2. Colored Tags or Even Metadata and Visible Outside File

   Can we suggest colored tags (or even metadata) functionality so we can track documents easier?
   We have several versions of a part drawing and we wanted to track better visually when it comes to latest documents.
   If also possible, can it be seen outside the file in one row with the file name or folder and can be colored? For visual ease since the current tag function has only one color (gray) and we wanted to be able to set-up a color per status tag (e.g. Approved - green, Pending - orange, etc.) for easier tracking. It would be very helpful for tracking purposes. Please see sample pictures below.

4. Request for improvement of the UI for granting permissions displayed on the content card in Box for Teams

   If you try to grant permission before sending a message, you will see the error message "Return to the main window to perform this action"
   We are aware that this behavior is documented in a support article.
   However, the permission prompts on the content cards are confusing because they seem to require immediate action to grant permissions.
   We would like to see the UI improved so that it is clear that permissions can only be granted after the message has been sent.

   If the user has only been invited as a group, they will be counted and shown as "without access" even though they have access permissions because they are not a direct collaborator.
   We are aware that this behavior is documented in a support article.
   However, the display differs from the actual situation and may induce incorrect responses, as described below.
   Therefore, we would like to request a fix so that it shows the accurate number of users without access, whether they are direct collaborators or group collaborators.

   　1.Even though the target user has access rights as a group, there is a risk that the user may be deemed to not have access rights and may be given access rights again as an individual user.

6. Increase Keynote collaboration size limit to match Apples.

   Apples iCloud offers users a 2GB Keynote collaboration limit.

8. The "Invoices from box" folder where invocies are dropped can not be moved.

   For easier rights management and avoiding "shared folder" ****, we opted to have one shared folder across our company with sub-folders for each department.

   Said folder is shared with our accounting department.

   I moved the folder "Invoices from box" from my root folder to the accounting department sub folder but each month when an invoice is issued it appears again in my root folder.

   I propose that box.com remembers the folder ID of the "Invoices from box" folder and used that instead of the absolute path of the folder to drop their invoices.

   The current specification allows printing from the file preview screen, but if you want to print multiple files, you have to open the preview screen one by one and press the print button, which is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive.
   Therefore, when you select one or more folders or files (including BoxNotes), we would like the "Print button" to be displayed on the folder/file screen or by pressing "More Options."
   Also, when a folder is selected, I would like to be able to print all the materials in the selected folder.

   現在の仕様ではファイルのプレビュー画面から印刷が可能となりますが、複数のファイルを印刷したい場合、1つ1つプレビュー画面を開いて印刷ボタンを押す必要があり、作業的にかなりの時間と手間がかかってしまいます。
   そのため、フォルダまたはファイル(BoxNotes含む)を1つ以上選択した際にフォルダ/ファイル画面上に「印刷ボタン」または、"その他オプション"を押すと「印刷ボタン」も表示されるようにしてほしいです。

    When signing a document that requires multiple signatures from the same user, Box Sign currently prompts for CFR Part 11 authentication for each individual signature. This can be inefficient and frustrating, especially for longer documents. 16. Access policy prohibiting copying and moving to external folders(gray folders)

    Current Status and Issues:
    Currently, when a file or folder with a classification label is copied or moved to a gray folder, the classification is lost and the associated access policy stops working.
    The only way to prevent this is to prohibit the move or copy itself by attaching a DL inhibit label.

    Desired improvement:
    Please add "Prohibit copying to gray folders" to the access policy so that it can be set for each classification label.

    Why it is needed:
    Because some customers are not attracted to Shield due to the above problem.
    Also, setting a "no download" label would significantly reduce convenience.

    Current Status and Issues:

19. Register another group to the group

    Currently, in Box, groups can only be added by user.
    For example, a user who displays “BoxHubs” in the service menu is in Group A, and a user who has the “BoxAI for Hubs” privilege is in Group B. If we could add Group A to Group B, we would be able to add users who can create Hubs and use AI in Hubs, and users who can use AI in Hubs.

20. Disable automatic in-domain creation of Managed User account

    Currently, Box allows an unmanaged user to become a paid Managed user "automatically" if someone within the domain invites another email within the same domain. Only Co-Admins and Primary Admins should be able to authorize a paid seat. Or there should be an option in settings to turn that on ability on or off.
