  1. Ability to include the name of the triggered file in the subject line when sending Relay notifications

    We would like to be able to include the name of the triggered file in the subject line when sending Relay notifications.
    We want to be able to easily check which file the notification is for when the user who received the notification receives the notification email.
    When a user receives a notification email, I want to be able to easily check which file it is for.

    通知の相手に割り当てられたユーザーへの通知の際にファイル名を含めた通知を行いたい。
    通知を受け取ったユーザーが通知メールを受け取っても、どのファイルに対する通知なのかを

  2. Allow HTML Tags in the text of "Send Notification" action in BoxRelay

    Currently, the text entered in the subject and message fields of BoxRelay's "Send Notification" action is sent as is, but if HTML tags could be used, it would not only make it possible to use shared links in email notifications, such as "Please check [approved folder (hyperlink)]," but also expand the amount of information in notifications.

  3. Collaborators request for status change- notification sent to owner

    Collaborators (non-owner) can request from the owner to have their status changed (i.e. owner, co-owner). A notification will then come to the current owner with approve or deny option. Currently I am having to ask via email, phone, in person for people to change this status and they don't always remember, but as a quick notification from the email they can approve or deny the request.

    If a Box Sign request has been sent out, but not completed withing eg 2 weeks, it would be great to have an active notification about that.

  5. Enable ability to customize the notification that is triggered during a Box Relay workflow

    Enable ability to customize the notification that is triggered during a Box Relay workflow.

    E.g. if an approval task is approved, I want to notify whoever submitted the content for approval AND potentially other relevant parties that their submission was approved, but I also want to potentially customize the notification (e.g. it was approved for x, y, and z reasons).

  6. Regarding the display format of metadata reports

    Is it not possible to set the output format arbitrarily when generating reports from metadata, rather than being limited to JSON format?
    I would also like to have commas inserted into numeric fields of metadata to format them with thousands separators.

    Regarding the desktop notification method when a BoxDrive upload error occurs,
    From version 2.41 onwards, a message similar to a Windows notification may be displayed.
    I would like each user to be able to set whether or not to display the message.

  8. Alert notification when moving folders in Box Drive

    When the user move from the folder sharing with collaborators (the folder’s owner is others) to the private folder on Box Drive, it occur an error after a while. I think I want to inform the user prompty before doing that if their operation is wrong.
    Please display an alert like same as operation on web UI before the user try to move folders on Box Drive.

    Add more file types in insights. Because of the kind of files we work with, most of it says other.

  10. Provide Notification when user is removed as a collaborator

    Right now, users do not get a notification when they are removed as a collaborator from a folder. This can cause confusion as this could be caused by a number reasons (ie deletions, inactive users), and results in admin assistance to dive in to what may have occurred. Users do get a notification when they are added to a folder, so they should also get one when they are removed from a folder as well

    BoxDriveI am aware that there are solutions for file conflicts like the one below, but there are some cases where the above cannot be resolved. (e.g., under a folder with "Hide" enabled).

  12. Approval Notification Emails: Route to Document

    When an approval process is completed, the notification email that goes out to the requester does not have a direct link to the document that was approved. Since there isn't a way to name template-based Sign requests so that they can be easily identified, it would be helpful to include a direct link to the document that was approved.

  13. Convert all notification email contain "app.box.com" link to "ent.box.com" under BVE

    Some notification email such as "Email Uploads completed" contain "app.box.com" link even for enterprises that have Box Verified Enterprise enabled.

    They should be converted to "ent.box.com" link in order to access them from Internal network.

  14. Send e-mail notification to uploader when virus scan detects uploaded file was malicious

    Similar to below Box Pulse, but would like to request to have e-mail notification sent, especially if uploader is managed user within company.

  15. Notification Policy - Notify if not part of certain domains

    It's desired that Notification Policies have the ability to notify if an external collaborator is added that is not part of the EID's domains.

    Currently, companies must set a notification policy and detail all of the domains they want a notification policy for.

    While this is possible to implement, we are not making significant changes to sharing policies in the near future.

    I know we can add email aliases, but we would like to be able to set the notification address as well.

  18. Changed conditions for sending invitation deadline notification emails for external users

    Currently, invitation deadline notification emails are sent to external users under the following conditions

    1. co-owner of the folder
    2. the user has been personally invited to the folder
    3. direct collaborators of the folder.

    Please change the specification so that notification emails can be received even if the user is invited as a group rather than as an individual under condition 2.

  19. View notification activity for items in the item properties details

    When viewing the properties of an item, there should be an option to view a history of notifications that were triggered for that item. This would allow people, such as an uploader, to verify that the intended collaborators are receiving the information about the upload, and take action if the notifications are not triggered.

    Potentially having an item saying something like "notification suppressed" for those who have the options disabled or if the folder settings are defined to disable notifications would be useful as well.
