2. If a user's email address is changed on the management console, please write the changed address.

3. Ability to turn off email notifications when a file is added to Box by email

   We are wanting to use the feature of being able to upload a file to Box by sending an email to the folder email address, but do not want to have the auto email responder saying that "upload was successful". 4. Allow group administrators of SSO-enabled tenants to change the email addresses of group members

   group administrators are authorised to change the email addresses of managed users.

   Edit non-admin user accounts in the Managed Users tab, including user name, email, storage, and settings.

   only the administrator and co-administrator can change a managed user's email address.

   In this case, the group administrator cannot change the email address of the group member.

   However, in a tenant with a very large number of users,
   it is very difficult for the administrator/co-administrator to complete all the changes on user settings (e.g. changing email addresses) alone.

   Given that group administrators have the right to manage group member accounts,

6. Receive Box browser notifications while using Skype

   We would like Box to send Browser notifications in Skype whenever there is a comment directed to you (Facebook does it through Chrome).

   We want to be able to keep a conversation in Box (which is possible now with comments) AND easily notify the participants that are not in Box or have not checked email, but may be in Skype.

   Looking for better controls around alerts and protecting our data from potential bad internal actors. Ideally, controls around large data sets being downloaded locally to a machine. 8. Bring back the comments icon

   I get so many notifications it's hard to manage notifications. Can you bring back the comment icon on a file that someone has added their notes to? Unless I click on the file to open it up, I can't tell someone has left a comment or change. Thanks!

9. Introduce a "Collaboration-Only" Account to Prevent Shadow IT／コラボレーション専用アカウントの導入

   The Problem:
   When we invite an external partner from a domain that does not use Box, they are forced to sign up for a free, individual account to accept the collaboration. This creates a significant data governance risk and "Shadow IT" for our partners' organizations. Their IT departments have no visibility or control over these new accounts, and their employees might start using the personal storage for business data, bypassing company policy.

   Proposed Solution:
   We propose the creation of a new type of account, specifically for external collaboration. This "Collaboration-Only" or "Storage-less" account would have the following characteristics:

   • It would have no private storage space.
   • Its sole purpose would be to allow a user to authenticate and access the specific folders and files they have been invited to.
   • It would not function as a standalone, personal Box account.

   The Benefit:
   This feature would make Box a much safer and more enterprise-friendly platform for cross-company collaboration. It would allow our partners to access shared data without creating a data governance risk for their own company. This would eliminate a major barrier to collaborating on Box with new partners.

11. Request for improvement of behavior when a workflow creator designates (suggests) an external user as the person to be notified or in charge

    Currently, the following conditions must be met in order for the workflow creator to designate (suggest) external users as the recipients of workflow notifications or task assignments.
    1.External user account already exists
    2.Automatic acceptance of external user invitations enabled
    3.Workflow creator invites external users while 1 and 2 are satisfied

    In addition, if the following settings are made on the tenant side, even if the external user has enabled auto-acceptance, the auto-acceptance process will not be performed unless the tenant side setting requirements are met, After the external user satisfies the tenant's requirements, the workflow creator must invite the external user again (either by removing the user from the folder to which the user was invited and then inviting the user again, or by inviting the user to another folder) to pass the auto-accept process.

    ・Require strong passwords for external collaborators
    ・Request 2-step verification from external collaborators
    ・Customize Terms of Service > Enable for External Users

    However, it is too impractical as a workaround in cases where a user cannot be re-invited due to lack of invitation privileges, or to remove the privileges of a user who has already been collaborated with.

    Provide a framework that enables Box partners to extend Box notifications and tasks to their systems of engagement.     We would like to be able to select notifications for Relay the same way we can in Box (by account settings or by folder/subfolder)

    For example: I am a process owner for an assets approval template. I want to be notified of all actions in this one but none in my other workflows

18. Add folder shared with all people in my company to favorites and collection

    Hi Box Team,

    When I share a folder with all people in my company, then my colleagues can access the folder with the link but they cannot add the folder to their favorites or collections. It would be great if folders shared with people in my company can be added to collections or favorites by my colleagues.

20. Allow granular controls for disabling "Mail All" function for file/folder shares with collaborators.

    Allow companies to disable the "Mail All" function of the Collaboration page of a File/Folder so that hundreds/thousands of collaborators of a large company wide share cant be sent notifications errantly, causing a lot of unnecessary noise.
