis, similar to what you can do in Slack

    This is especially important if you want to have a large vote on content in Box (e.g. Box Hackathon) without massively blasting everybody with notifications.

  11. Feature Request for Bulk Signing of Multiple Files

    Dear Box Product Team,

    I would like to request the addition of a feature that allows users to sign multiple files at once, including but not limited to quotation files. This functionality would greatly improve efficiency for tasks that require signing a large number of documents.

  13. Select which email notifications you receive by Template or Workflow

    We would like to be able to select notifications for Relay the same way we can in Box (by account settings or by folder/subfolder)

    For example: I am a process owner for an assets approval template. I want to be notified of all actions in this one but none in my other workflows

  14. Allow granular controls for disabling "Mail All" function for file/folder shares with collaborators.

    Allow companies to disable the "Mail All" function of the Collaboration page of a File/Folder so that hundreds/thousands of collaborators of a large company wide share cant be sent notifications errantly, causing a lot of unnecessary noise.

  15. Add folder shared with all people in my company to favorites and collection

    Hi Box Team,

    When I share a folder with all people in my company, then my colleagues can access the folder with the link but they cannot add the folder to their favorites or collections. It would be great if folders shared with people in my company can be added to collections or favorites by my colleagues.

  16. Bandwidht monitor and reports

    As there is this mostly new policy in regards of the bandwidth limit per user (1 Tb), which in case of any user using more than the limit will automatically closes the account (loosing all the information), I suggest the creation of a command which allows the admin to monitor very clear the bandwidth usage, so measures can be taken if the limit is being reached.

  17. Generate report that includes folders where users have set notifications

    We need a report that allows us to see which folders users have set notifications for.
    If there is a problem that does not get notified, the administrator can check the report to find out what is going on.

  18. Improve Quarantine capabilities in Box Governance

    mprove Quarantine capabilities in Box Governance - specifically when it relates to file types like .eml or .msg.
    1) Allow for exceptions - e.g. quarantine all content that is uploaded with .msg, but allow it for Y folder. Use case: one team in particular needs to be able to save this type of content to Box and has permission from legal to do so.
    2) Change the "Email" option to include "User who violated the policy" - for example, in addition to sending a warning email to Admins who want to track upload of .eml files, also send the email…

  19. Password reset process is cumbersome

    Even with the understanding that my specific situation might add a few steps, it is significantly longer and more involved than the analogous process for any other product, tool, or service that I use. I have described the steps that I have to go through and would encourage the Box Developers and UX Teams to consider a more seamless way to do this in some future release.

  20. Create custom alerts if user/subset of users performs "X" amount of Downloads/Copies in "Y" amount of time

    We would like the ability to Create custom alerts to send email notifications if any user, or a specific subset of users, performs "X" amount of Downloads/Copies/Shares/Uploads/etc in "Y" amount of time (where we can select what "X" and "Y" are). We know that there is a way to setup a "Content Security - Download" policy that will send email notifications if download activity is "Low, Medium or High" based on your preset definitions of what that means (for instance "High = 12 per hour" in the preset rule), but that doesn't necessarily correspond to what we would…
