1. Notification function when a conflict occurs when editing a file

   Files are locked when edited from Box Drive by users who have co-authoring enabled.
   However, it takes time for the lock to take effect, which can lead to file conflicts if another user edits the file first.

   BoxDrive and BoxEdit normally notify you when a file conflict occurs, but unfortunately users who have enabled the collaborative editing feature do not receive the notification that a conflict has occurred.

   If you want to co-edit with a user whose co-editing function is disabled, you can co-edit with Office Online if you are editing Excel or Word, but the file you want to edit this time is Access.
   Therefore, collaborative editing is not possible in Office Online.

   When a conflict occurs, it is necessary to re-edit each file, but currently there is no notification when a conflict occurs, so you have to check on your own to see if there is a conflict.
   To save time, notify users who have co-authoring enabled when a conflict occurs.

4. Ability to resize the signature box for signers

   I'd love the option to Password-protect folders and files as this is something that Dropbox currently does.

   When you password-protect files through Dropbox, you guarantee that only the people you want to access your files can get to them.

7. Save Microsoft Teams Recordings to Box

   When recording a call/meeting in Microsoft Teams, it defaults to using OneDrive as it's default storage. Currently the process of saving a recording is a manual process of downloading the recording, and uploading to Box. I'd like an option to default recording data to Box instead.

12. [Support preview of ".xct" files] Support preview of ".xct" files

    We use DocuWorks for our business.
    At this time, the Box preview supports ".xdw" and ".xbd", but unfortunately ".xct" is not yet supported.

    A similar request was submitted on the following BoxPulse, which was "Delivered" as of 09/2022, but only the ".xct" is still not in preview.

15. When an external user changes his/her email address from the original invitation, the invitation can be removed or put on hold

    In addition, the User Activity Report does not log information about external users' primary email address changes.

    If this is not done, the user in question may not be considered for de-collaboration during the inventory of collaborator privileges that we conduct.
    The fact that users who are supposed to be deactivated remain collaborating is a security risk that cannot be overlooked.

19. New Shared Link Setting for OTP to Specific Email Addresses

    Proposing a new Shared Link setting or type that allows users to send a shared link to a specific email address which requires a OTP password, similar to the authentication used when an individual is sent a Sign Request via Box Sign.

    This would allow for a simpler, more secure user experience when sharing one-off links than password-protecting a public link.

20. Contract term display added to the "Accounts and Billing" screen on the Administration page
