    Summary:

    I want you to provide a stamp template with Box standard function.
    * Currently, it is necessary to prepare an image for an electronic seal stamp by yourself, which is a hassle.

  3. Tables - Allow Merging Cells in Box Note Tables

    A standard function when working with tables (in Excel and other tools) is a basic 'merge cells' feature that allows multiple cells (whether in a row or column) to be merged into one to function more as a grouping of multiple rows/columns. Box Notes don't currently support merging table cells.

    REQUEST: Support merging 2 or more cells in a row/column within a Box Note.

  4. Folder colors

    In Box it is not very easy to see what foders are shared externally. There are small globe icons on the collaborators, but if that list is too long, the external collaborator might not show up.

    Apart from that: the list of collaborators is not visible in Box Drive.

    Box should introduce a new Folder type (different color, different icon) to show that information in this folder is shared with external collaborators. This functionality should be available across all clients (Web, Drive, Mobile).

  6. Add # of files to Box Hubs Report

    Box Hubs fails if there are over 10,000 files linked to in the hub. It would be helpful to have a report that could report the total number of files available in a hub to help ensure we stay below this limit and/or if we exceed this limit, we can move content to a different hub and judge the impact of moving specific folders to better balance the load.

  8. Remove or filter out particular Box Notes from Inbox without deleting

    The Box Notes Inbox contains a long list of items that are shared with me but that I may never access again. I can't remove my collaborations because they are stored within enterprise-owned folders that are shared with the entire company at a high level (e.g. all "Projects" are shared with the entire company in case we need to reference them, but I am not part of the project team for most of them). We would like a way to remove or filter certain Box Notes from the Inbox so it is less cluttered.

  9. Folder Tree View in WebApp (Windows Explorer/Finder, eBuilder)

    I noticed that Box does not have a high-level folder tree view, except in the 'All Files' page (you click on the arrow next to "All Files"). Many Box folders in my company's folder structure take a very long time to load - however the folder tree view on the 'All Files' page loads quicker, but still not as fast as another application like eBuilder. Having a permanent option on the web application would be very efficient when tracking down files, and load times won't be as cumbersome.     This is requested because if tables can be easily created like in Box Notes, they can be used more conveniently as whiteboards.

    Guest access should be useable with all Box subscriptions. No (additional) Box license should be necessary.

    With the Box for Office co-authoring feature enabled for the entire tenant, users switch between co-authoring and individual editing depending on their use of macros or eco-solutions.
    However, following the introduction of the seamless login feature, a screen requesting Box access permission appears every time a file is edited, even for users utilizing individual editing.
    To prevent this display, administrators must individually disable the setting from the admin console for users who do not use co-authoring, which increases the burden on administrators.

    An integration between File Request and Relay was delivered this year. At the moment this programmatic generation of a link can be achieved with an API. An outcome type in Relay to generate a FR link is not yet planned.

  14. Support for differential or byte-level or block-level syncing with Box Drive

    This type of transfer means only the changed parts of the file are transferred instead of the whole file.

  15. Add pdf support in the save to box option

    The "save as" option in Office support pdf extension but this is not included in the "save to box" option. If a user wantss to upload a pdf (originated from office) there are a couple more steps they have to do.

  16. Ability to re-arrange All Files page on Drive, including external folders, for organizational purposes.

    We would like to be able to move non-owned and external folders around for organizational purposes on their private Drive, without impacting the actual external/owner of the folder. For example: Company X shared Folder A with me at Company Y. I would like to move Folder A to my Company X folder in Drive so it's not clogging my All Files page (without this impacting Company X's folder).

  19. Allow naming files before uploading on box mobile

    My company previously used Box Capture to record videos of our packed product before going out the door to customers. This helped identify skids if lost by the carrier, as well as identify products reported missing by customers. This worked really well for us for many years.

    However, Box Capture is no longer supported and "all of the functionality" was supposed to be available with Box Mobile.   20. External references between Excel files saved in Box by URL.

    In Excel saved in SharePoint, the URL can be used to refer to the value of a cell in the other Excel file.
    We would like a similar functionality in Box.
    For example, if the file ID is "1234567890" and we want to refer to cell A1 of "sheet1", do the following.
    ex) ='https://****.ent.box.com/file/1234567890[sheet1]'!A1
