   If we use the Box Shuttle feature to migrate data, the update timestamp will be recorded as the time the data was uploaded. We would prefer to manage the timestamp according to the last modified date of the files before migration rather than the upload date. Is it possible to switch the timestamp display setting?

3. Ability to srt/arrange by in any aspect of Box ie files/folders or even users/groups etc.

   It would be helpful to be able to sort/arrange by in every aspect of Box. One example would be managing collaborators in a folder.

   For instance, if I want to add access by group, and remove all individual users, to do so I have to compare the collaborator list to the group listing and remove the individual user since they are added by group already. I cannot remove all individual users en masse because some of those individually added users must stay as they are not in one of the groups. But I do not have the ability to sort/arange by. Since the collaborators list is not arranged by name like the group member listing, it is very time-consuming to complete this task.

   It would be helpful to be able to sort/arrange by in every aspect of Box. One example would be managing collaborators in a folder.

   For instance, if I want to add access by group, and remove all individual users, to do so I have to compare the collaborator list to the group listing and remove the individual user since they are added by group already. 6. Directly copy files from Salesforce's native file storage to Box via the Box Folder Component which is present on a record

   Be able to drag and drop files stored in Salesforce's native file storage into the Box for Salesforce LWC to save the file down from Salesforce into the dedicated Box folder for the record.

7. Preference for preview screen panels

   There is no preference in Box for what appears first when you go to the file preview screen. It used to go to Comments and Tasks, but now forces you directly to the Box AI panel and this cannot be changed. Please bring in a preference panel that lets you set the default preview panel behavior.

8. File Viewer yes loading

   Could you please change the specification that requires the export folder to be a personal folder (area) when exporting the list of file viewers? Currently, in my company, only co-owners or editors can collaborate. Therefore, those with other permissions have to request collaboration from co-owners or editors. However, personal folders (areas) allow for self-collaboration, making it difficult to manage.

9. Addition of policy conditions for device protection.

   The device protection has been enhanced with the addition of EDR integration functionality. However, currently, it only targets devices with EDR installed. We would like to be able to set the device security requirements in the device trust policy to include whether EDR is installed.

11. Warning before the duplicates of a request get deleted deleted (file system)

    The caution before the document sign was issued on is deleted.

    When Box Sign is issued, the file will be duplicated and the sign will be progressed on the dupulicated one.
    Separating the file into the duplicated one and not is good idea.
    However these days, our users have trashed the duplicated one mistakenly.
    I want you to tell them the caution before it is deleted.

14. Batch preview of multiple files

    When a large number of documents are sent from other users, it is currently necessary to open each document one by one.
    When a large number of files are opened at the same time, it takes time to open them, which is inefficient.

16. Problem with workbook link in Excel

    we have a problem with some excel files with embedded workbook links pointing to a BOX folder.
    Today, after enabling BOX for Microsoft Office (desktop) some of these links changed from:

    C:\users\username\BOX\Boxdrivername\Boxfoldername

    To

    api.box.com\userName\BOX\Boxdrivername\Boxfoldername

    thus giving a file not found error when we reopen the "master" excel file.

    How can we solve this problem?

    Below is the procedure for reproducing the error.
    Starting Configuration:
    BOX drive installed: YES
    Enabled Box for Microsoft Office Coauthoring: NO
    In this example, the original file (test.xlsx) contains a link to a second file (linkedworkbook.xlsx) . As you can see the path is C:\users\svacchini\BOX\CIT.......

    After enabling BOX for Microsoft Office:

    If I open the test.xlsx all links to related workbooks change, making it impossible to update the data correctly.

    To solve this situation, I must manually change all the data sources:

    In this example, the new link is: https://api.box.com/wopi/files/1642985320322/WOPIServiceIdTPBOX2/WOPIUserId-/linkedworkbook.xlsx
    Removing BOX for Microsoft Office
    If I remove it and I haven't already changed the path of the linked workbooks, excel goes back to working correctly.
    Of course, if I have modified any path to the new (api.box.com), I will have the same problem.
    Conclusion
    This operation (manually change data sources) should be done for all files that contain external data (csv, linked workbook, etc).
    As you can imagine, it is not applicable on a large scale.

17. Use status field in addition to overlay in Windows File Explorer

    This would allow users to see status icons for each folder and file without relying on the file/folder icon overlays that Windows limitations make problematic. OneDrive uses the status field in addition to overlays. Box should, too.

18. When inviting users, the permissions window is missing.

    When inviting users to collaborate in Box, a window appears to select the permissions that should be granted.
    However, this window protrudes from the screen and cannot be resized, and the uploader's permissions are missing.
    This is handled by reducing the browser's magnification, but depending on the monitor being used, the magnification may have to be reduced to 67%-80%, which is inconvenient. Please make it possible to scroll through the authority windows to see all the cases.

19. Spellcheck Suggestions for Comments while previewing a document

    The benefit is that when we need to add extensive comments, we could be sure that spelling is correct and prevent confusion and additional back & forth. The spellcheck suggestion can just be a simple underline text that indicates spelling errors.

    As a workaround, I can make the comments in another text software, but that slows down productivity if I have to constantly switch between applications.

20. Tryout the free Version confusion, lack fo support

    Confusing restrictions for basic functions and hard time to find support...
    File Link not sharable in basic version?
    This seems one of the most used functions which only works for Team Members?
    Timeconsuming and confusing for customers...
    Even with an existing account it is not possible to join community without long list of mandatory input fields... we quit
    Now we move on testing Dropbox for our company...
