Removing "Required" setting from File Request
I’d like to remove the “required” setting from File Requests.
For example, suppose a File Request has two upload links, A and B.
Documents need to be uploaded to A and B at different times.
However, the current setup requires at least one upload link to be mandatory, which prevents uploading to A and B at separate times.
While creating separate File Requests for A and B would solve this issue, if the number of documents increases (e.g., A, B, C, D, E...), it could confuse the uploader. That’s why I’d prefer to consolidate everything into a single File Request.

Allow us to put some sort of "Official" Badge on Hubs
Admins should be able to mark official company Hubs to distinguish them from Hubs that organically appear due to team needs. While the latter is great, it would be nice to be able to pin/mark Leadership or HR hubs, for example, to the top of the gallery.

Hubs: Support for Box Drive
Currently Box Hubs(beta version) doesnot support Box Drive, hopefully support Box Drive as well.

Report export function for active/inactive status of file request links
File request links, when created, edited, or deleted, appear in the user activity report, but not in the active or inactive status.
We are considering asking users to deactivate them for security integrity or to force deactivation of those that have been inactive for a period of time.
However, we cannot determine from the list of file requests in the management console whether all the information is visible.
Without an export function, some links will remain inactive for long periods of time.

Keyboard navigation between tools
It would be great if the user could switch between tools with the press of a single key on their keyboard.
Some tools like excalidraw / figma implement this navigation in such a way that you can select Pen, Line or Arrow by simply typing their first letter. This helps a lot to speed up the drawing process4 votes -
Inline comments as Trigger in BOX relay workflow
Currently there is no BOX Relay template to start the workflow with Inline comments as File event. It would be great if there is a template for it or if there is an Inline comment option as File Event in BOX Relay workflow.

View Folder structure
Currently, BOX admins can view the Folder structure in user's account with new Content manager. It will be better if End user can also see their Folder structure in BOX Webapp.

Pop-up feature to prevent conflicts when editing files
When multiple people modify a file using BoxEdit, conflicts can create multiple files with the same content, each with a file name like (1), making it difficult to determine which file contains the correct and latest information.
We understand that using the lock function can prevent this, but many users have difficulty using the lock function.
I would like a pop-up that says “Someone is editing the file, would you like to edit it? If you continue to edit the file, it may cause inconsistencies in the file” pop-up, and I would like to be able to edit the file without answering ‘yes’ or ‘no’.複数の人がBoxEditを使用してファイルを修正する場合、競合により同じ内容のファイルが複数作成され、それぞれ(1)のようなファイル名となり、どのファイルに正しい最新の情報が含まれているのか判断が難しくなる可能性があります。

We expect to improve work efficiency by making good use of "My Collection".
However, as "My Collection" grows, we are having a problem where the contents of "My Collection" (the intention behind its creation) cannot be determined from the title information.
As a result, we will need to open "My Collection" and check the contents, and this has not improved work efficiency at the moment.
We considered including the purpose of creating the collection in the name of each collection, but this would require us to place the cursor over each title, which would be very inconvenient for checking the titles.Request 1

マイコレクションをうまく活用することで業務効率の向上を見込んでいます。
しかしながら、マイコレクションが増えていく中で、タイトルの情報からではマイコレクションの内容(作成意図)が分からなくなる問題が発生しています。
そのため、マイコレクションを一度開き、中身を確認する作業が必要となっており、現時点では作業効率が向上していない状況です。マイコレクションの名称に作成意図を記載することも検討しましたが、すべてのタイトルに一度カーソルを合わせる必要が発生するため、タイトルの確認を行う上で大変不便です。

IP address restriction setting in admin console
We would like to be able to configure IP address restriction setting in admin console.
It cannot be set up IP address restriction without a service request to product support.
Therefore, any customer have to wait long time to set it and also is inconvenient.20 votes -

Folder reports for X level
Add a report to the admin console that is only folders (can filter by owner and location) and contains a column for level so that admins can have visibility into content structures across their enterprise.

Prevent saving files on local disk to folders that the user does not have access to. At present just a warning pops up but non-tech-savvy users don't know what to do with that, and the errant files can only be found by logging in as that user on that particular machine. If there was some way to not allow invalid local saves it would be very helpful!

Prompt to give choice to Abandon or Continue running a report when output is large
Box Admin reports can, when selecting few filters, generate a large quantity of output - sometimes 200+ csv files for a single report.
There should therefore be a 'pre-run' test in the background before the report begins generating, that checks to see if there would be more than (say)10x csv files created by the report if it were to begin with the current settings...
If so (akin to when someone attempts to move a considerable amount of Box content), a prompt/popup should appear warning the user that there will be a large quantity of output, and giving user two choices, Continue or Abandon (with the default focus on Abandon).
I recently ran a Folders and Files report for the whole of our enterprise account, and did not realise the size of the output until it was 'Uploading', and there was no longer an option to Cancel the report. The whole upload was 298!! csv files
Box Support were unable to stop the upload/completion of the report, therefore users would benefit from a WARNING BEFORE the report is generated, to prewarn that the output will be considerable

The message field for tasks will have suggestion functions and canned phrase input.

The information you need to fill out is basically the same, so it's a hassle to have to enter it every time.
I'd like a feature that automatically suggests the most recently used message content in the form of options and allows me to save it as a standard phrase.タスクのメッセージ欄についてサジェスト機能や、定型文入力が欲しい

Display a warning popup when uploading on Box Web
When uploading a large number of files via Box Web, there are cases where we may not notice that some files have failed to upload, which can cause disruption to our work.
For example, in the past, there have been cases where users did not realize that some files had failed to upload and ended up deleting the original files, resulting in file loss.
It can be difficult to recover a file, as we will only realize it is gone when we need it again.
To prevent this issue, if the file contains something that would obviously cause the upload to fail, a warning popup should be displayed and the upload process should not continue unless the user clicks an "OK" button in the popup.Example of a warning:
Some files cannot be uploaded because the file size limit has been exceeded.

Now, we can control nothing when we allow collaborate invitations from other tenants.
