Stop disabling access to content when its owner account is deactivated.
If content owner's account is disabled, any collaborators lose access to said content. A different workflow needs to be put into place to allow these collaborators access to content previously shared with them.
Either automatically transfer ownership to a co-owner or when the original owner account is being suspended, add options for preserving access to other collaborators.

Improve ability to see created tags and select tags
Need to be able to see and select tags that we have created. Right now we just have to guess what tags we have. And hope that we're spelling them correctly. Right now this lack of functionality is going to force us to keep looking for a tool to manage assets for a team.

Lock Entire Folder (and all files and folders underneath)
Product Enhancement Request: In the same way that I can currently lock files, it would be great if I could lock things at the folder level and that lock would apply to all files and subfolders within the main folder.

Edit in real time on Box Drive
Ability to edit a document in real time with another collaborator through Box Drive.

Leverage search capabilities in Box for Box Drive
Our users would like to use some of the functionalities for Box search, like dates and searching within specific folders, in Box Drive.

Ability to run custom in-app messaging banners from the Admin Console
Admins would like to create custom in-app messaging banners to display to their users when they are logged into Box.
In-App Messaging banners could be used to promote training, drive awareness and adoption, inform users of new features or internal policies, etc.

Automatic email response for file request submitter
Would like a feature whereby the person submitting files using Box File Request receives an automatic confirmation email with a customizable message. For example, after the submitter uploads files using the File Request web widget, that person gets a email to the effect of, "Thank you for contacting us. A team member will review your submittal and follow up within 24 hours." The person would be required to provide an email address but not required to have a Box account. Box Drive Sync Delay Indicator
Box Drive is supposed to mirror the files on the server. But we experience delays of five minutes to over an hour between when we complete an upload to Box and when other users can see the file in Box Drive. We end up having to use the web portal more frequently to download files rather than waiting for them to appear, which creates version issues and nullifies the most attractive feature of Box Drive. Box users need a way to: authenticate and manage external users + invite them to collaborate in a more efficient manner, similar to how it is done with managed users via groups.

Shield Alert - mark as resolved
On the dashboard for Shield, you see a list of alerts generated through threat detection policies. We'd like to see the functionality where end users could mark an alert as seen and/or resolved so everyone who monitors the Shield alerts would know whether it's been resolved or open. This is similar to a ticketing system, but a simple notes body on the alert where someone could put an explanation of their response to the alert would greatly enhance visibility and drive better usability. Locked Files
It would be REALLY great if there were a way in Box to pull up all of the files you have locked. My team shares tons of excel files all day long. If I forget to unlock a file, no one else knows if they can get in. Half the time I'm not in it but forgot to unlock it. If there were a way to pull up all files at any given time in one place that I've locked where I could unlock them from that screen if I'm no longer in them, it would save us a lot…

Box AI can currently limit the number of users who use it, but it is not possible to limit the number of times it can be used.
This is very inconvenient. I would like to be able to specify users who can only use Box AI up to 20 times, or specify users who can use Box AI more than 20 times.BoxAIのユーザーごとの利用回数を指定できるようにしたい

Unify move and copy behavior between BoxDrive and the Web browser.
There is a detrimental effect caused by the fact that BoxDrive and the Web browser have different specifications for the operation of "move and copy," which is a basic operation of Box (it is actually upload and download).
In particular, the fact that Shield's Access Policy and Classification Labels "maintain the original labels when moved and copied" is a major reason to use that feature.
However, BoxDrive does not maintain labels, which does not lead to enhanced security or control of usage.

Requests regarding Box For Teams V2
I would like to use the Box For Teams V2 integration, but the following functions are bottlenecks and cannot be used.
Therefore, I want to be able to turn off only the following functions in the tenant settings.
・Automatic creation of Box folders for teams/channels
・Automatic mapping of user permissionsIn most cases, Japanese companies use a controlled system in which the administrator owns the items.
However, if folders are automatically created or permissions are automatically attached with the Box For Teams V2 integration, control cannot be taken, so we requested this.

Increase size of left-side menu on Home screen
The left-side menu on the Home screen is too narrow and cuts off the names of folders/files saved under My Collections/Favorites.
Users should be able to set whatever width is needed for the menu.

Make Workflows Shareable Among Users (Box Relay and Box Relay Lite)
In Box Relay, we can check the progress of workflows in the [Tracking] function.
Currently, only the owner of the workflow, and Admins who are granted to access to workflows can see this [Tracking].However, the progress of workflows within the enterprise should be visible to other users as well.
(e.g. Users who have tasks assigned in the workflow, or Co-Owners of the folder where the workflow is triggered.)It would be useful if the owners could share their workflows to other users.
