My Collections on Box for Outlook App
I’ve started to use the “Attach from Box” Outlook Addin O365 button, for attaching my documents in email. I’d like to suggest if you are able to see your collections list, to browse from.
I have so much ‘clutter’ at my All files level and thought, it would be great to see some sort of favourites/collection option.9 votes -

We can change the Box shield classification in Box Relay, but we cannot delete the classification.
The classification maintains the set classification even if we move or copy it, but in some cases we may want to change to the destination classification or delete the classification.

現在、Box RelayでBox shieldの分類を変更することはできますが、分類を削除することは出来ません。
分類は、移動・コピーを行っても設定されている分類を維持しますが、ケースによっては移動先の分類に変更および、分類を削除したい場合があります。

Provide direct links for files listed in Problem Items window to the actual files in Box Drive.
When users have a large number of Problem Items (> 10) it can be a pain to find exactly where these Problem Items are. The search function doesn't work well for these files and you can't even copy the name of these files. A direct link to them would be most convenient.

Bookmark URL
It would be nice if “Bookmark” type files were compatible with Windows URL files. Indeed, I have Box Drive installed on my PC and I cannot open URL files from my PC because the extension is not compatible.

Il serait bien que les fichiers de type "Signet" soit compatible avec les fichers URL de windows. En effet, j'ai Box Drive installé sur mon PC et je ne peut ouvrir les fichiers URL depuis mon pc car l'extension n'est pas compatible.

I want Preview on hover in list views to support Box Notes and Box Canvas
The following features have been released, but Box Notes and Box Canvas cannot display thumbnails.
Include these file types in support. Many users will be more efficient.

Box Capture enhancements
Videos recorded using Box Capture on iPad have been randomly saving with incorrect orientation for some time now. Videos will be recorded with iPad in landscape mode, but files will come out in portrait mode. I have had to manually reorient many many videos over the past few months.
Clearing the local storage only works temporarily to fix the video rotation issue, and it eventually creeps back in. It is also odd to me that clearing the local video storage would have any effect on this. Is there some other data that is in the local storage that is gumming…

Easier access to Box.com versus local box folder from the box menu
I use a mac. To go to a folder, I can click the box icon on my menu bar and there is the folder icon. But, to go to box notes (very popular with my team) or box.com, I must click down into the box settings. Please bring box.com up to the level of the box folder in your menu.

Box Sign Automatic Reminders On by Default
Ability to set automatic reminders for Box Sign signature requests on by default, rather than having to toggle the option "Send automatic reminders" every time a signature request is generated.

56 votesWe have released the 'batch send' capability in Box Sign.
This enables senders to send signature requests in bulk by uploading a spreadsheet of contacts and specifying the document. Box Sign will then send out a unique invite to everyone listed in the spreadsheet.
The batch send feature is available on the Box Enterprise Plus plan.
This helps address high-volume business processes including:
- Internal processes like HR sending a building entry form that needs to be signed by all employees working in a facility, or annually acknowledging they they have received and read the employee handbook
- External processes like Legal having to send a notice/addendum to all customers regarding an update on contract language.

Provide Box plugin for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Copilot plug-ins have the advantage that data can be handled in real time, and there are no limit to the number of items, etc.
In addition to the Graph Connector, the Box plug-in for Copilot integration is also required.

Back up desktop and documents folder
It would be really useful if there was an option within box drive that would sync the users desktop documents and perhaps download folder to a folder within box.
I know users could just save the files on to box drive but that doesn't always happen (temp needed files etc) this would act as an almost auto back up feature.

Update Box AI Studio configuration
Update AI Studio configuration in the admin console to be consistent with other AI features and features in Box to have the option for Enable for all, Disable for all, Enable for specific users, and disable for specific users

We would like see that only owners can control Box Shield and Governance classifications. We would like a way to restrict co-owners.

Remove shares no longer available after the owner was deactivated
We deactivated one user who retired. The folders he owned disappeared in Box Web for the shared users but they didn't disappear in Box drive, so users could still create files which were not saved in Box.
Could deactivated shares be updated very quickly in Box Drive to avoid that behavior please?4 votes -

Alert users when Box password needs to be reset when accessing Box in Salesforce
Passwords expired for all users on Box but when they sign-in to Salesforce, the Box window is blank.
Request: Users see a reset password prompt for Box, when in Salesforce. Without it, they would have no idea their password needs to be reset.
