Add # of files to Box Hubs Report
Box Hubs fails if there are over 10,000 files linked to in the hub. It would be helpful to have a report that could report the total number of files available in a hub to help ensure we stay below this limit and/or if we exceed this limit, we can move content to a different hub and judge the impact of moving specific folders to better balance the load.

Please enable autoplay for multiple files in a folder
You used to be able to enable autoplay for files in a box folder. Now, even if you click on "enable" for autoplay, it does not. Why????

Add ability to batch rename multiple files
I'd like to be able to select all contents of a folder (ex. images taken by a particular photographer at an event) and standardize all file names (ex. EventPhotographer Name (1), EventPhotographer Name (2),...)
This is simple to do in Windows Explorer, but I really do not want to download and then re-upload for something so minor!4 votes -

Password Protect Folders and Files
I'd love the option to Password-protect folders and files as this is something that Dropbox currently does.
When you password-protect files through Dropbox, you guarantee that only the people you want to access your files can get to them.
Before anyone can view or download a document, they need to enter the password you set to protect the document.

Current limit is 1,000,000 files per user. We need over 10M files per user for our use case.

No "print" option like in Box Notes
There's no way to export or print the Canvas. This ability exists in Miro, so if Canvas were to offer this, we could likely cut out our Miro licenses. This ability exists today in Box Notes, so it would make sense for it to be available in Canvas as well.

Renaming bulk files similar
I want the option to rename bulk files similar to the option available in file explorer in windows. For example renaming related photos under a common name to help with easier identification

Apply policies to duplicate files
Identify duplicate files in Box, and apply any policies in place onto all duplicates

Add Classification and Metadata information to Folders and Files Report
When running the folders files report, have it list out the classification tag that is added to each file, along with any metadata information that has been added.

Rollback all files uploaded even if one fails to upload
Under the current design, when uploading multiple files, the successful files are stored in Box, even if one of the uploads fails. As a result, subsequent processing, e.g. adding metadata, may also not take place. This is inconvenient for the user under the usecase of using File Request+Metadata. The user has to look for files that were not uploaded and has to check the metadata for files that were uploaded. And if the uploader is anonymous, it's impossible. Drag and drop files or use file ID or folder ID
When you want to add single files or folders, it would be great to be able to add them simply using their IDs or dragging them from another Box window

Direct Links for files on Box Drive
We have Excel files that reference each other that we moved from local drives to Box Drive. The links change to whatever box folder we move them to, but the path is listed as "C:\users\username\filename"... etc. We need these links to reference the actual Box URL so that other people who have access to the file can still get the updated reference.

Users can currently comment on files, and this request is to extend that functionality to allow users to add annotations to specific locations within a document or file.

Prioritize specific files for upload
Hi, as someone who has to uploads and shares a lot of large image files through box, each over 1gb, it would be nice to have a way to prioritize which files get uploaded first.

offline files and selective sync
I would like to see the ability to mark files and folders for local or offline storage. Currently box drive allows for only the folder to be marked offline or downloaded locally. When I don't need to have a file downloaded anymore there is not a way for me to mark them offline. I have tried marking the folder offline but that doesn't work to make the files I want offline. The current specification allows printing from the file preview screen, but if you want to print multiple files, you have to open the preview screen one by one and press the print button, which is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive.
Therefore, when you select one or more folders or files (including BoxNotes), we would like the "Print button" to be displayed on the folder/file screen or by pressing "More Options."
Also, when a folder is selected, I would like to be able to print all the materials in the selected folder.現在の仕様ではファイルのプレビュー画面から印刷が可能となりますが、複数のファイルを印刷したい場合、1つ1つプレビュー画面を開いて印刷ボタンを押す必要があり、作業的にかなりの時間と手間がかかってしまいます。
