    Please support AD Conditional Access with Microsoft Azure. It meets security requirements so easily.
    And it is compatible for third-party apps by configuring SAML settings.

    I think that is not easy to develop Azure cooperation feature, but I require that.

  2. I would like the restrictions on Box AI to be lifted or reduced.

    It's great that the Box AI query limit has been lifted.
    Next, we would like to see the following three limits lifted or reduced.
    ・Limited to 1,000 characters per question
    ・Text content size limit is 1MB, with larger files only processing the first 1MB of text
    ・Non-English languages may produce lower quality results

    We would like to be able to preview files encrypted with Microsoft MIP from Box.
    Because it is not supported by the current MIP integrator.

  5. Updates for Task Management

    Task management should:
    -Show a total number of tasks outstanding
    -Have the ability to categorize tasks
    -Have the ability to prioritize tasks
    -Include summary of time elapsed since task assignment
    -Always allow the user to check the task off, reject the task, or delegate the task to another
    -Task list should ALWAYS be searchable
    -Task lists should have the ability to have filters applied (age of task, assigned by, prioritization level, category, etc.)
    -Task auto assignment based on adjustable rules would be a plus

  8. Box Status site improvement

    1. Adding status of each region on Box Status site(https://status.box.com/) , because currently an outage impacting only users in a specific zone/region doesn’t appear on the status site. (e.g. customers who are in Asia region are unable to download/upload/preview.)

    2. Clarifying the definition of impact. "Incident Response and Communications" article (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697394-Our-Approach-to-Incident-Response-and-Communications) has the guideline of customer impact. However, definitions and examples of each category are not clear enough.

  9. Shared Link Password Policy

    Much like the default link expiry policy we would also like one specific to forcing passwords for shared links and preferably being able to define that policy with minimum characters and complexity.

    Bonus would be passwords that are auto-generated and viewable by the creator of the shared links to minimize the need for external tools.

  10. Add column for Modified date, and allow sorting on it.

    It would be really handy to be able to add a column for and sort based on "Modified date" field. Currently the "Updated" column is not useful if you are doing content migrations from outside sources. While the files maintain the "modified date", they get an "Updated date" of the day it was migrated.

    We are considering migrating our existing LAN contents to Box. Our users frequently need to sort on last modified date. We are uploading all data to Box and retaining the original date stamps where possible. Sorting is key.

    When you are @mentioned, replying to the sender with @mention requires many clicks. It would be simpler to be able to reply to the sender in one click (i.e. add a comment with sender already @mentioned)

  12. Box Sign should be approved by the Certificate Authority in Japan

    Currently, Japanese law requires that minutes of board of directors meetings be sealed by an electronic signature service that has been approved by a certification authority.
    However, Box Sign has not yet been approved by the Certification Authority.
    In order to make further use of Box Sign, we'd like Box, Inc. to get approval for Box Sign from the Certification Authority.
    現在、日本の法律では、取締役会議事録は認証局の承認を受けた電子署名サービスによって捺印することが義務付けられています。
    しかし、Box Signはまだ認証局から承認されていません。
    Box Signをさらに活用するためには、Box社が認証局からBox Signの認可を受けることが望まれます。

The initial version will be modeled after our trusted FTPS server, but we're eager to improve the experience of using it, so if you happen to have suggestions or ideas we should take into consideration – whether that involves authentication, performance, compatibility or any other matter, do not shy away from letting us know and get in touch.

  14. Collaborators Page (Item-Level) -- Add Ability to Sort by Column Headers / Filter by External Collab

    The Collaborators page (at the file/folder level) currently does not allow any sorting capabilities. Add a simple ability to click the column headers to change the sort order to things like "added most recently at top" or "reverse alphabetical order by name".

    Additionally, adding an "external?' filter to only show external collaborators in the folder would be awesome.

  16. We would like the usage standards for Box Connector for Microsoft Graph to be relaxed.

    Currently, the Box Connector for Microsoft Graph requires fewer than 10,000 Box users, but the improved interoperability between Box and Microsoft products is more beneficial for larger tenants.
    I would like the user limit to be increased or eliminated.

    Additionally, We can currently search and display Box content (up to 20,000 recent items) across the Microsoft ecosystem, but this amount of content is not very searchable, so we'd like to see as many as possible.

    現在、Box Connector for Microsoft Graphを利用するにはBoxユーザーが10,000人未満であることが条件ですが、Box製品とMicrosoft製品間の相互運用性の向上は、大人数のテナントでより効果的です。
    ユーザー数の上限を引き上げるか、なくしてほしいです。

    また現在は、Microsoftのエコシステム全体でBoxのコンテンツ (最大20,000の最新項目) を検索して表示できますが、このコンテンツ数では検索性が低いため、可能な限り多くしてほしいです。

    We would like to request an improvement in the synchronization speed between Box Web UI and BoxDrive so that they can be synchronized within 5 seconds.
    Our investigation of the synchronization speed is based on the following items.

    Pattern (3) Upload to Box Drive and check the screen update on WebUI: Result: No automatic update even after waiting for more than 5 minutes.
    Pattern (5) Delete the file on WebUI and check the update on Box Drive: Result: 20 seconds

  18. Restrict Box Sign to internal use only

    Please add the ability to restrict recipients to Box Sign "options".
    I would like the scope of restrictions to be selectable only by internal users and invited users, similar to shared links.

  20. Box Tools - Excel as default application for CSV and XLS

    We would like Box Edit to have Excel as the default application for all excel files, including CSV.

    Right now we run into an issue with CSV files where it is necessary to perform an operation to copy and then paste to Excel from Notepad. (Since opening CSV files might cause garble due to a character code (UTF-8), we are opening Notepad first and then open Excel files)
    Another workaround would be editing the registry which is risky and inconvenient - which is why we would like Edit to automatically open CSV with Excel as the default
