  1. Create a Task to provide a notification

    Create a Task to provide a notification to a user. For example if a document has been moved, this Task would create a notification to Bob that the file has been moved. He shouldn't have to do anything with this or approve or complete it, just be notified.

  3. Customize Insights storage graph from PB into TB

    When Admin Insights STORAGE is below 1048TB the storage graph shows changes per 1 TB. Anyone deleting several TB's is quickly visible in the graph. However when over 1048TB, the graph's scale jumps to 0.01 PB, which decimals are way to large to spot large data deletions.(10TB steps !). Request to change STORAGE from PB back into TB's. The graph is a flat-line and unusable since the scale changed from TB into PB.

  4. Change Box Drive Storage Location

    I want to be able to move the storage location of Box Drive to something other than the C drive. The space is limiting. Most days accessing data from Box is not an issue but on days the internet goes down at the office or there is a power outage all work comes to a halt without access to files. I can't make all of my files available offline with Box Drive storing to the C drive. It would be nice to be able to have all of my files available in case of unforeseen circumstances.   5. When attempting upload and storage is full, clarify error message to identify whose storage is full

    Right now it says, "Uploading this will put you over your allocated space," even if uploading to a folder with another owner whose storage is the problem.

  6. Email Notification Frequency Options - Immediate, Daily Digest, Weekly, etc.

    Box currently provides email notifications as options for end users to 'subscribe' to email notification alerts when content is uploaded, downloaded, previewed, deleted, or commented on. Box currently only provides one 'type' of email notification: instant (which includes automatic batching when events occur within a few minutes of each other).

    REQUEST: Add the ability for users to choose the 'type' of email notification they'd like to enable at the folder level (via Folder Settings):
    --Real-time emails (what we already have today)
    --Daily digest (1 email per day)
    --Additional weekly option (optional)

  7. Collaborator Expiration - Include Co-Owner(s) in the Email Notification

    Current Behavior:

    --Email Notification - Sent to 'affected users' (defined as Folder Owner and the original Inviter, aka the person who invited in the collaborator who is about to expire)
    --Ability to Extend Expiration Date - Folder Owner & Co-Owners

    REQUEST: Add Co-Owner(s) to the email notification distribution so that they can take the burden off the folder owner (since co-owners already have the ability to extend the expiration date).

    The current behavior of "Box Relay Lite" is that workflow creator gets the approval notification.

    The The expectations from us is that a notification email of the approval result will be sent to the approval requester who uploaded the file to the specified folder.

  11. About modifying storage values in the User Details report

    ＜About modifying storage values in the User Details report＞
    Just like the storage value of Insights in the Admin console has been corrected, we request that the user details report will also be corrected to display more correct values.
    Due to the UI change, the Insights storage in the management console now displays a relatively correct value, but the user details report has not been corrected and is now showing a lower value.
    As a result, there is a difference between the storage value in Insights and the total storage value output in the user details report.

  12. Provide additional messaging when a user's storage needs to be increased.

    Delete & Transfer: When the user receiving the transferred content does not have enough storage, the experience hangs/lags. It would be great if you provided appropriate messaging that the user's storage must be increased

  14. Update the total storage metric as amount of storage increases

    Currently total storage shown on the Admin Dashboard is always in GBs. Since we have multiple TBs or PBs in Box, this number can be difficult to read or convert off hand. It would be better if the metric updated once we pass each metric (i.e. GB, TB, PB, etc.)

    Currently, the All Files page has a column for 'Size,' but this only shows the number of files. We need to know the storage volume of the folder/file. Please add storage volume (e.g., in MB) to the All Files page.

  17. Be able to specify a document or a shared link in “Send Notification” outcome

    It would be convenient if the “Send Notification” outcome had an option to specify a document or a shared link in the notification body.

    Right now it is only possible to input plain text.

  18. File Request link upload notification

    We want a feature of email notification which send to the actual user who uploaded the file.

    I understand that if "require users to provide email" option is enabled, users can confirm the uploader's email address on web app. I found that the email address was shown in “Updated” column.

    However, users cannot confirm the actual uploader from the report, and email notifications will only be sent to users who enabled notification settings of "upload" in their folder settings or account settings.

    Enabling the above feature makes it much easier to confirm if the user successfully uploaded the file.

  20. Requests regarding Box For Teams V2

    I would like to use the Box For Teams V2 integration, but the following functions are bottlenecks and cannot be used.

    Therefore, I want to be able to turn off only the following functions in the tenant settings.
    　
    　・Automatic creation of Box folders for teams/channels
    　・Automatic mapping of user permissions

    In most cases, Japanese companies use a controlled system in which the administrator owns the items.

    However, if folders are automatically created or permissions are automatically attached with the Box For Teams V2 integration, control cannot be taken, so we requested this.
