1. Display more tags in new UI

   I want to see the detail of all my tags. The new user interface shows the detail of the first tag and then "2 others", etc. I job share and we each want to see each tag, especially if we widen that column to do so

2. PDF Bookmarks

   Please add back the ability to use built in PDF Bookmarks to the Box IOS App. This ability was present up until about 2 months ago now when apparently a library used to render PDF's was upgraded causing this ability to be lost.

   This has been an important feature for us as our users access large 50+ page PDF documents on a regular basis. During a meeting when directed to access a specific page within the document and bookmarks still worked, a user could simply select the bookmark which would send them to the exact page needed. Now users must fumble with sliding pages repeatedly going from the agenda on page 1 to trying to find the exact page needed. This is cumbersome and a downgrade to what was possible before.

3. Extend 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance to Box Sign APIs to enable Part 11 Box Sign requests via Box Drive

   As of Box Drive v2.43, Box Drive now integrates with Box Sign. However, this integration does not support Part 11 compliant signatures. Since Part 11 compliance is enabled and enforced for all users in our organization, this presents a risk, as users could inadvertently bypass this requirement when using the integrated Box Sign feature via Box Drive.

   From Box Support "...when a user clicks on the "Send to Box Sign" option from Box Drive, Box Drive sends a "Signature Request" to Box Sign API. When the request is successfully processed, Box Sign API replies with “prepare_url” in response. We then open that url in the default browser. In further conversation with our Sign Engineers, they have let us know support for Part 11 is not compliant via the Box Sign APIs, as outlined in 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance Support. "

   As of Box Drive v2.43, Box Drive now integrates with Box Sign. However, this integration does not support Part 11 compliant signatures.    Business goal: The ability to share a visual customized page (like a web page) with various Box artifacts and other modules (described below) with peers, customers, team members, etc. Use cases:

   1. A project collaboration page
   2. Policies and procedures page
   3. Manuals and instruction page
   4. Product information site
   5. Business Development collaboration site
   6. Various

   Major Feature
   The ability to create a blank page and drop multiple "favorites" on the page. In essence, it is similar to sharing a "collection" of Box favorites, but a more visually appealing view. Other features of this custom portal page:

5. I would love if we could Embed AI Agents, and assign specific AI Agents to specific Hubs.

   Hi there! I'm trying to make the power of Box AI accessible to my users. Right now the best thing would be to give them a chatbot to read HR documents, on our Intranet in Sharepoint.

   I would love to be able to embed ONLY the Agent into Sharepoint, but so far we can only embed the Box Hub. Therefore if my user wants to ask about their HR benifits, my user has to:
   1. Go to the HR Sharepoint Site (where they normally find info on employee benefits, etc.)
   2. Unlock the blue/white Box Cloud image (see: "RC HR Screenshot 0 - Embedded into Sharepoint.png")
   3. Read my instructions on the hub, ignore the folders in the hub, and click the Box AI button (see: "RC HR Screenshot 1 - user reads instructions.png")
   4. Change the Default AI Agent (see: "RC HR Screenshot 2 - default AI Agent.png")
   5. The user has to somehow know that they're using the default AI agent, and they need to use the dropdown to the proper HR Agent "HeberBot" (see: RC HR Screenshot 3 - Dropdown to proper Agent.png)
   6. then finally type their question.

   I would love for this to be simplified somehow. Can you suggest other ways, or let me know if there's something that box has planned to simplify this? The best outcome would be: I would love for my user to go to the HR site, and type questions to the correct AI Agent.

   So I guess this request can be broken down to 2 technical asks:
   1. Embed Box AI Agents/chatboxes directly into sharepoint.
   2. Allow admins to assign specific AI Agents to specific Box Hubs. ( For example, my HR agent to my HR document hub. And inherantly disallow the default Box AI agent, or other AI Agents)

6. Addition an event trigger for TASK.CREATE, COMPLETE, ACCEPT and REJECT for V2 webhooks

   V2 Webhook does not have a Webhook for Task operations.
   This makes it difficult to notify the next application of the completion of a task.

   Please add webhooks for Task created, completed, accepted, and rejected.

   We don’t see enough customer demand for this yet, and supporting every additional content type takes a significant amount of engineering time and effort.

   We suggest using the Open With Preview framework which should give third-parties (the company in this case) the ability to integrate a viewer for these file types as part of Preview.

8. Add "Open in Box Drive" function

   Add an "Open in Box Drive" UI option for the web app.
   This solves the problem of identifying a file or folder in the web app, wanting to work on the file or folder in Box Drive, and needing to leave the Web App to navigate through several steps to find that file in Box Drive.

   Ideally this should only be active on hosts that have Box Drive installed; it could be not presented, or disabled, on other hosts.

   For hosts that have Box Drive installed, this would allow:
   1. When activated for a folder, that folder as presented by Box Drive will open in the native desktop file explorer (Explorer or Finder).
   2. When activated for a file or file preview, that file will open in the native desktop app, loaded through Box Drive. Identifying the application to load the file would be done using the desktop OS's file association mechanism.

   This would complement the existing Box Drive "View on Box.com" functionality.

9. Box Note Table Functions

   We want to be able to use equations/functions in Box Notes Tables similar to Excel or Google Sheets functionality. For example, typing AVERAGE = (B2:B4) into cell B5 would find the average of cells B2 through B4.

   This would be a very helpful update.

    In the present Version, Box reporting provides only a minimum representation of what's happening. We are looking for a reporting dashboard view with the following details on the dashboard.
    1. Total No of Box Folder
    2. Shared Link counts
    3. Shared Links without password count

    5. PII sensitive count
    6. PCI sensitive count
    7. Collaborators count

11. Automatic update of Box tools from the company LAN via a proxy.

    Box Tools automatic update fails in an environment where Internet communication is performed from the company LAN via a proxy.

    Please change the BoxTools update "Box Edit Upgrade Service" to the specifications that read the ProxySetting of CurrentUser in the Local System and communicate.

    With the current specifications, automatic updates are not possible.
    Therefore, every time there is a version update, a manual update is performed, which takes a lot of man-hours.

    (OS used: Windows10)

    We have verified and confirmed the following. (The log file has also been confirmed.)

    (1) If the logon of "Box Edit Upgrade Service" is "Local System" (default), the update of Box Tools fails.
    However, by changing the logon from the Local System to the logged-in user (has been set proxy), communication via Proxy was possible and the update was successful.

    (2) When the Proxy setting was assigned to the Local System itself with the following command, the automatic update was successful.
    Command line: bitsadmin / Util / SetIEProxy LocalSystem Manual_Proxy <Server name>: <Port number>
    (This setting affects other systems and has a problem because services running on all other Local Systems also communicate via Proxy.)

    ③ BoxDrive update service (BoxUpdateSvc) communicates via Proxy even in LocalSystem and has succeeded in updating.
    (Localsystem extracts ProxySetting of CurrentUser and communicates.)

    Box Tools automatic update fails in an environment where Internet communication is performed from the company LAN via a proxy.

12. Backup Box Notes

    I would like to have the ability to create a backup of my Box Notes or at least label version history (e.g. add a "v1.2" tag at a certain point in history).

    I have tried using the Copy feature to copy the Box Note, but the copy does not retain the comments, annotations, or history.
    I have tried copying the content into Word to no avail.
    And there is no download button for Box Notes.

13. File Request URL Parameters

    It would be awesome to be able to pre-populate the metadata fields via URL parameters. This is particularly useful when sending the request to clients and wanting to make it as easy as possible for them to upload their documents. Some other functions along with that which would be nice are.

    1. Pre-fill metadata (all metadata types) from URL parameters
    2. Disable metadata field when it is pre-filled by URL
    3. Hide metadata field when it is pre-filled

14. Adding an "Are you sure?" message when scrolling to a new page in Mark Up mode on a Mobile Device

    When enabling Mark-Ups/Comments on a Mobile Device:
    Whilst annotating on Page #1, the Web App let's you scroll to Page #2 and beyond BUT doesn't give you a warning that your annotations and comments on the previous pages will be deleted (unless you have clicked Save/Post). A message to make users aware of this, before scrolling to the next page, would be extremely helpful OR allowing for multipage mark-ups

15. Uploading files with exactly the same hash value on BoxDrive should not be recorded as a 'copy' in the user activity report

    If I upload a new file on Box Drive and then upload the same file (with the same hash value) again, the server copies the first uploaded file to reduce load and the user activity report records it as a copy. Even if these two file names are different!
    In this case, if I have a workflow triggered by 'upload' in Box Relay, the trigger may not work because the event is considered a copy.
    This behaviour is a limitation of the product specification, but I would like a fix so that it is treated as an upload.

    Box Drive にてファイルを新規アップロード後に、同じファイル（ハッシュ値が同じファイル）を再度アップロードすると、負荷軽減のためにサーバー側で1回目のアップロードされたファイルをコピーする動作となり、ユーザーアクティビティレポートにはコピーして記録されます。たとえ2つのファイル名が異なっている場合でもそのような動きになります。

16. User activity report

    In the activity report, exporting Collaboration Approval gives the following output:

    1. Invite external users to the "folder" of your company tenant.
       Only the folders invited to "Processed Items" are displayed.

    2. Invite external users to the "file" of your company tenant
       The folder path is displayed in "Processing item", but the file name and file ID of the invitation file are not displayed.

    This specification confuses the user and is not suitable for following the path to the invite folder.
    Please unify "Folder path", "Folder/file name" and "Folder/file ID" as output results.

19. Box Drive icon size

    Would like for the Box Drive icons to be bigger again. On the latest version of Box Drive 2.16, they are smaller and that makes it harder for them to determine whether or not files are locked.

20. Netsuite v2 - admin option to turn off choice of existing vs new folder in widget

    We would prefer that folders are always created via the integration ('default') rather than always giving the option to select an existing folder as well. This could be a configuration admins can turn on/off.
