"Box Problem Items" error dialog is useless
I received "file path is invalid on this system" errors from Box Drive through a "Box Problem Items" dialog. This window is useless! All it lists is the problem folder names. I can't simply rename the problem folder from this window; I can't click the folder icon and navigate to the problem folder in my file structure; I can't even swipe the file name and copy it into the search bar so I can find the problem folder on my own. Such a garbage error report! Please make this dialog actually useful

Build a productized, out-of-the-box Box Sign integration for Autodesk. This will allow customers to replace current eSignature integrations with Box Sign without bespoke iPaaS, custom scripting, or one-off engineering, preserving user experience and automation while reducing costs.
Request to Build a Box Sign Autodesk connector that:
- Creates Box Sign envelopes via API from Autodesk-generated documents.
- Subscribes to Box Sign webhooks for lifecycle events and updates Autodesk objects.
- Transfers signed artifacts into Autodesk commitment attachments via Autodesk APIs.
- Ensures attachments continue to sync to Box files.

Client is a heavy user of Box Notes (for project plans, team meetings, checklists, lists and other). They'd like to be able to assign tasks related to those lists/activities/other from the Box Note to collabs.

Box for Teams Integration for Private Channels
Today, Box for Teams Integration does not support Private Channels.

85 votesThis limitation is due to Microsoft’s platform not allowing integrations to surface as messaging extensions (Box icon to upload and share documents). Until Microsoft supports this for third parties, Box is unable to deliver this functionality. We are working with Microsoft but there is no timeline for delivery at this point.

Limit file naming to match Windows and iOS Requirements
Box allows special characters in file names that Windows and iOS do not. This causes an issue when we sync files between Box and our network server: Box will accept special characters when naming or renaming a file on the Box side - but when that syncs back to our servers - the file name contains bad characters that windows doesn't recognize - so the file doesn't sync.
Please limit your file naming to disallow the same special characters as Windows and iOS.

Box for Office - Access to Collections
Now that we can organise our files in Box using Collections, it would be good to be able to access this functionality in the Office Apps. This is 'mainly' relevant to the Outlook Box add-in that comes as part of Box for Office for when you want to save to Box or insert from Box.
Excel/Word/PowerPoint - I would argue that the best experience is opening from Edge/Chrome using Box Edit.26 votes -
Add "disable for select users" as a Box Drive Mark for Offline option
A global Box customer is looking to disable MFO (Marking for Offline) for a selected users.
This would be a "symmetrical" counter-option to the existing "enable for select users", and also similar to how some other features can be managed within Box Admin Console, making the MFO options more consistent with broader Box experience for admins.2 votes -

Microsoft Teams iOS app does not open the specific Box folder.
We're having an issue with Microsoft Teams app on iPhone - Box files plug-in within More tab. It is very possible that this Box Files button in Teams is not designed to link to the specific channel Box folder we have chosen, and instead is designed to redirect us to the All Files page "https://account.box.com/folder/0". On Windows PC, Teams app opens the the specific channel Box folder we have chosen.

Be able to have the folders which are shared with other collaborators "invisible" in Drive.
In Box Drive UI, a user cannot distinguish whether the folder is collaborated with "Other company's user" or not. This may cause accidental info leak.
In order to avoid those information leaking, we want to have those folders "invisible" on Box Drive in advance.

We would like to request the ability to merge multiple PDFs in Box to achieve parity with Microsoft SharePoint Online and One Drive.

Box Notes and Collections
The Box Notes interface, at the moment, only works with Favourites. It'll be great if you could choose a collection to put your Box Note into, directly from the Box Notes interface, as opposed to having to navigate to the Box folder where the note is, then select the collection.

Option to insert anchor/reference point in a Box Note
Box Notes can be lengthy and would be great to be able to insert an anchor within the Box Note so that when directing someone to that spot, they aren't searching the entire Note to find the spot.26 votesUsers can create a shared link to any heading level.

Support Drag & Drop from Box Web App to Outlook
Please enable the ability to drag and drop files FROM Box Web App TO Outlook email client (including the option to insert them as links OR to add them as normal attachments). Currently there is no native Drag and Drop functionality available between the Box Web App and Outlook. Therefore, the process to add file attachments/links to emails via the Web App or Outlook Plug-In is actually currently LESS efficient with BOX than without it.
