2. Compress to zip format on Box web

   To compress a file or folder on Box, you must download it first.
   I wish there was a way to compress files directly from Box Web without having to download them.

3. Exclude file movement in Box Drive from Box shield's anomalous download detection

   When I move a folder with multiple files stored in Box Drive, Box Shield's anomalous download detection works.
   Since the purpose of the detection of anomalous download is to detect downloads that are taken out of the system, this specification is not the behavior we are looking for.
   Therefore, I would like to see Box Shield exclude moving files in Box Drive from the detection of anomalous download.

   Box Driveで複数ファイルが格納されているフォルダを移動すると、Box Shieldの「異常なダウンロード」検知が動作してしまいます。
   異常なダウンロード検知の目的は、ダウンロードによる持ち出しの検知なので、この仕様は求めている動作ではないです。

4. Improve Confirm Box Move prompt text to clarify

   When a large folder operation is triffered (eg when a box folder with large number of subfolders and documents is moved or copied), a popup appears as follows:
   Title: Confirm Bulk Move; Box logo; text: "You moved 'folder-name' with 'number' items to the 'folder-name' . Due to the large volume of items this will take several hours to sync to Box. Do you want to continue?"

   I would suggest this should change to make it clearer as the use of present and past tense, and button descriptions make it unclear whether the move is already completed and can be undone, or whether it has yet to start:

   • change 'You moved' to 'You are about to move'
   • change 'Undo' to 'Cancel' or 'Cancel Move'
   • change 'Move' to 'Confirm' or 'Confirm Move'

5. Allow Admins to Recover Deleted Users Directly

   Occasionally, Admins can delete a user (or large group of users) for one reason or another (license re-allocation, deleting users based off of perceived inactivity, etc.). Sometimes these users need to be recovered quickly to give users access to their Box account once again if this was done by mistake. The ultimate goal would be to enable Admins who have the ability to manage users to recover deleted accounts on their own (whether through somewhere in the admin console and/or via the CLI or API) so that product support doesn't need to do so through a support ticket as a manual service request

6. Removing "Required" setting from File Request

   I’d like to remove the “required” setting from File Requests.

   For example, suppose a File Request has two upload links, A and B.

   Documents need to be uploaded to A and B at different times.

   However, the current setup requires at least one upload link to be mandatory, which prevents uploading to A and B at separate times.

   While creating separate File Requests for A and B would solve this issue, if the number of documents increases (e.g., A, B, C, D, E...), it could confuse the uploader. That’s why I’d prefer to consolidate everything into a single File Request.

7. Allow us to put some sort of "Official" Badge on Hubs

   Admins should be able to mark official company Hubs to distinguish them from Hubs that organically appear due to team needs. While the latter is great, it would be nice to be able to pin/mark Leadership or HR hubs, for example, to the top of the gallery.

8. Hubs: Support for Box Drive

   Currently Box Hubs(beta version) doesnot support Box Drive, hopefully support Box Drive as well.
   Some of employeees are heavy users of Box Drive so, hope that access via Drive.

9. Report export function for active/inactive status of file request links

   File request links, when created, edited, or deleted, appear in the user activity report, but not in the active or inactive status.
   We are considering asking users to deactivate them for security integrity or to force deactivation of those that have been inactive for a period of time.
   However, we cannot determine from the list of file requests in the management console whether all the information is visible.
   Without an export function, some links will remain inactive for long periods of time.
   To improve security and convenience, we request the ability to export activity and inactivity status.

10. Keyboard navigation between tools

    It would be great if the user could switch between tools with the press of a single key on their keyboard.
    Some tools like excalidraw / figma implement this navigation in such a way that you can select Pen, Line or Arrow by simply typing their first letter. This helps a lot to speed up the drawing process

11. Inline comments as Trigger in BOX relay workflow

    Currently there is no BOX Relay template to start the workflow with Inline comments as File event. It would be great if there is a template for it or if there is an Inline comment option as File Event in BOX Relay workflow.

13. Pop-up feature to prevent conflicts when editing files

    When multiple people modify a file using BoxEdit, conflicts can create multiple files with the same content, each with a file name like (1), making it difficult to determine which file contains the correct and latest information.
    We understand that using the lock function can prevent this, but many users have difficulty using the lock function.
    I would like a pop-up that says “Someone is editing the file, would you like to edit it? If you continue to edit the file, it may cause inconsistencies in the file” pop-up, and I would like to be able to edit the file without answering ‘yes’ or ‘no’.

14. Detailed description along with title of “My Collection.”

    We expect to improve work efficiency by making good use of "My Collection".
    However, as "My Collection" grows, we are having a problem where the contents of "My Collection" (the intention behind its creation) cannot be determined from the title information.
    As a result, we will need to open "My Collection" and check the contents, and this has not improved work efficiency at the moment.
    We considered including the purpose of creating the collection in the name of each collection, but this would require us to place the cursor over each title, which would be very inconvenient for checking the titles.

    Add a report to the admin console that is only folders (can filter by owner and location) and contains a column for level so that admins can have visibility into content structures across their enterprise.

    Prevent saving files on local disk to folders that the user does not have access to. At present just a warning pops up but non-tech-savvy users don't know what to do with that, and the errant files can only be found by logging in as that user on that particular machine. If there was some way to not allow invalid local saves it would be very helpful!

19. Prompt to give choice to Abandon or Continue running a report when output is large

    Box Admin reports can, when selecting few filters, generate a large quantity of output - sometimes 200+ csv files for a single report.

    There should therefore be a 'pre-run' test in the background before the report begins generating, that checks to see if there would be more than (say)10x csv files created by the report if it were to begin with the current settings...

    If so (akin to when someone attempts to move a considerable amount of Box content), a prompt/popup should appear warning the user that there will be a large quantity of output, and giving user two choices, Continue or Abandon (with the default focus on Abandon).

    I recently ran a Folders and Files report for the whole of our enterprise account, and did not realise the size of the output until it was 'Uploading', and there was no longer an option to Cancel the report. The whole upload was 298!! csv files

    Box Support were unable to stop the upload/completion of the report, therefore users would benefit from a WARNING BEFORE the report is generated, to prewarn that the output will be considerable

    The information you need to fill out is basically the same, so it's a hassle to have to enter it every time.
    I'd like a feature that automatically suggests the most recently used message content in the form of options and allows me to save it as a standard phrase.
