Metadata table(row: files, column: metadata keys)
We are looking for a table type of view of files(row) and metadata keys(column), that allows us to be able to configure their own views of data in Box.
It allows us to...
- configure the view with applying metadata templates(can select the keys to show)
- filter and sort the view
- update metadata directly from this view
- export the view of data to a csv fileThis sort of solution helps users to reduce the time spent for searching the content and updating the metadata values(and it would be competitive with SharePoint library view).

Ability to restrict Box Sign to internal use only

Shared Links Report
It would be nice to have options rather than just export as is. Similar to User Activity, the ability to at a minimum choose a start and end date would be extremely helpful. Currently, our report is not working. Having worked with Box support, they believe it is due to the size of the export. If this is the case, being able to limit the report timeframe, will help with the size. Thank you.

Change the default security of a shared link, to "People in this file" or "People in this folder" rather than "Anyone with the link" (which is the current default).
Whenever a shared link is created in box, the default access permission assigned to the new Shared Link, is "Anyone with the link" unless Account-level permissions are specifically changed by a knowledgeable user. This is not a secure choice at all. It's too easy to create a large number of Shared Links which, by default, are open to absolutely anyone in the entire world to whom the link gets forwarded…

Ability to send Shield alerts to a Pager Duty email address for email integration.
It looks like I'm only able to notify users who are Shield co-admins whenever an alert is created. I would like to send alerts to a Pager Duty email address for email integration.
I would like to avoid creating a separate user for the purposes forwarding emails to pager duty. I would also like to avoid creating a forwarding rule on my own inbox.
Is it possible to send Shield alert notifications directly to non-user email addresses? If not, is this something the Box team is working on or can consider implementing?

Leverage search capabilities in Box for Box Drive
Our users would like to use some of the functionalities for Box search, like dates and searching within specific folders, in Box Drive.

PDF & PNG Export for Canvas
When finalizing a session using visual collaboration, it's often required to export the end product to be able to share with non-Box users, and possibly to upload as attachment to other applications. A PDF (possibly PNG) export feature would be great additions.

Store all generated Box Reports into a Single Shared Folder for the Enterprise
Need a common folder in the enterprise to store reports generated by box by admins and various co-admins. This will reduce the load on the box platform as well as it will significantly reduce duplicate runs. Custom link URL sensitive content warning is misplaced
Under the checkbox to set a custom URL there is this warning: "Custom URLs should not be used when sharing sensitive content."
Custom URLs are not the problem! Anyone who guesses a custom URL and is thereby able to access it already had permissions needed to access it.
The warning should be "'Anyone with the link' should not be used when sharing sensitive content" and it should be in the prior popup.
Meanwhile, when a user has created a restricted link and then comes here to make a custom URL, the existing warning creates needless Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt in…

Change Sender name to "Box" or "Box Updates" instead of the user's name
Collaboration Invite notification emails currently pull the inviting user’s Display Name from the Sender line and putting it in the From line. This means that while the email is coming from noreply@box.com, it still has the user’s name like the email has come from them directly.
This can cause conflicts with mail servers that flag emails based on Display Name and email origin. It would be preferable to simple have all notification emails from Box leave Box or Box Updates in the Display Name field, rather than spoofing the acting user’s name.

Opening multiple files at once
It would greatly improve flow and user experience to be able to open multiple PDFs at once. Our team must review numerous individual PDFs, and we have only ever been able to open one PDF at a time. It becomes a tedious task to open each individual PDF.

Change primary email address but not login user
We are a large University with affiliate organizations leveraging our Box service. These affiliate organizations do not use the University primary email address domain.
Specifically for BoxSign, we would like be able to change some users' primary email address to their linked email address WITHOUT changing their email address used for login into Box (because they have to use SSO and 2FA).Would you be able to implement a fix or workaround for this scenario? Allow users to know whether a file has been updated via Box Drive.
Add notifications on file updates within Box Drive. If a file is currently updated, we need to view notifications in the web browser as Box Drive does not show this.

Stop or modify instant suspension of new user email addresses on account setup, or give admins access to your blocklist
When a new user account is set up, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the login address for the account. Currently, if this message is bounced, the user's email address is immediately placed on your block list.
So - I create a new staff email account in 365, then use that email address to set up a Box account. Box immediately sends a confirmation email message - but 365 is having a slow day and the gateway hasn't yet caught up with accepting messages for that address. Add Signature field to Box Forms
It would be helpful to be able to include a signature field for a Box form submission. In cases where a user submits a purchase request form, we'd like to also show that they have signed/approved the information being passed (which is something we currently do when a user fills out the form and signs before submission to the procurement team). Being able to include a signature field in the form would save users multiple steps and closely approximate the experience of filling out a form and signing it.

Request for resolving the problem of retrieving group memberships
I wish the following problem will be fixed :
We are able to see the issue when retrieving group membership datas if the group have multiple users having the same name and get membership with multiple offset.
For example, there are two users having the same name and both of users is a member of the group. Make login screen text easier to edit
In the admin console, there's a "Login Page" section, where it's possible to set a message that appears for all users on the Box login page. Currently, editing/formatting that message requires both access to the admin console, a knowledge of HTML, and an understanding of which HTML tags are and are not valid in that message.
