Allow Admin/Co-Admin to access shared link basic info
When using BoxItem.Info itemInfo = BoxItem.getSharedItem(api, sharedLink); to retrieve basic information about a shared link, Box returns a 404 when the admin/co-admin doesn't have specific permissions. However, it's possible to see the basic information when you view a shared link report. We're essentially trying to get the same information as the shared link report is able to pull for all files/folders. Discussion of the suggestion is here:

separate owned file/folders view from all files/folders view
We need the ability when viewing a users list of files and folders to show only content owned by user. Right now files that have any collaboration at all do not show differently if owned by user or not. Ideally, we could toggle a view filter to show only files/folders owned by user if needed.

Shared Link Comments
We share our creative to our clients using shareable links. It would be great if non-box users had the ability to make comments on the files shared. We are switching over from dropbox and that was a feature that we use with our clients on a very regular basis. It gives us the ability to have all of their feedback in one place.
Please let me know if this is doable. It's top priority for our team :)
Thank you!

Usage Logs - Better Reporting when Shared Link Permissions are Changed
Right now you can see WHEN a user changed the value of a shared link (closed to open for example) but not to what, so if a link was changed, we have to guess as to what level of access. This seems like a gap security wise and may lead to us shutting down shared links.
14 votesOur Enterprise Events API already provides information about what has changed in the shared link. Let us know if you are looking for something different.

Pop-up message when unintentionally shifting folders
It is strongly needed to have a pop-up message with Box Drive and Box Sync that allows the user to stop an unintentional shift of folders or files.

Add folder shared with all people in my company to favorites and collection
Hi Box Team,
When I share a folder with all people in my company, then my colleagues can access the folder with the link but they cannot add the folder to their favorites or collections. It would be great if folders shared with people in my company can be added to collections or favorites by my colleagues.

Archive folders
Ability to manually or automatically archive folders that have not been modified for a while. The Archived files are searchable, but don't appear in normal file system (similar to how Gmail's archived emails don't show up in Inbox, but can be searched)

Add a shared calendar feature within the platform.
My team has been using box for years. It is fantastic except for the lack of a shared calendar feature. It's very hard to understand why this hasn't been added yet. Users have been asking for it for YEARS, and it can't be much more complex than a box note.
We despise Google and are not all on Outlook, and I know our team is not alone in this. All we want is a simple shared calendar within the platform.

List of Offline Folders in Box Drive
It would be great to be able to see a list of folders marked for offline availability in Box Drive. We've had a few users who end up accidentally using up too much hard drive space, but can't remember exactly what folders they've marked offline. We end up needing to have them sign out of Box Drive to clear all offline folders, then sign back in and re-mark folders they need.

Remove large batch of collaborators from a shared folder.
It would be ideal if you could remove a large batch of collaborators from a shared folder en mass instead of one at a time.

Ability to open a file in Box Drive from a shared link accessed via the web
After opening a shared link in Web App, a user should be able to open the file directly in Box Drive.
127 votesThis feature is not currently planned, but it is a second-priority item for our team. A related feature—the ability to open a file in Box Drive from the web app—is on our roadmap and will be an initial step toward supporting this request. We will keep you posted on updates; please continue upvoting this request, as it helps us prioritize improvements. Thanks for your collaboration.

One-Click shared link generation as Enterprise setting
The recent change to Box sharing means that you now have up to 3 clicks to get a shared link on your clipboard - click Share, then toggle the link on, then copy to clipboard. This annoys our users, who liked the old way, where clicking Share would automatically generate the link.
I think this change was motivated by feedback like this, where enterprises that choose to default to People With the Link permission sometimes end up with a lot of accidental open links:
https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778-help-shape-the-future-of-box/suggestions/36114154-add-second-step-when-creating-shared-link-for-a-fo(We, on the other hand, default to just "people in this file" permission.)

Enforcing Security on Public shared link
Public link is a good option to share a file with ones who can not have box account for various reasons.
However to share a sensitive file with such parties, Whether the password and expiry can be enforced to set on a public shared link via security policy for a given file classification?

Share the main folder but restrict some specific sub-folders
Box should allow to share a Folder and also restrict the access to some of its sub-folders. In addition, we sould be able to let the restricted sub-folder displayed or not to the user subject of the restriction.

Allow Excel's Shared Workbook feature to work on Box.
Microsoft Excel has a feature called Shared Workbook that allows multiple users to edit Excel file simultaneously and still migrate each modifications into each others' Excel files.
Box doesn't support this type of feature, but Google and Dropbox supports to notify users on (Office) file modification status to provide similar feature / user experience.
Dropbox:

Copy button in Box Notes Shared Link
When you get a shared link in Box, it automatically copies it and has a "copy" button front and center - would love the same thing for Box Notes.

Request to automate shared link generation upon file upload
A customer regularly uploads files into multiple folders (with different locations and hierarchy levels) and then has to generate a shared link for each file. Currently, they need to create each link manually, which is quite time-consuming.
It would be very helpful if features such as Relay could automate this process by automatically generating shared links for uploaded files and sending notifications with created links
